背景技术
现有挂面市场,只有单纯的葛根挂面和银杏挂面产品销售。尚无银杏葛根挂面这类先进的冻干工业和传统的制粉工艺应市。
发明内容
本发明针对市场这一现状,提供了一种将传统食品用科学的配比,添加一定量的葛根粉和银杏果仁冻干粉,使人们更加健康和长寿。生产出银杏葛根挂面,以填补了市场这一空白。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用下列技术方案:
一种银杏葛根挂面,包括下列重量分数比的原料组成:
高精粉70~72 特一粉20~22 野银杏果仁冻干粉3~5 野生葛根粉3~5。
一种银杏葛根挂面及其制备方法,包括下列步骤:
a:野生葛根粉的制备:每年11曰至来年2月,采挖野生葛根,用清水冲洗干净泥沙,去除腐败部分,用刀刮去外皮,据切成小段,送入粉碎机粉碎,葛根与水的比例为1:3,粉碎机的筛网孔径为2毫米,粉碎得葛根浆液;将葛根浆液盛入砂布滤架上,反复加水过滤,使粉渣充分分离,得湿淀粉,经48小时沉淀后,舀干淀粉上面的水,取出淀粉块,送入烘干机内,在60℃温度下,烘干粉碎备用;
b: 银杏果仁冻干粉的制备:选用优质野银杏果,经过分拣、筛选、煮制、去壳、去皮上、冷冻干燥机、经细粉机,过80目筛,得银杏冻干果粉备用。
c:调配、混合、包装:按重量百分比称取高精粉70~72 特一粉20~22,然后称取a步骤野生葛根粉3~5,称取b步骤的银杏果仁冻干粉3~5,通过合面、熟化、轧面、上架、烘干、切面、回软、包装即可。得成品每100g挂面,含黄酮6mg以上,并含有17种氨基酸和9种人体所需的矿物质微量元素,以及多种维生素和纤维素。
葛根
葛根为豆科植物野葛或甘葛藤萝的块根,是中国南方一些省区的一种常食蔬菜,其味甘凉可口,常作煲汤之用,也可作药物。野生葛根内含12%的黄酮类化合物,如葛根素、大豆黄酮苷、花生素等营养成分,还有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖、和人体必需的铁、钙、铜、硒等矿物质,是老少皆宜的名贵滋补品,有“千年人参”之美誉。

回软也叫均湿,干燥后的产品比较焦脆,水分分布也不均匀,贮藏于一个湿度合适,温度基本合适的场所后,焦脆的地方逐渐柔软,整个产品中的水分也会分布

具体实施方式
实施例一
a:野生葛根粉的制备:每年11曰至来年2月,采挖野生葛根,用清水冲洗干净泥沙,去除腐败部分,用刀刮去外皮,据切成小段,送入粉碎机粉碎,葛根与水的比例为1:3,粉碎机的筛网孔径为2毫米,粉碎得葛根浆液;将葛根浆液盛入砂布滤架上,反复加水过滤,使粉渣充分分离,得湿淀粉,经48小时沉淀后,舀干淀粉上面的水,取出淀粉块,送入烘干机内,在60℃温度下,烘干粉碎备用;
b: 银杏果仁冻干粉的制备:选用优质野银杏果,经过分拣、筛选、煮制、去壳、去皮上、冷冻干燥机、经细粉机,过80目筛,得银杏冻干果粉备用。
c:调配、混合、包装:按重量百分比称取高精粉70kg 特一粉22kg,然后称取a步骤野生葛根粉3kg,称取b步骤的银杏果仁冻干粉5kg,通过合面、熟化、轧面、上架、烘干、切面、回软、包装即可。得成品每100g挂面,含黄酮6mg以上,并含有17种氨基酸和9种人体所需的矿物质微量元素,以及多种维生素和纤维素。
实施例二

c:调配、混合、包装:按重量百分比称取高精粉71kg 特一粉21kg,然后称取a步骤野生葛根粉4kg,称取b步骤的银杏果仁冻干粉5kg,通过合面、熟化、轧面、上架、烘干、切面、回软、包装即可。得成品每100g挂面,含黄酮6mg以上,并含有17种氨基酸和9种人体所需的矿物质微量元素,以及多种维生素和纤维素。
实施例三

Claims (2)
1.一种银杏葛根挂面,其特征在于由下述重量百分比的原料组成:
高精粉70~72 特一粉20~22 银杏果仁冻干粉3~5 野生葛根粉3~5。
2.权利要求1所述的一种银杏葛根挂面的制备方法是按以下顺序:
a:野生葛根粉的制备:每年11曰至来年2月,采挖野生葛根,用清水冲洗干净泥沙,去除腐败部分,用刀刮去外皮,剧切成小段,送入粉碎机粉碎,葛根与水的比例为1:3,粉碎机的筛网孔径为2毫米,粉碎得葛根浆液;将葛根浆液盛入砂布滤架上,反复加水过滤,使粉渣充分分离,得湿淀粉,经48小时沉淀后,舀干淀粉上面的水,取出淀粉块,送入烘干机内,在60℃温度下,烘干粉碎备用;
b:银杏果仁冻干粉的制备:选用优质野银杏果,经过分拣、筛选、煮制、去壳、去皮上、冷冻干燥机、经细粉机,过80目筛,得银杏冻干果粉备用;
c:调配、混合、包装:按重量百分比称取高精粉70~72 特一粉20~22,然后称取a步骤野生葛根粉3~5,称取b步骤的银杏果仁冻干粉3~5,通过合面、熟化、轧面、上架、烘干、切面、回软、包装即可。
