本实用新型涉及一种地板,尤其涉及一种带框架的有机无机复合地板。
背景技术
地板是一种生活中随处可见的装修材料,根据不同类型的室内场所所选用的地板材料也都不同,例如有PVC地板、木质地板、PET地板等,尽管目前市面上根据材料的不同有着许多不同类型的地板,而目前大多数由于成本原因许多场所都选用例如PVC之类的含有卤族元素的地板,同时目前市面上根据材料的不同有着许多不同类型的地板,但其连接大多大同小异,大多采用不干胶的连接方式或着是采用卯榫的连接结构,尤其是卯榫的连接结构被广泛地应用在地板拼装结构中。
所以,目前市面可见的地板普遍存在以下问题:1.许多场合人体的皮肤会和地板直接接触,卤族元素对人体皮肤有危害;2.卯榫的拼装结构在进行多地板拼装时会出现卯榫卡扣困难。如因热胀冷缩的影响导致地板拼接处出现缝隙。
因此,针对目前市面可见的地板对人体皮肤有危害和卯榫的瓶装结构在进行多地板拼装时会出现卯榫卡扣困难等问题,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决目前市面可见的地板对人体皮肤有危害和卯榫的瓶装结构在进行多地板拼装时会出现卯榫卡扣困难等问题,提供了带框架的有机无机复合地板。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
提供了一种带框架的有机无机复合地板,包括板材本体1,其特征在于,所述板材本体1包括基板层2,以及所述基板层2上表面依次设有的加强层3、阻燃层4、装饰层5、耐磨抗菌层6;所述板材本体1的四个侧端面包裹有连接框 架7,所述连接框架7,所述连接框架7包括公槽件701和母槽件702,所述公槽件701设于所述板材本体1相邻的两个侧端面,所述母槽件702设于所述板材本体1相邻的两个侧端面。
进一步地,所述基板层2包括氧化镁-硫酸镁层201和玻璃布层202,所述氧化镁-硫酸镁层201为单数层,所述玻璃布层202为双数层。
进一步地,所述加强层3为ABS板或亚克力板。
进一步地,所述阻燃层4为无卤阻燃剂。
进一步地,所述装饰层5为为PP板、PS板、PET板、ABS板中的一种。
进一步地,所述耐磨抗菌层6为三氧化铝和抗菌剂的混合物。
进一步地,所述公槽件701上端面设有凹槽,所述母槽件702下端面设有凸台。
进一步地,所述框架7的材质为无卤高聚物,所述连接圈7通过树脂的后收缩包裹在所述板材本体1的四个侧端面。
本实用新型采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下技术效果:
本实用新型提供的带框架的有机无机复合地板,自下而上分为基板层、加强层、阻燃层、装饰层以及耐磨抗菌层;基板层包括了氧化镁-硫酸镁层和玻璃布层,氧化镁-硫酸镁作为复合板的基料层,不含卤素,具有阴湿天气不返潮返卤、抗燃烧耐火、环保无毒、强度高、寿命长等特点;加强层的作用为保护基板层并且增加地板整体的力学强度;装饰层则是提供了较为美观的外观;耐磨抗菌层则是防止装饰层刮花影响美观;加强层、阻燃层、基板层、装饰层以及耐磨抗菌层之间通过板材本体四周的连接框架进行连接,连接框架是通过高聚物的后收缩特性收缩在板材本体的四个侧端面,连接框架上开设有公槽件和母槽件提供了地板直接的连接功能。
本实用新型大大解决了现有有机地板重量较重,含卤有机地板对人体皮肤造成伤害,地板拼接困难的问题,其结构简单,拼装简单,易于生产,成本低廉。

下面通过具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细和具体的介绍,以使更好的理解本实用新型,但是下述实施例并不限制本实用新型范围。
如图1,4所示,包括板材本体1,其特征在于,板材本体1包括基板层2,以及基板层2上表面依次设有的加强层3、阻燃层4、装饰层5、耐磨抗菌层6;板材本体1的四个侧端面包裹有连接框架7,连接框架7,连接框架7包括公槽件701和母槽件702,公槽件701设于板材本体1相邻的两个侧端面,母槽件702设于板材本体1相邻的两个侧端面。
本实施例的一个方面,如图2所示,基板层2包括氧化镁-硫酸镁层201和玻璃布层202,氧化镁-硫酸镁层201为单数层,玻璃布层202为双数层,氧化镁-硫酸镁201作为复合板的基料层,不含卤素,具有阴湿天气不返潮返卤、抗燃烧耐火、环保无毒、强度高、寿命长等特点,玻璃布层202作为骨架层增加了地板的力学强度。
本实施例的一个方面,如图1所示,加强层3为ABS板或亚克力板,加强层3增加了地板整体的力学性能。
本实施例的一个方面,如图1所示,阻燃层4为无卤阻燃剂,无卤阻燃剂对人体无害的同时,也提供了地板的阻燃性能。
本实施例的一个方面,如图1所示,装饰层5为为PP板、PS板、PET板、ABS板中的一种,装饰层5上端面采用紫外线光固化涂料或紫外线固化油墨印刷,通过紫外线光固化涂料或紫外线固化油墨印刷可表现出类似木地板一样的花纹,提高了地板整体的美观。
本实施例的一个方面,如图1所示,耐磨抗菌层6为三氧化铝和抗菌剂的混合物,耐磨抗菌层6保护装饰层5不被刮花从而避免地板的外观受损,同时耐磨 抗菌层6为无卤混合物,人体皮肤可直接接触不会对人体造成伤害。
本实施例的一个方面,如图3所示,公槽件701上端面设有凹槽,母槽件702下端面设有凸台,通过凹槽和凸台的相互作用力,避免了在热胀冷缩时可能会发生的地板出现缝隙的情况。
本实施例的一个方面,如图1,3,4所示,连接框架7的材质为无卤高聚物,无卤高聚物为PE、PP、PS、PMMA、ABS中的一种,连接框架7通过树脂的后收缩包裹在板材本体1的四个侧端面,连接框架7是注塑成型,在注塑成型过后由于树脂具有后收缩的特性,连接框架7后收缩紧紧地包裹在地板的四个侧端面,同时也提供了加强层、阻燃层、基板层、装饰层以及耐磨抗菌层之间的连接功能。
本实用新型带框架的有机无机复合地板,针对目前市面可见的地板对人体皮肤有危害和卯榫的瓶装结构在进行多地板拼装时会出现卯榫卡扣困难等问题,本实用新型带框架的有机无机复合地板,大大解决了现有有机地板重量较重,含卤有机地板对人体皮肤造成伤害,地板拼接困难的问题,其结构简单,拼装简单,易于生产,成本低廉。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带框架的有机无机复合地板,其特征在于,所述基板层(2)包括氧化镁-硫酸镁层(201)和玻璃布层(202),所述氧化镁-硫酸镁层(201)为单数层,所述玻璃布层(202)为双数层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的带框架的有机无机复合地板,其特征在于,所述加强层(3)为ABS板或亚克力板。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的带框架的有机无机复合地板,其特征在于,所述阻燃层(4)为无卤阻燃剂。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的带框架的有机无机复合地板,其特征在于,所述装饰层(5)为为PP板、PS板、PET板、ABS板中的一种。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的带框架的有机无机复合地板,其特征在于,所述耐磨抗菌层(6)为三氧化铝和抗菌剂的混合物。
