一种防潮地板 技术领域
本发明涉及地板技术领域,特别是涉及一种防潮地板。
背景技术
在地面建材及各种装饰领域中,人们对地面材料的吸音、保温、防潮要求日益提高,防潮地板成了人们日益不可或缺的要求,但目前市场所销售的复合地板是橡胶、EVA聚乙烯发泡吸音层或软木与PVC弹性地板复合。
PVC板是以PVC为原料制成的板材,用于各类面板的表层包装,所以又被称为装饰膜、附胶膜,应用于建材、包装、医药等诸多行业。现有的PVC地板主要由PVC材料制成,或者将PVC板固定在地板基材上,利用PVC材料自身的性质实现防潮的功能,防潮效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种防潮效果好的防潮地板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种防潮地板,包括基板,所述基板上由上至下布置依次布置有第一PVC板和第二PVC板,还包括布置在所述基板的底部的第三PVC板,所述第三PVC板为由PVC材料和防潮材料共挤成型的复合板,所述第一PVC板的上侧还布置有PVC膜,所述PVC膜上成型有导水槽,所述第一PVC板和第二PVC板之间还布置有消音层。
优选地,所述防潮材料为海泡石。
优选地,所述导水槽平行布置有多条,多条导水槽间隔均匀布置。
优选地,所述消音层包括消音板,所述消音板上开设有若干个消音腔,所述消音腔内填充有吸音材料,所述消音腔内于所述吸音材料 上还布置有吸音板,所述吸音板内形成有蜂窝形的吸音孔。
优选地,所述消音腔包括腔口朝向第一PVC板的第一消音腔和腔口朝向第二PVC板的第二消音腔。
优选地,所述吸音板与所述消音腔的腔口所在平面之间具有间隔,所述间隔用于与所述第一PVC板或第二PVC板形成空腔。
优选地,所述第一消音腔和第二消音腔交替布置。
优选地,所述吸音材料为橡胶颗粒。
优选地,所述吸音板为泡沫板。
优选地,所述第一PVC板上还布置有耐磨层,所述PVC膜布置在所述耐磨层上。
本发明实施例一种防潮地板与现有技术相比,其有益效果在于:在第一PVC板上布置有导水槽,导水槽可将水导向地面的一侧或者下水道附近,避免水在地板上积累;在基板的底部布置有第三PVC板,第三PVC板为由PVC材料和防潮材料共挤成型的复合板,防潮材料可以吸收渗透的水分,导水槽和防潮材料配合可以起到良好的防潮作用,提高地板的防潮效果;同时在第一PVC板与第二PVC板之间布置有消音层,可以提高地板的吸音效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明的一种防潮地板的优选实施例,如图1与图2所示,该防潮地板包括由上至下依次包括耐磨层7、第一PVC板2、消音板4、第 二PVC板3和基板1,耐磨层7、第一PVC板2、消音板4、第二PVC板3和基板1之间采用热压工艺成型。基板可以为木板、竹板等材料板,耐磨层7可以增加地板的耐磨性,延长地板的使用寿命,在本实施例中,耐磨层7内添加了三氧化二铝粉末,以增加耐磨层7的耐磨性。
第一PVC板2、消音板4和第二PVC板3由上至下依次布置在基板1上,第一PVC板2的外表面为粗糙面,粗糙面具有更好的吸音效果。第一PVC板2和第二PVC板3的材质为现有的PVC板结构,此处不做详细叙述。
消音板4的材质为聚氨酯泡沫板,消音板4上开设有消音腔,消音腔均匀分布之在消音板4的上下两面,定义位于消音板4上面的消音腔为第一消音腔,位于消音板4下面的消音腔为第二消音腔,第一消音腔的腔口朝向第一PVC板2,第二消音腔的腔口朝向第二PVC板3,第一消音腔和第二消音腔交替布置,以在保证吸音效果的同时可以增强消音板4的结构强度。
第一消音腔和第二消音腔内均填充有吸音材料5,在本实施例中,吸音材料5为橡胶颗粒,橡胶颗粒作为吸音材料5后结构蓬松,不同的橡胶颗粒之间的间隙可供声音往复传递,减少声音的传递能量,产生吸音的效果。
第一消音腔、第二消音腔内分别布置有吸音板6,吸音板6布置在吸音材料5的上方,吸音板6为泡沫板,泡沫板为蜂窝结构,吸音板6内形成有蜂窝形的吸音孔,蜂窝形的吸音孔可供声音在吸音孔内来回震荡以减少声音的能量。吸音板6与第一消音腔的腔口所在平面、第二消音腔的腔口所在平面之间均具有间隔,即吸音板6低于消音腔的腔口所在平面,间隔与第一PVC板2、第二PVC板3之间形成空腔,声音可在空腔内往复以减少能量,产生吸音的效果,消音板4、吸音材料5和吸音板6共同形成吸音层。
耐磨层7的表面还热压有PVC膜,PVC膜上成型有导水槽71,导 水槽71平行布置有多条,多条导水槽71之间间隔布置,导水槽71可以将水导向地面的一侧或者下水道附近,避免水在地板上积累,具有防水防潮的效果。
基板1的底部还布置有第三PVC板8,第三PVC板8由PVC材料和防潮材料共挤成型,在本实施例中,第三PVC板8的防潮材料为海泡石,将PVC材料和海泡石通过两个压延机的不同进料口输送后进行压缩成型,利用海泡石的吸水效果可以吸收渗透的水分,增加地板的防潮效果。
综上,本发明实施例提供一种防潮地板,其在第一PVC板上布置有导水槽,导水槽可将水导向地面的一侧或者下水道附近,避免水在地板上积累;在基板的底部布置有第三PVC板,第三PVC板为由PVC材料和防潮材料共挤成型的复合板,防潮材料可以吸收渗透的水分,导水槽和防潮材料配合可以起到良好的防潮作用,提高地板的防潮效果;同时在第一PVC板与第二PVC板之间布置有消音层,可以提高地板的吸音效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种防潮地板,其特征在于,包括基板,所述基板上由上至下布置依次布置有第一PVC板和第二PVC板,还包括布置在所述基板的底部的第三PVC板,所述第三PVC板为由PVC材料和防潮材料共挤成型的复合板,所述第一PVC板的上侧还布置有PVC膜,所述PVC膜上成型有导水槽,所述第一PVC板和第二PVC板之间还布置有消音层。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防潮地板,其特征在于,所述防潮材料为海泡石。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防潮地板,其特征在于,所述导水槽平行布置有多条,多条导水槽间隔均匀布置。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的防潮地板,其特征在于,所述消音层包括消音板,所述消音板上开设有若干个消音腔,所述消音腔内填充有吸音材料,所述消音腔内于所述吸音材料上还布置有吸音板,所述吸音板内形成有蜂窝形的吸音孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的防潮地板,其特征在于,所述消音腔包括腔口朝向第一PVC板的第一消音腔和腔口朝向第二PVC板的第二消音腔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防潮地板,其特征在于,所述吸音板与所述消音腔的腔口所在平面之间具有间隔,所述间隔用于与所述第一PVC板或第二PVC板形成空腔。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的防潮地板,其特征在于,所述第一消音腔和第二消音腔交替布置。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的防潮地板,其特征在于,所述吸音材料为橡胶颗粒。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的防潮地板,其特征在于,所述吸音板为泡沫板。
  10. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的防潮地板,其特征在于,所述第一PVC板上还布置有耐磨层,所述PVC膜布置在所述耐磨层上。
