本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种面条,尤其涉及一种芝麻羊肉养颜挂面及其制备方法。
背景技术
面条是中国的传统食物,因其制作简单、食用方便,而广受人们喜爱。现在市场上面条种类繁多,但存在着营养成分单一、可供选择的口味种类少的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种芝麻羊肉养颜挂面及其制备方法,本发明具有口感细腻,爽滑劲道,营养丰富,无化学添加剂的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种芝麻羊肉养颜挂面,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
面粉100-110、羊肉10-12、熟芝麻5-7、葡萄酒3-4、荷叶适量、三七2-3、玫瑰花1-2、菊花2.5-4、当归2-3、枸杞5-6、抱树莲2-3、扁豆衣3-4。
所述的芝麻羊肉养颜挂面的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊肉用盐和热水搓洗去除异味后切成条,浇上葡萄酒,用荷叶包裹,隔水蒸煮40-50分钟,然后取出羊肉,烘干后磨粉;
(2)将三七、玫瑰花、菊花、当归、枸杞、抱树莲、扁豆衣加水煎煮70-80分钟,过滤除渣后所得提取液经喷雾干燥后得粉末;
(3)将熟芝麻搅碎,与步骤(1)、(2)所得物料及面粉混合,再加入适量水,揉成面团;
(4)面团经熟化、压片、切条、干燥、切断、包装,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
羊肉与熟芝麻的结合,使得本发明香味浓郁、口感劲道、风味独特,此外羊肉与熟芝麻中含有丰富的蛋白质与钙质,营养价值高;同时本发明在加工过程中添加了多种中草药,具有清热解毒、补血活血、美容养颜的功效。
具体实施方式
一种芝麻羊肉养颜挂面,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
面粉110、羊肉12、熟芝麻5、葡萄酒4、荷叶适量、三七3、玫瑰花2、菊花4、当归3、枸杞6、抱树莲3、扁豆衣4。
所述的芝麻羊肉养颜挂面的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊肉用盐和热水搓洗去除异味后切成条,浇上葡萄酒,用荷叶包裹,隔水蒸煮40-50分钟,然后取出羊肉,烘干后磨粉;
(2)将三七、玫瑰花、菊花、当归、枸杞、抱树莲、扁豆衣加水煎煮70-80分钟,过滤除渣后所得提取液经喷雾干燥后得粉末;

面粉100-110、羊肉10-12、熟芝麻5-7、葡萄酒3-4、荷叶适量、三七2-3、玫瑰花1-2、菊花2.5-4、当归2-3、枸杞5-6、抱树莲2-3、扁豆衣3-4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的芝麻羊肉养颜挂面的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊肉用盐和热水搓洗去除异味后切成条,浇上葡萄酒,用荷叶包裹,隔水蒸煮40-50分钟,然后取出羊肉,烘干后磨粉;
(2)将三七、玫瑰花、菊花、当归、枸杞、抱树莲、扁豆衣加水煎煮70-80分钟,过滤除渣后所得提取液经喷雾干燥后得粉末;
