一种液态酥油,涉及食品原料领域,主要由如下重量份的原料组分制成:精炼大豆油30-40份、精炼菜籽油30-35份、花生油25-32份、丙二醇酯0.1-0.5份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯0.1-0.5份、单硬脂酸甘油酯0.2-0.7份、胡萝卜素0.1-0.4份、香精0.2-0.8份、维生素E0.2-0.8份、天然奶油1-4份。本发明提供的液态酥油,不仅有效解决了两个必需脂肪酸对人体的摄取失衡,还弥补了当前亚油酸类食用油的营养缺陷,并且本发明的液态酥油经多种油脂调和而成,可以弥补现有液态酥油的缺陷,食用更加健康。

本发明涉及食品原料领域,尤其涉及一种液态酥油。
背景技术:
亚油酸、亚麻酸是必需不饱和脂肪酸,人体自身不能合成,必须依靠膳食补充。现今生活中,人们摄取的亚油酸过量,亚麻酸摄入量不足,已对人类健康造成不良影响。
酥油具有浓郁的奶香,由于价格便宜,可以代替奶油作为多种糕点糖果等食品的添加剂使口感更佳。但是,和人造黄油、起酥油一样,现有(液态)酥油中含有大量的反式脂肪酸,对人的潜在危害极大,易造成肥胖、记忆力减退等负面后果,多食甚至很容易加剧心脑血管、动脉硬化甚至老年痴呆等多种疾病的风险。
