本发明公开了一种护肝降脂的花茶及其制作方法，其组成原料的重量份为：金盏花15‑25、杭白菊15‑20、白梅花10‑15、高粱粉8‑12、栗子仁7‑10、桂圆6‑9、绞股蓝5‑7、灵芝4‑6、黄柏5‑7、杜仲4‑6、白芥子3‑5、黑枸杞5‑7、竹叶青4‑6、甘草3‑5、紫菜5‑7、地瓜淀粉4‑6、葡萄籽提取物5‑7、番茄提取物4‑6、腰果5‑7、山楂3‑5、普洱茶5‑8、稻花蜜2‑4和复合粉5‑10；本发明的保健花茶香郁可口、细腻柔滑，而且通过科学配伍，不仅营养搭配均衡，而且搭配多种药食同源中药材，具有很好的美容养颜、补肾明目等功效，可以降低血脂含量，维持血脂平衡，同时本发明可以有效预防和治疗心血管、肥胖、高血脂等患者的症状。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种护肝降脂的花茶及其制作方法，属于保健花茶技术领域。
背景技术
现代都市上班族普遍使用电脑办公久视，烟酒无度，夜生活不制、熬夜等伤害肝脏的行为，而过度用眼，会使肝血亏虚，使双目得不到营养的供给，从而出现眼干涩、看东西模糊、夜盲等；现在市面上各种养肝护肝保健品、药品泛滥，但大多数徒有其表，大张旗鼓的虚假宣传，很可能没有任何保健功能，中药保肝护肝具有无毒、能被生物体完全吸收的优点，是我们研究的主要方向；如果单纯靠药物治疗恐怕很难坚持，胡乱使用眼药水更会使眼睛受损伤，导致各种眼病或失明的危险，且服用中药比较麻烦，口感不佳，不宜长期服用，效果也不一定理想。
发明内容
为了缓解现有技术的不足及缺陷，本发明的目的在于提供一种护肝降脂的花茶及其制作方法。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
护肝降脂的花茶，其组成原料的重量份为：金盏花15-25、杭白菊15-20、白梅花10-15、高粱粉8-12、栗子仁7-10、桂圆6-9、绞股蓝5-7、灵芝4-6、黄柏5-7、杜仲4-6、白芥子3-5、黑枸杞5-7、竹叶青4-6、甘草3-5、紫菜5-7、地瓜淀粉4-6、葡萄籽提取物5-7、番茄提取物4-6、腰果5-7、山楂3-5、普洱茶5-8、稻花蜜2-4和复合粉5-10。
护肝降脂的花茶，其组成原料的重量份为：金盏花20、杭白菊18、白梅花12、高粱粉10、栗子仁8、桂圆8、绞股蓝6、灵芝5、黄柏6、杜仲5、白芥子4、黑枸杞6、竹叶青5、甘草4、紫菜6、地瓜淀粉5、葡萄籽提取物6、番茄提取物5、腰果6、山楂4、普洱茶6、稻花蜜3和复合粉8。
护肝降脂的花茶的制作方法，包括以下内容：
（1）复合粉的制作：复合粉的组成原料为：燕麦粉15-20、黑芝麻粉5-8、龙井茶粉4-6、鲜槐花8-10、鲜玫瑰花瓣4-6、苹果泥6-10、海藻粉6-8、太子参3-4、山药6-8、芡实3-4、红萝卜汁8-10、芦荟汁6-8、山竹果汁2-4、海藻糖4-5、茶籽油6-8；制作方法如下：按组成原料的重量份称取各原料，先将鲜槐花、鲜玫瑰花用2.0-3.0%柠檬酸钠溶液浸泡30-40分钟，取出用清水冲净，晾干后切碎，然后与茶籽油混合炒制15-20分钟，备用；将太子参、山药、芡实分别切碎打磨成浆，然后与上述炒制后的混合花粉以及燕麦粉、黑芝麻粉、龙井茶粉等其他剩余组成原料混合，拌匀后送入烘烤箱中烤熟，冷却后磨粉即得；
（2）将绞股蓝、灵芝、黄柏、杜仲、白芥子、黑枸杞、竹叶青、甘草分别清洗干净、切段后，置于砂锅内，加原料重量5-7倍的水浸泡30-40分钟，然后用武火煎煮至沸腾后，改用文火继续煎煮15-25min，过滤，滤出药渣，得到首次煎液，然后向滤渣中加入原料重量2-4倍的水，武火煎煮至沸腾后，文火继续煎煮5-15min，过滤，得到二次煎液，合并两次煎液，得到过滤液，然后再进行喷雾干燥，得中药粉备用；
（3）将高粱粉、栗子仁、桂圆、山楂、紫菜、腰果、地瓜淀粉混合磨粉，过150-200目筛，然后加入适量的纯净水以及葡萄籽提取物、番茄提取物、稻花蜜，混合煮熟，冷却后再磨粉，备用；
（4）将金盏花、杭白菊、白梅花、普洱茶洗净，干燥后研磨成粉，然后与上述步骤（1）复合粉、步骤（2）中药粉和步骤（3）混合粉混匀后，装袋即可。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明的保健花茶香郁可口、细腻柔滑，而且通过科学配伍，不仅营养搭配均衡，而且搭配多种药食同源中药材，具有很好的美容养颜、补肾明目等功效，可以降低血脂含量，维持血脂平衡，同时本发明可以有效预防和治疗心血管、肥胖、高血脂等患者的症状。
具体实施方式
实施例1：护肝降脂的花茶，其组成原料的重量（g）为：金盏花20、杭白菊18、白梅花12、高粱粉10、栗子仁8、桂圆8、绞股蓝6、灵芝5、黄柏6、杜仲5、白芥子4、黑枸杞6、竹叶青5、甘草4、紫菜6、地瓜淀粉5、葡萄籽提取物6、番茄提取物5、腰果6、山楂4、普洱茶6、稻花蜜3和复合粉8。
护肝降脂的花茶的制作方法，包括以下内容：
（1）复合粉的制作：复合粉的组成原料（g）为：燕麦粉18、黑芝麻粉6、龙井茶粉5、鲜槐花9、鲜玫瑰花瓣5、苹果泥8、海藻粉7、太子参3.5、山药7、芡实3.5、红萝卜汁9、芦荟汁7、山竹果汁3、海藻糖4.5、茶籽油7；制作方法如下：按组成原料的重量份称取各原料，先将鲜槐花、鲜玫瑰花用2.5%柠檬酸钠溶液浸泡35分钟，取出用清水冲净，晾干后切碎，然后与茶籽油混合炒制15-20分钟，备用；将太子参、山药、芡实分别切碎打磨成浆，然后与上述炒制后的混合花粉以及燕麦粉、黑芝麻粉、龙井茶粉等其他剩余组成原料混合，拌匀后送入烘烤箱中烤熟，冷却后磨粉即得；
（2）将绞股蓝、灵芝、黄柏、杜仲、白芥子、黑枸杞、竹叶青、甘草分别清洗干净、切段后，置于砂锅内，加原料重量5-7倍的水浸泡30-40分钟，然后用武火煎煮至沸腾后，改用文火继续煎煮15-25min，过滤，滤出药渣，得到首次煎液，然后向滤渣中加入原料重量2-4倍的水，武火煎煮至沸腾后，文火继续煎煮5-15min，过滤，得到二次煎液，合并两次煎液，得到过滤液，然后再进行喷雾干燥，得中药粉备用；
（3）将高粱粉、栗子仁、桂圆、山楂、紫菜、腰果、地瓜淀粉混合磨粉，过150-200目筛，然后加入适量的纯净水以及葡萄籽提取物、番茄提取物、稻花蜜，混合煮熟，冷却后再磨粉，备用；
（4）将金盏花、杭白菊、白梅花、普洱茶洗净，干燥后研磨成粉，然后与上述步骤（1）复合粉、步骤（2）中药粉和步骤（3）混合粉混匀后，装袋即可。

1.一种护肝降脂的花茶，其特征在于，其组成原料的重量份为：金盏花15-25、杭白菊15-20、白梅花10-15、高粱粉8-12、栗子仁7-10、桂圆6-9、绞股蓝5-7、灵芝4-6、黄柏5-7、杜仲4-6、白芥子3-5、黑枸杞5-7、竹叶青4-6、甘草3-5、紫菜5-7、地瓜淀粉4-6、葡萄籽提取物5-7、番茄提取物4-6、腰果5-7、山楂3-5、普洱茶5-8、稻花蜜2-4和复合粉5-10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护肝降脂的花茶，其特征在于，其组成原料的重量份为：金盏花20、杭白菊18、白梅花12、高粱粉10、栗子仁8、桂圆8、绞股蓝6、灵芝5、黄柏6、杜仲5、白芥子4、黑枸杞6、竹叶青5、甘草4、紫菜6、地瓜淀粉5、葡萄籽提取物6、番茄提取物5、腰果6、山楂4、普洱茶6、稻花蜜3和复合粉8。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的护肝降脂的花茶的制作方法，其特征在于，包括以下内容：
（1）复合粉的制作：复合粉的组成原料为：燕麦粉15-20、黑芝麻粉5-8、龙井茶粉4-6、鲜槐花8-10、鲜玫瑰花瓣4-6、苹果泥6-10、海藻粉6-8、太子参3-4、山药6-8、芡实3-4、红萝卜汁8-10、芦荟汁6-8、山竹果汁2-4、海藻糖4-5、茶籽油6-8；制作方法如下：按组成原料的重量份称取各原料，先将鲜槐花、鲜玫瑰花用2.0-3.0%柠檬酸钠溶液浸泡30-40分钟，取出用清水冲净，晾干后切碎，然后与茶籽油混合炒制15-20分钟，备用；将太子参、山药、芡实分别切碎打磨成浆，然后与上述炒制后的混合花粉以及燕麦粉、黑芝麻粉、龙井茶粉等其他剩余组成原料混合，拌匀后送入烘烤箱中烤熟，冷却后磨粉即得；
（2）将绞股蓝、灵芝、黄柏、杜仲、白芥子、黑枸杞、竹叶青、甘草分别清洗干净、切段后，置于砂锅内，加原料重量5-7倍的水浸泡30-40分钟，然后用武火煎煮至沸腾后，改用文火继续煎煮15-25min，过滤，滤出药渣，得到首次煎液，然后向滤渣中加入原料重量2-4倍的水，武火煎煮至沸腾后，文火继续煎煮5-15min，过滤，得到二次煎液，合并两次煎液，得到过滤液，然后再进行喷雾干燥，得中药粉备用；
（3）将高粱粉、栗子仁、桂圆、山楂、紫菜、腰果、地瓜淀粉混合磨粉，过150-200目筛，然后加入适量的纯净水以及葡萄籽提取物、番茄提取物、稻花蜜，混合煮熟，冷却后再磨粉，备用；
（4）将金盏花、杭白菊、白梅花、普洱茶洗净，干燥后研磨成粉，然后与上述步骤（1）复合粉、步骤（2）中药粉和步骤（3）混合粉混匀后，装袋即可。
