背景技术
市场上的饮料食品,种类繁多,但是大多数的产品突出的是其口感,很少有针对人体健康的食品饮料,但是随着人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越关注食品的特殊功效,对人体的健康有无益处。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种肉末芝士球及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种肉末芝士球,由以下重量份原料组成:猪瘦肉末280-300、香葱末40-50、玉米淀粉300-330、奶酪180-200、椰蓉100-120、番茄酱100-120、牛黄6-7、天麻6-7、丁香花5-6、萱草根5-6、灵芝草5-6、泽泻6-7、棒棒草4-5、狗尾草4-5、面包屑适量、盐适量、油适量、水适量。
一种肉末芝士球的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛黄、天麻、丁香花、萱草根、灵芝草、泽泻、棒棒草、狗尾草用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液加热浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)将猪瘦肉末加入香葱末、玉米淀粉、中药浓缩液、盐、适量的水,搅拌均匀,备用;
(3)将奶酪、椰蓉、番茄酱混合,搅拌均匀,得到奶酪酱,备用;
(4)取小份肉末,包入奶酪酱,包好后,在其表面均匀粘上面包屑,用食用油炸熟即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种肉末芝士球,制作工艺简单,口感香甜滑腻,且含有牛黄、天麻等中药材提取物,有益于人体健康,适合大多数人食用。

一种肉末芝士球,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:猪瘦肉末280、香葱末40、玉米淀粉300、奶酪180、椰蓉100、番茄酱100、牛黄6、天麻6、丁香花5、萱草根5、灵芝草5、泽泻6、棒棒草4、狗尾草4、面包屑适量、盐适量、油适量、水适量。
一种肉末芝士球的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛黄、天麻、丁香花、萱草根、灵芝草、泽泻、棒棒草、狗尾草用5倍量的水加热提取,将提取液加热浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)将猪瘦肉末加入香葱末、玉米淀粉、中药浓缩液、盐、适量的水,搅拌均匀,备用;
(3)将奶酪、椰蓉、番茄酱混合,搅拌均匀,得到奶酪酱,备用;
(4)取小份肉末,包入奶酪酱,包好后,在其表面均匀粘上面包屑,用食用油炸熟即可。

1.一种肉末芝士球,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:猪瘦肉末280-300、香葱末40-50、玉米淀粉300-330、奶酪180-200、椰蓉100-120、番茄酱100-120、牛黄6-7、天麻6-7、丁香花5-6、萱草根5-6、灵芝草5-6、泽泻6-7、棒棒草4-5、狗尾草4-5、面包屑适量、盐适量、油适量、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种肉末芝士球的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将牛黄、天麻、丁香花、萱草根、灵芝草、泽泻、棒棒草、狗尾草用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液加热浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(2)将猪瘦肉末加入香葱末、玉米淀粉、中药浓缩液、盐、适量的水,搅拌均匀,备用;
(3)将奶酪、椰蓉、番茄酱混合,搅拌均匀,得到奶酪酱,备用;
(4)取小份肉末,包入奶酪酱,包好后,在其表面均匀粘上面包屑,用食用油炸熟即可。
