背景技术
蜜桃性味平和、含有多种维生素和果酸以及钙、磷等无机盐。它的铁含量为苹果和梨的4~6倍。桃有补益气血、养阴生津的作用。桃的含铁量较高,是缺铁性贫血病人的理想辅助食物。现在水蜜桃加工多以罐头为主,水蜜桃饮料少。市场上的水蜜桃饮料口味不好,并且容易变质。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足之处,本发明的目的为了提供一种口味好,容易保存的一种水蜜桃饮料配方,
方案如下:所用的原料按照以下重量份配比:水蜜桃汁170份,稳定剂18份,白糖100份,甜蜜素6份,安赛蜜1.5份,阿斯巴甜1.5份,柠檬酸16份,苹果酸5份,护色剂,山梨酸钾4份。
所述的稳定剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶、低甲氧基果胶或结冷胶其中的一种。
所述的护色剂为异VC钠或者焦亚硫酸钠。

一种水蜜桃饮料配方,所用的原料按照以下重量份配比:水蜜桃汁170份,稳定剂18份,白糖100份,甜蜜素6份,安赛蜜1.5份,阿斯巴甜1.5份,柠檬酸16份,苹果酸5份,护色剂HBA-7A,山梨酸钾4份。
所述的稳定剂为羧甲基纤维素钠。
所述的护色剂为异VC钠。
