本发明涉及一种桑叶杏仁芝麻糊保健食品,其组分及其重量份数比为:桑叶粉55—65重量份;杏仁粉5—15重量份;黑芝麻粉15—25重量份;辅料5—10重量份。还涉及一种桑叶杏仁芝麻糊保健食品的制备方法,其步骤为:⑴.制备桑叶粉:将新鲜桑叶洗净后经微波干燥后低温超细粉碎,过100目以上筛后备用;⑵.制备杏仁粉和黑芝麻粉:分别将鲜杏仁脱水干燥和炒熟的黑芝麻按重量份数比混合并研磨成粉备用;⑶.将辅料充分粉碎后,再与桑叶粉、杏仁粉和黑芝麻粉按重量份数比经三维混料机充分混合。本发明以鲜桑叶、鲜杏仁和黑芝麻为主要原料制成桑叶黑芝麻糊,不但美味可口,风味独特,还具有清肝明目、清肺润燥的保健功能,营养价值高,市场前景非常好。

本发明属于食品、保健品领域,特别是一种桑叶杏仁芝麻糊保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
桑叶是桑科植物桑树的叶子。中医药学认为,桑叶性味苦、甘、寒,有散风除热、清肝明目之功效。桑叶也是很好的保健品。据现代药理研究:桑叶中有黄酮类、多糖类、生物碱类、植物甾醇类、挥发油、氯基酸、维生素及微量元素等多种化学成分,具有降血糖、降血脂、降血压、抗菌和抗病毒、抗衰老等多种药理活性,广泛用于预防保健,有时单用即可获效,真可谓简、便、廉。近年来,以桑叶为原料的保健品专利层出不穷,如桑叶茶、桑叶面条、桑叶饼干,桑叶饮料、桑叶馒头等。
芝麻糊作为一种休闲食品,具有黑发、养发、通便、美容、减肥等功效,黑芝麻糊的效用更胜鲜奶,食得多皮肤会滑溜、少皱纹,还会令肤色红润白净,更可以治便秘。
杏仁里富含丰富的维生素、蛋白质和铁、钙等微量矿物质,对人体是非常具有补充所需营养的作用。杏仁中包含着不饱和脂肪可以在补充人体所需的脂肪需要时而不增加其他多余的脂肪,杏仁富含的膳食纤维元素对降低人体的胆固醇、三高人群都具有很好地帮助作用。目前,将桑叶、杏仁与黑芝麻进行配伍的食品还未有报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有特殊的营养功能和清肝明目、清肺润燥以及减肥瘦身作用,同时可预防多种疾病,尤其对于”三高”人群,具有很好保健功效的桑叶杏仁芝麻糊保健食品及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:

所述的辅料为糊精或木糖醇或甜味剂中的一种或任意两种或两种以上的组合。
一种桑叶杏仁芝麻糊保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于:该制备方法的步骤为:
⑴.制备桑叶粉:将新鲜桑叶洗净后经微波干燥后低温超细粉碎,过100目以上筛后备用;
⑵.制备杏仁粉和黑芝麻粉:分别将鲜杏仁脱水干燥和炒熟的黑芝麻按重量份数比混合并研磨成粉备用;
⑶.将辅料充分粉碎后,再与桑叶粉、杏仁粉和黑芝麻粉按重量份数比经三维混料机充分混合,制得成品。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
1、本发明的桑叶杏仁芝麻糊保健食品,具有特殊的营养功能和清肝明目、清肺润燥以及减肥瘦身的作用,预防多种疾病,尤其对于”三高”人群,具有很高的保健功效。
2、本发明的桑叶杏仁芝麻糊保健食品,通过提供给20名中度脂肪肝患者连续服用半年以上,平均每人每天服用50g以上,有效率达到100%,治愈率达到26.8%。
3、本发明以鲜桑叶、鲜杏仁和黑芝麻为主要原料制成桑叶黑芝麻糊,不但美味可口,风味独特,还具有清肝明目、清肺润燥的保健功能,营养价值高,市场前景非常好。

下面结合对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种桑叶杏仁芝麻糊保健食品,该保健食品的组分及其重量份数比为:

⑴.制备桑叶粉:将新鲜桑叶洗净后经微波干燥后低温超细粉碎,过100目以上筛后备用;
⑵.制备杏仁粉和黑芝麻粉:分别将鲜杏仁脱水干燥和黑芝麻炒熟并研磨成粉备用;
⑶.取桑叶粉60Kg,鲜杏仁粉13Kg,黑芝麻粉20Kg,糊精5Kg,木糖醇2Kg经三维混料机充分混合。
本配方由于采用了木糖醇,适合糖尿病人群,同时又保证了口感。
实施例2
一种桑叶杏仁芝麻糊保健食品,该保健食品的组分及其重量份数比为:

本配方添加了蔗糖、葡萄糖一类的甜味剂,而且桑叶含量较高,适合一般的需要润肠通便、清肺润燥的人群。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明以鲜桑叶、鲜杏仁和黑芝麻为主要原料制成桑叶黑芝麻糊,不但美味可口,风味独特,还具有清肝明目、清肺润燥的保健功能,营养价值高,尤其对于”三高”人群,具有很高的保健功效,市场前景非常好。通过提供给20名中度脂肪肝患者连续服用半年以上,平均每人每天服用50g以上,有效率达到100%,治愈率达到26.8%。不同配方均有针对的人群,使其效果更加显著。
