本发明涉及地板技术领域,公开了一种吸音地板。吸音地板包括基板,所述基板上由上至下布置依次布置有第一PVC板和第二PVC板,所述第一PVC板和第二PVC板之间还布置有消音板,所述消音板上开设有若干个消音腔,所述消音腔内填充有吸音材料,所述消音腔内于所述吸音材料上还布置有吸音板,所述吸音板内形成有蜂窝形的吸音孔。在第一PVC板与第二PVC板之间布置有消音板,消音板上开设有若干个消音腔,消音腔内的吸音材料可以吸收噪音,同时消音腔的吸音板上的吸音孔可以使噪音在吸音孔内来回震荡以减少噪音的能量,配合第一PVC板与第二PVC板的吸音性能,良好地吸收噪音,提高地板的吸音效果。
Description
本发明涉及地板技术领域,特别是涉及一种吸音地板。
在地面建材及各种装饰领域中,人们对地面材料的吸音、保温要求日益提高,吸音地板成了人们日益不可或缺的要求,但目前市场所销售的吸音复合地板是橡胶、EVA聚乙烯发泡吸音层或软木与PVC弹性地板复合。
PVC板是以PVC为原料制成的板材,用于各类面板的表层包装,所以又被称为装饰膜、附胶膜,应用于建材、包装、医药等诸多行业。现有的PVC地板主要由PVC材料制成,或者将PVC板固定在地板基材上,利用PVC材料自身的性质实现吸音的功能,吸音效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种吸音效果好的吸音地板。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种吸音地板,包括基板,所述基板上由上至下布置依次布置有第一PVC板和第二PVC板,所述第一PVC板和第二PVC板之间还布置有消音板,所述消音板上开设有若干个消音腔,所述消音腔内填充有吸音材料,所述消音腔内于所述吸音材料上还布置有吸音板,所述吸音板内形成有蜂窝形的吸音孔。
优选地,所述消音腔包括腔口朝向第一PVC板的第一消音腔和腔口朝向第二PVC板的第二消音腔。
优选地,所述吸音板与所述消音腔的腔口所在平面之间具有间隔,所述间隔用于与所述第一PVC板或第二PVC板形成空腔。
优选地,所述第一消音腔和第二消音腔交替布置。
优选地,所述吸音材料为橡胶颗粒。
优选地,所述吸音板为泡沫板。
优选地,所述消音板为聚氨酯泡沫板。
优选地,所述第一PVC板上还布置有耐磨层。
本发明实施例一种吸音地板与现有技术相比,其有益效果在于:在第一PVC板与第二PVC板之间布置有消音板,消音板上开设有若干个消音腔,消音腔内的吸音材料可以吸收噪音,同时消音腔的吸音板上的吸音孔可以使噪音在吸音孔内来回震荡以减少噪音的能量,配合第一PVC板与第二PVC板的吸音性能,良好地吸收噪音,提高地板的吸音效果。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
本发明的一种吸音地板的优选实施例,如图1与图2所示,该吸音地板包括由上至下依次包括耐磨层7、第一PVC板2、消音板4、第二PVC板3和基板1,耐磨层7、第一PVC板2、消音板4、第二PVC板3和基板1之间采用热压工艺成型。基板可以为木板、竹板等材料板,耐磨层7可以增加地板的耐磨性,延长地板的使用寿命,在本实施例中,耐磨层7内添加了三氧化二铝粉末,以增加耐磨层7的耐磨性。
第一PVC板2、消音板4和第二PVC板3由上至下依次布置在基板1上,第一PVC板2的外表面为粗糙面,粗糙面具有更好的吸音效果。第一PVC板2和第二PVC板3的材质为现有的PVC板结构,此处不做 详细叙述。
消音板4的材质为聚氨酯泡沫板,消音板4上开设有消音腔,消音腔均匀分布之在消音板4的上下两面,定义位于消音板4上面的消音腔为第一消音腔,位于消音板4下面的消音腔为第二消音腔,第一消音腔的腔口朝向第一PVC板2,第二消音腔的腔口朝向第二PVC板3,第一消音腔和第二消音腔交替布置,以在保证吸音效果的同时可以增强消音板4的结构强度。
第一消音腔和第二消音腔内均填充有吸音材料5,在本实施例中,吸音材料5为橡胶颗粒,橡胶颗粒作为吸音材料5后结构蓬松,不同的橡胶颗粒之间的间隙可供声音往复传递,减少声音的传递能量,产生吸音的效果。
第一消音腔、第二消音腔内分别布置有吸音板6,吸音板6布置在吸音材料5的上方,吸音板6为泡沫板,泡沫板为蜂窝结构,吸音板6内形成有蜂窝形的吸音孔,蜂窝形的吸音孔可供声音在吸音孔内来回震荡以减少声音的能量。吸音板6与第一消音腔的腔口所在平面、第二消音腔的腔口所在平面之间均具有间隔,即吸音板6低于消音腔的腔口所在平面,间隔与第一PVC板2、第二PVC板3之间形成空腔,声音可在空腔内往复以减少能量,产生吸音的效果。
耐磨层7的表面还热压有PVC膜,PVC膜上成型有导水槽71,导水槽71平行布置有多条,多条导水槽71之间间隔布置,导水槽71可以将水导向地面的一侧或者下水道附近,避免水在地板上积累,具有防水防潮的效果。
基板1的底部还布置有第三PVC板8,第三PVC板8由PVC材料和防潮材料共挤成型,在本实施例中,第三PVC板8的防潮材料为海泡石,将PVC材料和海泡石通过两个压延机的不同进料口输送后进行压缩成型,利用海泡石的吸水效果可以吸收渗透的水分,增加地板的防潮效果。
综上,本发明实施例提供一种吸音地板,其在第一PVC板与第二PVC 板之间布置有消音板,消音板上开设有若干个消音腔,消音腔内的吸音材料可以吸收噪音,同时消音腔的吸音板上的吸音孔可以使噪音在吸音孔内来回震荡以减少噪音的能量,配合第一PVC板与第二PVC板的吸音性能,良好地吸收噪音,提高地板的吸音效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本发明的保护范围。

- 一种吸音地板,其特征在于,包括基板,所述基板上由上至下布置依次布置有第一PVC板和第二PVC板,所述第一PVC板和第二PVC板之间还布置有消音板,所述消音板上开设有若干个消音腔,所述消音腔内填充有吸音材料,所述消音腔内于所述吸音材料上还布置有吸音板,所述吸音板内形成有蜂窝形的吸音孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吸音地板,其特征在于,所述消音腔包括腔口朝向第一PVC板的第一消音腔和腔口朝向第二PVC板的第二消音腔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的吸音地板,其特征在于,所述吸音板与所述消音腔的腔口所在平面之间具有间隔,所述间隔用于与所述第一PVC板或第二PVC板形成空腔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的吸音地板,其特征在于,所述第一消音腔和第二消音腔交替布置。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的吸音地板,其特征在于,所述吸音材料为橡胶颗粒。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的吸音地板,其特征在于,所述吸音板为泡沫板。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的吸音地板,其特征在于,所述消音板为聚氨酯泡沫板。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的吸音地板,其特征在于,所述第一PVC板上还布置有耐磨层。
