本发明公开了一种益脾健胃面粉,由下列重量份的原料制成:高粱40-50、谷子35-45、黑青稞20-25、杏仁22-28、松子仁20-24、黑芝麻18-23、海马1-2、党参2-3、桔梗1-3、金银花2-3、银杏叶4-5、海带15-17、桂花12-16、南瓜20-28、白果10-14、食品添加剂1-2、水适量;本发明的面粉,具有明显益脾健胃的保健疗效。高粱具有和胃、健脾、止泻,有固涩肠胃、抑制呕吐、益脾温中、催治难产等功能。谷子具有清热、清渴、滋阴、补脾肾和肠胃、利小便、治水泻等功效。青稞具有下气宽中、壮精益力、除湿发汗、止泻等作用。海带具有消痰软坚、泄热利水、止咳平喘、祛脂降压、散结抗癌等作用。白果具有通畅血管、保护肝脏、改善大脑功能、润皮肤、抗衰老、治疗老年痴呆症和脑供血不足等功效。

本发明涉及一种面粉及其工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种益脾健胃面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
现如今,随着人们生活节奏的加快与饮食的过于精细,人们花费在锻炼身体上的时间也越来越少,许多人经常胃口不好,不想吃饭,于是越来越多的人处于亚健康状态,想要从根本上解决问题,必须从日常饮食出手,食疗是最佳的方式,面粉是我国人民的日常主食之一,需求量很大。加上人们保健意识的加强,通过增加面粉的保健功能这种食疗方式,使得生活水平普遍都得到提高的人们对这种保健功能的面粉越来越欢迎,这也是我国改善公众健康水平的主要途径之一。
发明内容
本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种益脾健胃面粉及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明面粉由下列重量份的原料制成:高粱40-50、谷子35-45、黑青稞20-25、杏仁22-28、松子仁20-24、黑芝麻18-23、海马1-2、党参2-3、桔梗1-3、金银花2-3、银杏叶4-5、海带15-17、桂花12-16、南瓜20-28、白果10-14、食品添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述食品添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:燕麦30-40、开心果仁30-40、苹果冻干粉20-30、破壁松花粉15-20、菊花10-15、黑蒜10-15、葡萄籽4-5、金樱子2-3、三七3-4、石斛2-3、鸡蛋花5-6、豆蔻2-3、川贝3-4、薏仁油1-2、水适量;将葡萄籽、金樱子、三七、石斛、鸡蛋花、豆蔻、川贝加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得药液;将燕麦、开心果仁加入药液中加热煮至熟烂,捣成泥状,放入烧热的薏仁油中,翻炒5-10分钟,取出烘干,研磨成混合粉;将菊花、黑蒜脱水后研磨成粉,与混合粉及其它剩余成分混合均匀,即得。
所述面粉的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将海马、党参、桔梗、金银花、银杏叶粉碎成渣后与杏仁、松子仁一起放入炒锅中翻炒至炒熟,用纱网分离出中药,加入黑芝麻继续翻炒至熟后,研磨成粉,得炒熟粉,备用;
(2)浆步骤1的中药加入适量水中,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液,将高粱、谷子、黑青稞放入煎煮液中,加热至煮沸,打成杂粮浆;
(3)将白果去壳去心与海带、桂花、南瓜一同放入适量水中,大火煮沸后,文火慢煮20-30分钟,滤掉桂花,将剩余物质破碎打浆,得混合浆;
(4)将步骤2的杂粮浆与步骤3的混合浆混合,搅拌均匀后喷雾干燥,得干燥粉;
(5)将步骤1的炒熟粉与步骤4的干燥粉以及其它剩余成分混合均匀,灭菌,即可。

具体实施方案
下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:高粱45、谷子30、黑青稞23、杏仁26、松子仁22、黑芝麻21、海马1、党参2、桔梗2、金银花3、银杏叶4、海带16、桂花14、南瓜26、白果13、食品添加剂1、水适量;
所述食品添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:燕麦35、开心果仁35、苹果冻干粉25、破壁松花粉18、菊花12、黑蒜13、葡萄籽4、金樱子2、三七4、石斛2、鸡蛋花5、豆蔻3、川贝3、薏仁油2、水适量;将葡萄籽、金樱子、三七、石斛、鸡蛋花、豆蔻、川贝加入适量水文火煎煮1.5小时,过滤得药液;将燕麦、开心果仁加入药液中加热煮至熟烂,捣成泥状,放入烧热的薏仁油中,翻炒8分钟,取出烘干,研磨成混合粉;将菊花、黑蒜脱水后研磨成粉,与混合粉及其它剩余成分混合均匀,即得。
面粉的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将海马、党参、桔梗、金银花、银杏叶粉碎成渣后与杏仁、松子仁一起放入炒锅中翻炒至炒熟,用纱网分离出中药,加入黑芝麻继续翻炒至熟后,研磨成粉,得炒熟粉,备用;
(2)浆步骤1的中药加入适量水中,文火煎煮2小时,过滤得煎煮液,将高粱、谷子、黑青稞放入煎煮液中,加热至煮沸,打成杂粮浆;
(3)将白果去壳去心与海带、桂花、南瓜一同放入适量水中,大火煮沸后,文火慢煮25分钟,滤掉桂花,将剩余物质破碎打浆,得混合浆;
(4)将步骤2的杂粮浆与步骤3的混合浆混合,搅拌均匀后喷雾干燥,得干燥粉;
(5)将步骤1的炒熟粉与步骤4的干燥粉以及其它剩余成分混合均匀,灭菌,即可。

1.一种益脾健胃面粉,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:高粱40-50、谷子35-45、黑青稞20-25、杏仁22-28、松子仁20-24、黑芝麻18-23、海马1-2、党参2-3、桔梗1-3、金银花2-3、银杏叶4-5、海带15-17、桂花12-16、南瓜20-28、白果10-14、食品添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述食品添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:燕麦30-40、开心果仁30-40、苹果冻干粉20-30、破壁松花粉15-20、菊花10-15、黑蒜10-15、葡萄籽4-5、金樱子2-3、三七3-4、石斛2-3、鸡蛋花5-6、豆蔻2-3、川贝3-4、薏仁油1-2、水适量;将葡萄籽、金樱子、三七、石斛、鸡蛋花、豆蔻、川贝加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得药液;将燕麦、开心果仁加入药液中加热煮至熟烂,捣成泥状,放入烧热的薏仁油中,翻炒5-10分钟,取出烘干,研磨成混合粉;将菊花、黑蒜脱水后研磨成粉,与混合粉及其它剩余成分混合均匀,即得。
2.根据权利要求书1所述益脾健胃面粉,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
