一种羊栖菜多糖饮品及其制备方法,属于食品加工技术领域。本发明的羊栖菜饮品以羊栖菜为主要原料,产品口感良好,具有明显的效果,保质期长。有美容养颜、提高免疫力、预防感冒等功效。本发明的羊栖菜饮品生产工艺科学有效,简便易于操作。针对羊栖菜多糖原料的特性进行提纯,最大限度的保留的有效成分。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种羊栖菜饮品及其制备方法,属于食品加工领域。
背景技术:
羊栖菜(sargassum fusiforme(harv.)satchel)又名海大麦,海菜芽,海茜菜,大麦菜,海草等,属褐藻类马尾科植物,在我国分布很广,北起辽东半岛,山东,南至浙江,福建和广东浅海及滩头均有生长,是一种重要的经济海藻资源。羊栖菜性味苦,咸,寒,具软坚散结,利水消肿,泻热化痰功能。民间常用来治疗甲状腺肿,颈淋巴结肿,浮肿,脚气等[,]。沿海地区的群众常在夏秋高温季节用羊栖菜制作凉拌菜和汤料,具有清凉和去暑的作用。羊栖菜还含有较高的微量元素,人称长寿菜。
羊栖菜在浙江洞头地区已进行大规模人工养殖,并主要加工成淡干制品出口日本。国内羊栖菜的开发刚刚起步,羊栖菜即食方便食品、调味品、保健食品的开发几乎处于空白。开发羊栖菜多糖饮料使之成为一种健康营养的食品,具有深远的意义。
羊栖菜多糖(Sargassum fusiformepolysaccharide,SFPS)对多种免疫细胞的增殖活性具有促进作用;实验还发现SFPS具有清除自由基、降血脂的作用。实验表明一定浓度的羊栖菜多糖可增强血管内皮细胞增殖活性,并可对抗H2O2对此活性的抑制作用。高浓度的羊栖菜多糖抑制血管内皮细胞增殖活性。国内外报道,羊栖菜多糖(SFP)具有增强机体免疫力,抑制肿瘤细胞、抗菌和抗病毒等生理活性。将羊栖菜多糖对肿瘤细胞进行体外毒性实验,结果表明它是通过增强机体免疫能力的介导作用[,]显著提高机体非特异性细胞免疫功能和特异性的体液免疫功能间接抑制癌细胞的。综合结果表明,羊栖菜多糖具有提高机体免疫功能的作用,对免疫功能的促进作用强。
目前市面上多糖饮料产品不多,主要有:银杏多糖饮料,茯苓多糖饮料,灵芝多糖饮料,银耳多糖饮料等,但是大多都没有量产,所以羊栖菜多糖饮料具有广阔的市场
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种一种羊栖菜饮品,该种饮料既具有营养功能又具有保健功能,美白、补血、提高免疫力,满足现代人的营养健康需求。本发明的另一目的,在于提供上述该种饮料的制备方法。
本发明采取的技术方案为:一种羊栖菜饮品,以重量百分比记,各成分如下:
其制备方法如下:
1、羊栖菜多糖浸提:将羊栖菜投入多功能提取罐中,第一次加10倍量水提取3小时、第二次加8倍量水提取2小时,第三次加8倍量水提取1小时。分次过滤,合并滤液入贮罐;
2、将上述步骤制得的羊栖菜多糖浸提液搅拌均匀,按配方称取木糖醇、维生素C、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸、稳定剂用温水溶解,然后加入上述混合溶液中,补足纯净水,搅拌均匀,过滤;
3、将步骤2制得溶液加热至40-60℃,压力为20-40Mpa下均质,然后在真空度为0.05-0.08Mpa下杀菌;
4、在118-135℃下超高温瞬时灭菌5-25s,灌装,然后80-95℃下二次杀菌,冷却,检验,包装,制得本发明所述的羊栖菜饮品。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的羊栖菜饮品以羊栖菜为主要原料,产品口感良好,具有明显的效果,保质期长。有美容养颜、提高免疫力、预防感冒等功效。
本发明的羊栖菜饮品生产工艺科学有效,简便易于操作。针对不同药物原料的特性进行提纯,最大限度的保留的有效成分。

实施实例1:
一种羊栖菜饮品,由下列原料制得:
羊栖菜浸提液4g、木糖醇0.3g、维生素C0.3g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.02g、柠檬酸0.02g、稳定剂0.02g、纯净水95g。
羊栖菜饮品的制备方法如下:
1、羊栖菜多糖浸提:将羊栖菜投入多功能提取罐中,第一次加10倍量水提取3小时、第二次加8倍量水提取2小时,第三次加8倍量水提取1小时。分次过滤,合并滤液入贮罐;
2、将上述步骤制得的羊栖菜多糖浸提液搅拌均匀,按配方称取木糖醇、维生素C、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸、稳定剂用温水溶解,然后加入上述混合溶液中,补足纯净水,搅拌均
匀,过滤;
3、将步骤2制得溶液加热至40-60℃,压力为20-40Mpa下均质,然后在真空度为0.05-0.08Mpa下杀菌;

羊栖菜浸提液9g、木糖醇0.7g、维生素C0.6g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.03g、柠檬酸0.03g、稳定剂0.03g、纯净水85g。

一种羊栖菜饮品,由下列原料制得:
羊栖菜浸提液6g、木糖醇1.0g、维生素C1.0g、羧甲基纤维素钠0.04g、柠檬酸0.02g、稳定剂0.02g、纯净水80g。

Claims (3)
2.权利要求1所述的一种羊栖菜多糖饮品的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)、羊栖菜多糖浸提:将羊栖菜投入多功能提取罐中,第一次加10倍量水提取3小时、第二次加8倍量水提取2小时,第三次加8倍量水提取1小时,分次过滤,合并滤液入贮罐;
2)、将上述步骤制得的羊栖菜多糖浸提液搅拌均匀,按配方称取木糖醇、维生素C、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸、稳定剂用温水溶解,然后加入上述混合溶液中,补足纯净水,搅拌均匀,过滤;
3)、将步骤2制得溶液加热至40-60℃,压力为20-40Mpa下均质,然后在真空度为0.05-0.08Mpa下杀菌;
4)、在118-135℃下超高温瞬时灭菌5-25s,灌装,然后80-95℃下二次杀菌,

3.如权利要求2所述的一种羊栖菜多糖饮品的制备方法的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中加热温度为:40-60℃。
