技术领域
本发明属于功能食品范畴,具体涉及一种海参复方降血脂功能保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
近些年来,高血脂不再是老年人的专利,越来越多的年轻人也加入了其中,现在很多家长盲目给孩子使用过多的高蛋白、高脂肪、高热量的食品,殊不知如此盲目进补的后果是使孩子过渡肥胖,营养失衡。现在的年轻人工作大多是脑力劳动,而非体力劳动,脂肪积存在体内无法代谢,但自认为身体好而缺乏自我保健意识,使得有些疾病失去了早期发现、早期治疗的宝贵机会。人群当中普遍存在的社交应酬过多、酗酒过度、生活规律等不良生活方式,也成为萌生高血脂疾病的“土壤”。
根据我国血脂异常治疗现状的调查分析,我国高脂血症患者的年龄主要在40~80岁之间,其中60~69岁占40.9%,在伴随疾病中,高血压最常见,占60.6%;冠心病其次,占45.1%,糖尿病32.8%,脑卒中13.7%。高脂血症患病率主要表现为经济发达地区高于经济不发达地区,一些人群高胆固醇和高低密度脂蛋白的患病率超过30%,有的甚至超过50%。
发明内容
本发明提供一种海参降血脂功能保健食品及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案为如下:
一种海参降血脂功能保健食品,其由海参冻干粉、三七提取物和银杏叶提取物按质量比4~9:0.5~3:0.5~3组成。
在优选的技术方案中,所述海参冻干粉、三七提取物和银杏叶提取物的质量比为4~6:2~3:2~3,更优选为5:2.5:2.5。
本发明中,所述海参冻干粉用常规方法制备得到,具体为将海参清洗去杂后,冷冻干燥,并进行超微粉碎得到粒径为100nm-150μm的海参冻干粉。制备所述海参冻干粉用海参可以为刺参、梅花参、叶瓜参、糙海参、仿刺参等,可以采用其中的一种海参或也可以采用两种以上海参的混合物。另外,本发明所述海参冻干粉用海参可以采用各种状态的海参,如鲜活海参、干海参或盐渍海参等。
本发明中,所述海参冻干粉中海参多糖的质量百分含量优选为0.5~10%。
本发明中,所述三七提取物为市售的产品,是将五加科植物三七(Radix Notoginsen)的干燥根及根茎为来源的棕黄色粉末。本发明优选采用三七提取物5:1、三七提取物10:1或三七提取物20:1。
本发明中,所述银杏叶提取物为市售的产品,是银杏科植物银杏(Ginkgo biloba L.)的干燥叶提取得到的黄棕色粉末。本发明优选采用银杏黄酮质量百分含量大于10%的银杏叶提取物。
本发明所述海参降血脂功能保健食品的制备方法为:按质量比4~9:0.5~3:0.5~3将所述海参冻干粉、三七提取物和银杏叶提取物混合均匀,然后将混合料按不同规格装囊,包装为成品。
本发明的有益效果:本发明选用海参冻干粉、三七提取物、银杏叶提取物为原料,制备得到具有降血脂功能的海参保健食品,其配方复配科学合理,原料资源丰富,制备方法简单,易于工业化生产。实验证明,本发明的海参保健食品,具有明显的降血脂保健功能,遵循中医理论从整体出发,作用温和,无毒副作用,为血脂偏高者人群提供了一个安全、有效的保健食品。

下述非限制性实施例可以使本领域的普通技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。下述实施例中,如无特殊说明,所使用的实验方法均为常规方法,所用试剂等均可从化学试剂公司购买。
下述实施例所用三七提取物为宣城市百草植物工贸有限公司生产的三七提取物5:1、三七提取物10:1或三七提取物20:1;所述银杏叶提取物为宣城市百草植物工贸有限公司生产的银杏黄酮含量分别为10%、20%、40%的银杏叶提取物。
实施例1
一种海参降血脂功能保健食品,按如下方法制备得到:
(1)将鲜活梅花参进行清洗去杂后,进行冷冻干燥,并进行超微粉碎,得粒径≤150微米的海参冻干粉;
(2)将步骤(1)的海参冻干粉、三七提取物5:1、银杏黄酮含量为10%的银杏叶提取物按质量比4:3:3混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物按0.2g/胶囊的规格装入胶囊,包装,得成品。
实施例2
一种海参降血脂功能保健食品,按如下方法制备得到:
(1)将鲜活刺参进行清洗去杂后,进行冷冻干燥,并进行超微粉碎,得粒径≤150微米的海参冻干粉;
(2)将步骤(1)的海参冻干粉、三七提取物10:1、银杏黄酮含量为20%的银杏叶提取物按质量比8:1:1混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物按0.25g/胶囊的规格装入胶囊,包装,得成品。
实施例3
一种海参降血脂功能保健食品,按如下方法制备得到:
(1)将鲜活叶瓜参…海参进行清洗去杂后,进行冷冻干燥,并进行超微粉碎,得粒径≤150微米的海参冻干粉;
(2)将步骤(1)的海参冻干粉、三七提取物20:1、银杏黄酮含量为40%的银杏叶提取物按质量比9:0.5:0.5混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物按0.2g/胶囊的规格装入胶囊,包装,得成品。
实施例4降血脂功能动物实验
(1)剂量设计:据人体口服推荐量,实施例1制备得到的海参降血脂功能保健食品的低、中、高剂量分别为0.133g/kg.bw、0.267g/kg.bw、0.800g/kg.bw(分别相当于人体推荐剂量的5、10、30倍)。低、中、高剂量受试液配制时,分别取样品2.66g、5.34g、16.00g加蒸馏水至200ml,按1.0ml/100g.bw体积给SD大鼠(SPF级雄性)灌胃,每天一次,连续灌胃30天。对照组灌胃予以等体积的蒸馏水。
(2)动物分组:以基础饲料喂饲大鼠观察一周后,禁食16小时,取尾血,用OLYMPUS AU400全自动生化分析仪测定血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,根据血清总胆固醇水平兼顾甘油三脂(保健食品降血脂功能评价标准)将动物随机分为4组:高脂对照组和低、中、高三个受试物组。自正式试验开始,各组动物换用高脂饲料,同时按照剂量设计给各组受试动物灌胃,即高脂对照组灌胃给1.0ml/100g.bw的蒸馏水,低、中、高三个受试物组分别灌胃给1.0ml/100g.bw低、中、高剂量受试液。
(3)指标测定:每周称体重一次,于试验结束禁食16小时,拨眼球采血测定血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,结果如表1-3。

由表1-3的结果可知:在本实验条件下,以0.133g/kg.bw、0.267g/kg.bw、0.800g/kg.bw剂量的本发明的海参降血脂功能保健食品给SD大鼠灌胃30天,于高脂对照组比较,0.800g/kg.bw剂量可显著降低饲高脂饲料大鼠血清总胆固醇及甘油三脂水平(P<0.05)。
实施例5降血脂功能人体试食实验
1.样品的准备:1号为安慰剂,2号为实施例2所制备的本发明的海参降血脂功能保健食品。人体口服推荐剂量为每日2次,每次4粒胶囊。
2.受试者选择
2.1纳入标准:受试者性别不限,年龄18-65岁。半年内采血2次,两次血清总胆固醇均≥5.2mmol/L或血清甘油三脂≥1.65mmol/L,单纯血脂异常,无明显脑、肝、心、肺、肾、血液疾患,无长期服药史,自愿受试保证配合。
2.2受试者排除标准:妊娠或哺乳期妇女,对保健食品过敏者;合并有心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病患者;短期内服用与受试功能有关的物品;影响到对结果的判断者;不符合纳入标准,未按照规定食用受试样品,无法判定功效或资料不全影响功效或安全性判定者。
3、试验设计与分组:
采用自身和组间两种对照设计。按受试者血脂水平随机分为1号组和2号组(安慰剂组),尽可能考虑影响结果的主要因素如年龄、性别、饮食等,进行均衡性检验,以保证组间的可比性。按双盲法进行试食试验。
4、试验方法
受试者每天按推荐剂量服用样品,连续服用45天,试验期间不改变原来的饮食习惯,正常饮食。
5、试食前后血清中血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇变化情况,结果如表4,表5为由表4的结果计算得到的血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇变化率。

由表4和表5的结果可知,服用本发明的海参降血脂功能保健食品后,甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与试食前比较分别下降10.44%、18.93%,试食后试食组甘油三脂、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与试食前及对照组试食后比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。试食期间未见明显不良反应。根据评价标准,提示本发明的海参降血脂功能保健食品具有降血脂保健功能。
Claims (6)
1.一种海参降血脂功能保健食品,其特征在于,其由海参冻干粉、三七提取物和银杏叶提取物按质量比4~9:0.5~3:0.5~3组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的海参降血脂功能保健食品,其特征在于,所述海参冻干粉中海参多糖的质量百分含量为0.5~10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的海参降血脂功能保健食品,其特征在于,所述海参冻干粉是将海参清洗去杂后,冷冻干燥,并进行超微粉碎得到的;其中所述海参为鲜活海参、干海参或盐渍海参。
4.根据权利要求1所述的海参降血脂功能保健食品,其特征在于,所述三七提取物为三七提取物5:1、三七提取物10:1或三七提取物20:1中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的海参降血脂功能保健食品,其特征在于,所述银杏叶提取物中银杏黄酮质量百分含量大于10%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的海参降血脂功能保健食品,其特征在于,所述海参冻干粉的粒径为100nm-150μm。
