本实用公开了一种热压成型的无甲醛石塑复合板,可用作地板、天花板、门板、墙面、装饰板等装饰板材领域,其包括作为面层的PVC材料复合面层、作为中间层的石塑材料层及作为底层的PVC材料底层;PVC材料复合面层、石塑材料层及PVC材料底层依次铺设热压成型为板本体,其中:PVC材料复合面层为PVC片材、PVC装饰材料、耐磨层复合而成,于耐磨层的面侧涂有UV漆层,石塑材料层为树脂粉、钙粉、稳定剂挤出成型,有益效果是:成品具有稳定性好、变形小、防水、防火、防滑、阻燃、耐磨、抗冲击性、耐高温使用寿命长、整体无甲醛等优点;板本体的周侧设有便于安装拆卸的扣合连接结构,产品的实用性得到极大的提高。

技术领域
本实用涉及石塑装饰材料技术领域,具体为一种热压成型的无甲醛石塑复合板。
背景技术
以实木复合地板为例,其存在如下不足之处:耐磨性差、价格偏高、性价比不高,木材资源浪费,由于工艺要求高,结构复杂,质量差异较大,内在质量不易鉴别;再者,实木复合地板的生产必须用胶,甲醛含量高,产品环保性较差且水泡损坏后是不可修复的且不防水,不防火,不阻燃,易变形。
以传统的PVC地板为例,其存在如下不足之处:成品极易涨缩变形,稳定性差,企口容易损坏,抗冲击强度不够,铺装对地面要求高,工艺复杂,安装及维修较为不便。
以传统的WPC木塑地板为例,其存在如下不足之处:成品极易涨缩变形,翘曲大,易脱胶等问题。

针对上述问题,本实用提供了一种热压成型的无甲醛石塑复合板,其主要的技术方案如下:
热压成型的无甲醛石塑复合板,其包括:作为面层的PVC材料复合面层(1)、作为中间层的石塑材料层(2)及作为底层的PVC材料底层(3),所述PVC材料复合面层(1)、石塑材料层(2)及PVC材料底层(3)由面侧向底侧依次铺设热压成型为板本体(L);
其中,所述PVC材料复合面层(1)为PVC片材(101)、PVC装饰材料(102)、耐磨层(103)由底侧向面侧依次铺设经过整体热压成 型的片状结构,于耐磨层(103)的面侧涂有UV漆层(104);
其中,所述石塑材料层(2)为树脂粉、钙粉、稳定剂、添加剂混匀后挤出成型的片状结构;
其中,所述PVC材料底层(3)为增塑剂、树脂粉、钙粉、稳定剂、添加剂混匀后挤出或压延成型的片状结构。
作为优选的,更进一步的改进之处在于,所述PVC片材(101)为增塑剂、树脂粉、钙粉、稳定剂、添加剂合成后挤出或压延成型的片材。
作为优选的,更进一步的改进之处在于,所述PVC材料复合面层(1)的厚度为0.5mm~3.5mm,所述石塑材料层(2)的厚度为1.5mm~8.0mm,所述PVC材料底层(3)的厚度为0.5mm~3.5mm。
作为优选的,更进一步的改进之处在于,所述PVC材料面层(1)的面侧设有凹凸纹(106)。
作为优选的,更进一步的改进之处在于,所述板本体(L)长度或宽度延伸方向的一侧成型有凹形卡槽(4),于板本体(L)长度或宽度延伸方向的另一侧成型有与凹形卡槽(4)适配卡固的凸形插舌(5)。
作为优选的,更进一步的改进之处在于,所述板本体(L)长度或宽度延伸方向的一侧成型有榫槽(7),于板本体(L)长度或宽度延伸方向的另一侧成型有与榫槽(7)适配卡固的榫头(6)。
作为优选的,更进一步的改进之处在于,所述板本体(L)的周侧成型有凹槽(8)且于凹槽(8)内布置有连接块(9)。

作为优选的,更进一步的改进之处在于,所述板本体(L)为PVC材料复合面层(1)、石塑材料层(2)由面侧向底侧依次铺设热压成型。

(1)以PVC片材、PVC装饰面料、耐磨层热压成型的片材作为面层,以树脂粉、钙粉、稳定剂、添加剂挤出成型的片状结构的片材作为中间层,以增塑剂、树脂粉、钙粉、稳定剂合成后挤出或压延成型的片材作为PVC材料底层,成品具有稳定性好、变形小、防水、防火、防滑、阻燃、耐磨、抗冲击性、耐高温使用寿命长等优点;
(2)产品无甲醛,环保安全;
(3)板本体的周侧设有便于安装\拆卸的扣合连接结构,产品的实用性得到极大的提高。

参见图1、图2,热压成型的无甲醛石塑复合板,其包括作为面层的PVC材料复合面层1、作为中间层的石塑材料层2及作为底层的PVC材料底层3;PVC材料复合面层1、石塑材料层2及PVC材料底层3由面侧向底侧依次铺设热压成型为板本体L,本实施例中,PVC材料复合面层1为PVC片材101、PVC装饰材料102、耐磨层103由底侧向面侧依次铺设经过整体热压成型的片状结构,于耐磨层103的面侧涂有UV漆层104。
本实施例中,石塑材料层2为树脂粉、钙粉、稳定剂、添加剂混匀后挤出成型的片状结构。
本实施例中,PVC材料底层3为增塑剂、树脂粉、钙粉、稳定剂、添加剂混匀后挤出或压延成型的片状结构。
作为优选的,本实施例中涉及的PVC片材101为增塑剂、树脂粉、钙粉、稳定剂、添加剂合成后挤出或压延成型的片材。
作为优选的,本实施例中,PVC材料复合面层1的厚度为0.5mm~3.5mm,石塑材料层2的厚度为1.5mm~8.0mm,PVC材料底层3的厚度为0.5mm~3.5mm。
为了防滑及增加质感,同时提高产品的耐磨强度,更进一步的改进在于,PVC材料面层的面侧设有凹凸纹106。
参见图1,板本体L作为地板使用时,为了便于拆卸,更进一步的改进在于,板本体L长度延伸方向的一侧开有凹形卡槽4,于地板本 体L长度延伸方向的另一侧成型有可与凹形卡槽4适配卡固的凸形插舌5,容易理解的是,也可在板本体L宽度延伸方向的一侧开有凹形卡槽4,于板本体L宽度延伸方向的另一侧设有与凹形卡槽4适配卡固的凸形插舌5。
参见图3,板本体L作为地板使用时,为了便于拆卸,更进一步的改进在于,板本体L的拼接结构还可以改进为,于板本体L长度延伸方向的一侧开有榫槽7,于板本体L长度延伸方向的另一侧成型有与榫槽7适配卡固的榫头6,容易理解的是,也可在板本体L宽度延伸方向的一侧开有榫槽7,于板本体L宽度延伸方向的另一侧成型有与榫槽7适配卡固的榫头6。
参见图4,板本体L作为地板使用时,为了便于拆卸,更进一步的改进在于,地板本体的拼接结构还可以改进为,板本体L的周侧成型有凹槽8且于凹槽8内布置有连接块9,拼接时,连接块9的两端接入相邻地板本体的凹槽8内即完成相邻的板本体L之间的拼接。
参见图5,板本体L作为地板使用时,板本体L的拼接结构还可以改进为,板本体L的周侧为切平结构且于板本体L的底部成型有溢胶槽(附图中为标示),通过底面布胶依次拼接后即可以完成安装固定。
为了降低成本,减轻板体的重量,板本体L还可以直接由PVC材料复合面层1、石塑材料层2由面侧向底侧依次铺设热压成型。
热压成型的无甲醛石塑复合板合成有四种方式,第一种为热塑融合叠压一次成型,第二种为PVC材料面层事先热压成型后,再与石塑复合材层和PVC材料底层粘合,第三种为热塑融合叠压一次成型但不带 PVC材料底层,第四种为PVC材料面层事先热压成型后,再与石塑复合材层粘合不带PVC材料底层。与此同时,为了进一步提升各个领域的实际应用需要,板本体L底部可复合各种其他贴面材料(诸如软垫、装饰纸、装饰膜等类似材料)。
以上所述仅为本实用的优选实施方式,本实用的保护范围并不仅限于上述实施方式,凡是属于本实用原理的技术方案均属于本实用的保护范围,对于本领域的技术人员而言,在不脱离本实用的原理的前提下进行的若干改进,这些改进也应视为本实用的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.热压成型的无甲醛石塑复合板,其特征在于,其包括:作为面层的PVC材料复合面层(1)、作为中间层的石塑材料层(2)及作为底层的PVC材料底层(3),所述PVC材料复合面层(1)、石塑材料层(2)及PVC材料底层(3)由面侧向底侧依次铺设热压成型为板本体(L);
其中,所述PVC材料复合面层(1)为PVC片材(101)、PVC装饰材料(102)、耐磨层(103)由底侧向面侧依次铺设经过整体热压成型的片状结构,于耐磨层(103)的面侧涂有UV漆层(104);
其中,所述石塑材料层(2)为树脂粉、钙粉、稳定剂、添加剂混匀后挤出成型的片状结构;
其中,所述PVC材料底层(3)为增塑剂、树脂粉、钙粉、稳定剂、添加剂混匀后挤出或压延成型的片状结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热压成型的无甲醛石塑复合板,其特征在于,所述PVC片材(101)为增塑剂、树脂粉、钙粉、稳定剂、添加剂合成后挤出或压延成型的片材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热压成型的无甲醛石塑复合板,其特征在于,所述PVC材料复合面层(1)的厚度为0.5mm~3.5mm,所述石塑材料层(2)的厚度为1.5mm~8.0mm,所述PVC材料底层(3)的厚度为0.5mm~3.5mm。
4.根据权利要求1或3任一项所述的热压成型的无甲醛石塑复合板,其特征在于,所述PVC材料复合面层(1)的面侧设有凹凸纹(106)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热压成型的无甲醛石塑复合板,其特征在于,所述板本体(L)长度或宽度延伸方向的一侧成型有凹形卡槽(4),于板本体(L)长度或宽度延伸方向的另一侧成型有与凹形卡槽(4)适配卡固的凸形插舌(5)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的热压成型的无甲醛石塑复合板,其特征在于,所述板本体(L)长度或宽度延伸方向的一侧成型有榫槽(7),于板本体(L)长度或宽度延伸方向的另一侧成型有与榫槽(7)适配卡固的榫头(6)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热压成型的无甲醛石塑复合板,其特征在于,所述板本体(L)的周侧成型有凹槽(8)且于凹槽(8)内布置有连接块(9)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的热压成型的无甲醛石塑复合板,其特征在于,所述板本体(L)的周侧为切平结构且于板本体(L)的底部成型有溢胶槽。
9.根据权利要求1所述的热压成型的无甲醛石塑复合板,其特征在于,所述板本体(L)为PVC材料复合面层(1)、石塑材料层(2)由面侧向底侧依次铺设热压成型。
