Abstract
本发明提供了一种含有益生菌的营养口服液及其制备方法,将黑糖、食用大豆蛋白胨、酵母膏、黄原胶配制好,其余部分用蒸馏水补齐,以此做为培养基,灭菌;在所述培养基中接种干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、动物双歧杆菌;将接种后的混合液发酵,pH值降到3-4即得所述口服液。本发明所述益生菌营养口服液以具有诸多健康功效的黑糖为原料,同时,经益生菌发酵制成,制备的口服液口感浓厚,酸甜适口,而且能够有效调节肠道菌群平衡、改善腹泻、便秘、解酒护肝和增强免疫功效的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于保健营养品技术领域,尤其涉及一种含有益生菌的营养口服液及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,市面上较多含有益生菌的饮品,一方面,在许多产品的宣传中,标注有活菌数存在,然而,事实上,产品中并没有存活的益生菌,或是益生菌含量没有标注的那么高;另外一方面,产品大多以乳制品为基质,或是含乳的制品,多数又以乳粉复原而成,益生菌产品的功效会有影响。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种含有益生菌的营养口服液及其制备方法,本发明主要利用的原料为黑糖,选用的菌种是经过人体实验安全验证的具有较好益生功效的菌株。本发明采用的直投式发酵制备方法,更加能保证产品的稳定性及添加的益生菌的活性。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:
一种含有益生菌的营养口服液的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)将以下组分:按照质量比配制:黑糖6%-8%、食用大豆蛋白胨0.05%-0.07%、酵母膏0.01%-0.03%、黄原胶0.02%-0.04%,其余部分用蒸馏水补齐,此做为培养基,灭菌;
(2)在所述培养基中接种以下菌种:
干酪乳杆菌1×106~3×106个/mL;
植物乳杆菌1×106~3×106个/mL;
动物双歧杆菌1×106~3×106个/mL;
(3)将接种后的混合液发酵,pH值下降到3.00-4.00即可;将发酵后产物采用无菌灌装,即得所述口服液。
所述干酪乳杆菌的保藏编号为CGMCC1.29、植物乳杆菌的保藏编号为CGMCC1.2158、动物双歧杆菌的保藏编号为CGMCC1.2268。
本发明还提供了利用所述的制备方法制得的营养口服液。
所述益生菌口服液中益生菌含量达到13亿/mL以上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和技术效果是:本发明所述益生菌营养口服液以具有诸多健康功效的黑糖为原料,同时,经益生菌发酵制成,制备的口服液口感浓厚,酸甜适口,而且活菌数高达13亿/mL,能够有效调节肠道菌群平衡、改善腹泻、便秘、解酒护肝和增强免疫功效的作用。其中的原料黑糖具有加速皮肤细胞的代谢,为细胞提供能量,补充营养,促进再生,黑糖中含独特的天然酸类和色素调节物质,可有效调节各种色素代谢过程,平衡皮肤内色素分泌数量和色素分布,减少局部色素的异常堆积,达到淡化黑色素,美白净化皮肤的作用。且其中的益生菌是经过人体安全验证,具有益生功效的菌株。本发明所述口服液具有优良的市场应用前景。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明所述含有益生菌的营养口服液的制备方法如下:
1、将以下组分:按照质量比配制:黑糖6%-8%、食用大豆蛋白胨0.05%-0.07%、酵母膏0.01%-0.03%、黄原胶0.02%-0.04%,其余部分用蒸馏水补齐。以此做为培养基,热处理方式灭菌,110-121℃ 20-30min℃灭菌。
2、在上述培养基中接种以下菌种:
干酪乳杆菌1×106~3×106个/mL;
植物乳杆菌1×106~3×106个/mL;
动物双歧杆菌1×106~3×106个/mL;
所述干酪乳杆菌(Lactobacillus casei)的保藏编号为CGMCC1.29、植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum subsp. Plantarum)的保藏编号为CGMCC1.2158、动物双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. Animalis)的保藏编号为CGMCC1.2268。
3、将步骤2接种后的混合液在37℃发酵40小时,pH值降到3.00-4.00即可。
4、将步骤3的产物采用无菌灌装,即得此口服液。
本发明所述口服液采用黑糖为原料,发酵结束后,产品中益生菌含量可达到13亿/mL。
从图1中得出,益生菌营养口服液的pH值随着发酵时间的延长而降低,即产品的酸度降低,发酵40h时,达到发酵终点3.02。此时,益生菌口服液具有较好的酸味口感。
从图2中得出,益生菌营养口服液的OD值随着发酵时间的延长而升高,即产品中益生菌的数量在不断增长,发酵40h时,OD值达到0.368。此时,益生菌口服液中含有较高的益生菌活菌,能够保证产品达到较好的营养功效。
以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其进行限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,依然可以对前述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明所要求保护的技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种含有益生菌的营养口服液的制备方法,其特征在于它包括以下步骤:
(1)将以下组分:按照质量比配制:黑糖6%-8%、食用大豆蛋白胨0.05%-0.07%、酵母膏0.01%-0.03%、黄原胶0.02%-0.04%,其余部分用蒸馏水补齐,此做为培养基,灭菌;
(2)在所述培养基中接种以下菌种:
干酪乳杆菌1×106~3×106个/mL;
植物乳杆菌1×106~3×106个/mL;
动物双歧杆菌1×106~3×106个/mL;
(3)将接种后的混合液发酵,pH值下降到3.00-4.00即可;将发酵后产物采用无菌灌装,即得所述口服液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有益生菌的营养口服液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述干酪乳杆菌的保藏编号为CGMCC1.29、植物乳杆菌的保藏编号为CGMCC1.2158、动物双歧杆菌的保藏编号为CGMCC1.2268。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的制备方法制得的营养口服液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的营养口服液,其特征在于:所述益生菌口服液中益生菌含量达到13亿个/mL以上。
