背景技术
小儿泄泻是以大便次数增多、粪便稀薄或泻下如水状为主症的一种儿童常见病,一年四季均可发生,尤以夏秋季为多见。各年龄段均可发病,但具有年龄越小,发病率越高的特点。该病轻重差别很大,但只要治疗及时,一般均可治愈,预后良好。如果失治误治,则易生变征而危及生命。病因一:小儿泄泻与气候变化关系十分密切,外感风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火,皆可致泻。病因二:小儿由于暴饮暴食,或吃了不干净的东西,或吃了很多生冷瓜果、腻、甜腻食物,食物停滞在胃肠不能消化,导致泄泻。病因三:小儿具有脾常不足、肾常虚的特点。若因久病或其他疾病后调理不佳,会进一步损伤脾胃;若再过食寒凉,也会导致泄泻。病因四:小儿突闻怪声,偶见异物等遭受惊吓也可引起泄泻。目前虽然也有很多小儿泄泻疾病的中成药物或配方,虽然治疗成方制剂很多,但是都是以药的形式出现,适合长期食用辅助治疗的食疗产品却很少。因此研究开发一种安全辅助治疗的食疗产品非常有实用价值。

针对上述情况,本发明所解决的技术问题是提供一种健脾胃的山药甘蔗分散片及制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

(1)取新鲜山药去皮洗净后,放入温度为30-50℃范围内含有0.5%维生素C的水中浸泡20-30min,取出沥干,将沥干的山药送入胶磨机加水磨成山药糊,山药重量与加水量的比例为l:2-3,再将山药糊倾入孔径为50-70目的筛子中进行过滤,去除杂质,得淀粉乳,将淀粉乳静置4-9h,过滤,除上清液,留沉淀物,将沉淀物送入喷雾干燥机进行干燥,干燥条件为进风温度120-125℃,出风温度60-65℃,干燥后粉碎过120-150目筛,得山药粉,备用;
(2)取新鲜甘蔗洗净,去皮,用榨汁机按甘蔗重量的0.5-1倍量加水榨汁,甘蔗渣排出,留甘蔗汁,将甘蔗汁用离心机经600-1200r/min,离心5-10min,取上清液备用;
(3)将步骤(1)中所得山药粉和步骤(2)中所得上清液搅拌混合后加入山药浆和上清液原料总重量的1:1.5的蒸馏水,搅拌均匀后加热,煮沸后持续加热5-10min,冷却,过100目筛,得混合滤液,将混合滤液在50-65℃范围内干燥成干浸膏,备用;
(4)将步骤(3)中所得干浸膏进行粉碎后加入维生素C、维生素A、葡萄糖酸锌、羧甲基纤维素、微晶纤维素、山楂提取物、西洋参提取物、甘露醇、壳寡糖、粗多糖、三氯蔗糖、微粉硅胶用混匀机混匀制成颗粒,转速为10-15r/min,时间为6-8min,将混匀后的颗粒在50-60℃范围内干燥至水份含量在1-3%之间,备用;
(5)向步骤(4)中所得颗粒加入羧甲基淀粉钠、硬脂酸镁混匀,压制成片,即得山药甘蔗分散片。

所述的步骤(2)中取新鲜甘蔗洗净,去皮,用榨汁机按甘蔗重量的1倍量加水榨汁,甘蔗渣排出,留甘蔗汁,将甘蔗汁用离心机经1000r/min,离心5min。
