本发明公开了一种五彩营养米及其制备方法,是由玉米、糯米、紫薯、黑米、红芸豆、荞麦、全蛋粉、富硒绿茶粉、脱水香菇、花生芽、紫苏梗、肉蔻、橘皮、大豆磷脂等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:养分齐全,结构合理,煮制的米饭色彩艳丽,风味独特,保证了含硒量和多种养分含量,具有显著的食疗保健作用,且成本低廉,便于实施,适于广大城乡普通人群食用,实用价值和市场前景十分可观。

本发明涉及食品加工领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合米及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,公知的大米,均是将稻谷收割后,采用米机先将稻谷脱壳成糙米,再将糙米经米机加工成精米,由于精米外观光亮,手感好,口感也好,一直被人们所接受,但是其稻谷在由糙米被加工成精米时,米中绝大部分的营养价值均被机器加工时洗去了,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。大米单一的口感及营养成分已不能满足所有人对主食的需求。市场上复合营养米的出现,因可以满足不同人群对于营养物质的需求而受到青睐。目前市场上的配合营养米品种主要包括:降血糖营养米、谷物配合营养米、荞麦配合营养米等等,均是利用现有的优势作物资源为原料,与大米进行复配,从而提供给米制品特殊的营养价值。本发明经过长期的实践调配,研究出美味、营养的复合米,以确保能够满足人们对于高营养方便米的需求,具有重要的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种五彩营养米及其制备方法,以增加复合米的品种,促进人体健康、丰富人们的生活。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:五彩营养米由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米200-210、糯米80-85、紫薯65-68、黑米60-62、红芸豆20-22、荞麦32-35、全蛋粉12-14、富硒绿茶粉3-4、脱水香菇15-16、花生芽20-22、紫苏梗1-2、肉蔻1-2、焦山楂2-3、大豆磷脂1-2、保健添加剂5-6、水适量。其中保健添加剂由以下重量份的原料组成:藕粉30-35、苹果粉10-12、猴头菇粉8-10、荔枝核2-3、炙甘草1-2、刺梨5-6、橘皮2-3、板栗叶3-4、番薯叶5-6、薏米油10-12、水适量。
本发明的五彩营养米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)糯米、黑米、荞麦去除杂质后用清水漂洗干净,加6-10倍量水浸泡8-12小时,加适量水打磨成浆,得料a;
(2)玉米、红芸豆洗净晾干,磨粉过60-80目筛,得料b;
(3)脱水香菇泡发,花生芽用清水冲洗干净,紫薯洗净去皮,加4-5倍量水一同煮熟,冷凉后打磨成浆,得料c;
(4)紫苏梗、肉蔻、焦山楂加6-8倍量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣得到中药提取液;
(5)料a、料b、料c、中药提取液、全蛋粉、富硒绿茶粉、大豆磷脂、保健添加剂及其他剩余成分倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌均匀,加热糊化后送入制粒机中制粒,充分干燥后冷却,分袋包装。
另外,保健添加剂的制作方法为:将荔枝核、炙甘草、刺梨、橘皮、板栗叶、番薯叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;喷雾干燥,与其它剩余成分混合,即得。

具体实施方式
五彩营养米,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
玉米200、糯米80、紫薯65、黑米60、红芸豆20、荞麦35、全蛋粉14、富硒绿茶粉4、脱水香菇15、花生芽20、紫苏梗1、肉蔻1、焦山楂3、大豆磷脂2、保健添加剂5、水适量。
其中保健添加剂由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:藕粉30、苹果粉12、猴头菇粉8、荔枝核3、炙甘草1、刺梨6、橘皮3、板栗叶4、番薯叶6、薏米油10、水适量。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)糯米、黑米、荞麦去除杂质后用清水漂洗干净,加10倍量水浸泡8小时,加适量水打磨成浆,得料a;
(2)玉米、红芸豆洗净晾干,磨粉过80目筛,得料b;
(3)脱水香菇泡发,花生芽用清水冲洗干净,紫薯洗净去皮,加5倍量水一同煮熟,冷凉后打磨成浆,得料c;
(4)紫苏梗、肉蔻、焦山楂加8倍量水煎煮1小时,滤去残渣得到中药提取液;
(5)料a、料b、料c、中药提取液、全蛋粉、富硒绿茶粉、大豆磷脂、保健添加剂及其他剩余成分倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌均匀,加热糊化后送入制粒机中制粒,充分干燥后冷却,分袋包装。

1.一种五彩营养米,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米200-210、糯米80-85、紫薯65-68、黑米60-62、红芸豆20-22、荞麦32-35、全蛋粉12-14、富硒绿茶粉3-4、脱水香菇15-16、花生芽20-22、紫苏梗1-2、肉蔻1-2、焦山楂2-3、大豆磷脂1-2、保健添加剂5-6、水适量;其中保健添加剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:藕粉30-35、苹果粉10-12、猴头菇粉8-10、荔枝核2-3、炙甘草1-2、刺梨5-6、橘皮2-3、板栗叶3-4、番薯叶5-6、薏米油10-12、水适量;制备方法为:将荔枝核、炙甘草、刺梨、橘皮、板栗叶、番薯叶加适量水煎煮1-2小时,过滤得煎煮液;喷雾干燥,与其它剩余成分混合,即得。
2.根据权利要求l所述的五彩营养米的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:(1)糯米、黑米、荞麦去除杂质后用清水漂洗干净,加6-10倍量水浸泡8-12小时,加适量水打磨成浆,得料a;
(2)玉米、红芸豆洗净晾干,磨粉过60-80目筛,得料b;
(3)脱水香菇泡发,花生芽用清水冲洗干净,紫薯洗净去皮,加4-5倍量水一同煮熟,冷凉后打磨成浆,得料c;
(4)紫苏梗、肉蔻、焦山楂加6-8倍量水煎煮1-2小时,滤去残渣得到中药提取液;
(5)料a、料b、料c、中药提取液、全蛋粉、富硒绿茶粉、大豆磷脂、保健添加剂及其他剩余成分倒入搅拌罐中充分搅拌均匀,加热糊化后送入制粒机中制粒,充分干燥后冷却,分袋包装。
