本发明公开了一种冰糖雪梨饮料及其制备方法。冰糖雪梨饮料,包括雪梨、枸杞、红枣、川贝、冰糖、黄原胶、山梨酸钾、柠檬酸和水。制备方法包括原料制备、熬制、调味和杀菌灌装。本发明制备方法简单,制备出来的冰糖雪梨饮料口感良好,滋阴润肺,养胃生津,老少皆宜,可长期饮用。

本发明涉及一种饮料,具体涉及一种冰糖雪梨饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
雪梨味甘性寒,含苹果酸、柠檬酸、维生素B1、B2、C、胡萝卜素等,具生津润燥、清热化痰之功效。《本草纲目》记载,梨者,利也,其性下行流利。它药用能治风热、润肺、凉心、消痰、降火、解毒。现代医学研究证明,梨确有润肺清燥、止咳化痰、养血生肌的作用。因此对急性气管炎和上呼吸道感染的患者出现的咽喉干、痒、痛、音哑、痰稠、便秘、尿赤均有良效。梨又有降低血压和养阴清热的效果,所以高血压、肝炎、肝硬化病人常吃梨有好处。
冰糖雪梨能清热止渴,适用于外感温热病毒引起的发热、伤津、口渴等。冰糖雪梨有滋阴润肺,养胃生津的功效。对慢性气管炎、百日咳、慢性咽炎等病症有很好的治疗作用。经常吃冰糖炖梨,可祛除痰热、滋阴润肺。

本发明的目的在于提供一种冰糖雪梨饮料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种冰糖雪梨饮料,各原料的重量百分比为:雪梨8-35%、枸杞5-8%、红枣7-15%、川贝10-15%、冰糖2-5%、黄原胶0.1-0.3%、山梨酸钾0.01-0.05%、柠檬酸0.3-1.3%,余量为水。
所述的一种冰糖雪梨饮料,雪梨和冰糖的重量比为4-7:1。
所述的一种冰糖雪梨饮料的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:
(1) 原料准备:雪梨洗净后去皮去核,切成块状,枸杞洗净备用,红枣洗净后破开备用,川贝捣碎备用;
(2) 熬制:先将块状雪梨、枸杞和红枣置于炖锅中,加入冷水大火熬制,待水开之后加入川贝和冰糖,转小火,继续熬制1-3h,过滤后得滤液;
(3) 调味:趁热在滤液中加入黄原胶,搅拌溶解后加入柠檬酸、山梨酸钾进行调味;
(4) 杀菌灌装:将调味后得到的冰糖雪梨饮料采用超高温瞬间杀菌后,进行无菌灌装即可得饮料成品。
本发明的有益效果是制备方法简单,制备出来的冰糖雪梨饮料口感良好,滋阴润肺,养胃生津,老少皆宜,可长期饮用。

所述的一种冰糖雪梨饮料的制备方法,包括以下几个步骤:
(1) 原料准备:雪梨洗净后去皮去核,切成块状,枸杞洗净备用,红枣洗净后破开备用,川贝捣碎备用;
(2) 熬制:先将块状雪梨、枸杞和红枣置于炖锅中,加入冷水大火熬制,待水开之后加入川贝和冰糖,转小火,继续熬制1h,过滤后得滤液;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰糖雪梨饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
