技术领域
本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体是以大兴安岭特产野生蓝莓果为原料,采用真空浓缩、槽混、摇摆制粒精制而成的蓝莓颗粒冲剂。充分保留了蓝莓的营养价值,且服用方便。
蓝莓(Blueberry),意为蓝色的浆果之意。低灌木,矮脚野生,颗粒小,但花青素的含量很高;我国主要产在大兴安岭和小兴安岭林区尤其是大兴安岭中部,而且都是纯野生的。蓝莓果实中含有丰富的营养成分,它不仅具有良好的营养保健作用,还具有防止脑神经老化、强心、抗癌软化血管、增强人机体免疫等功能。
背景技术
蓝莓果实中除了常规的糖、酸和VC外,富含VE、VA、VB、SOD、熊果苷、蛋白质、花青苷、食用纤维以及丰富的K、Fe、Zn、Ca等矿物质元素。据对蓝莓果实分析测定,每百克蓝莓鲜果中花青苷色素含量高达163mg,蛋白质400-700毫克、脂肪500-600毫克、碳水化合物12.3-15.3毫克,维生素A高达81-100国际单位、维生素E2.7-9.5微克、SOD5.39国际单位,维生素都高于其他水果。微量元素也很高,每克鲜果中钙220-920微克,磷98-274微克,镁114-249微克,锌2.1-4.3微克,铁7.6-30.0微克,锗0.8-1.2微克,铜2.0-3.2微克。
因此,开发蓝莓颗粒冲剂产品是丞待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是在保留蓝莓营养成分活性的同时,强化蓝莓的保健营养成分,使人体更易吸收,增强机体免疫能力、提高对失眠、健忘、精神不振等症状的改善。
本发明蓝莓蜂蜜颗粒冲剂是以大兴安岭野生蓝莓为原料,经真空浓缩、槽混、摇摆制粒工艺精制而成的纯天然休闲食品。
本发明的蓝莓颗粒冲剂的制备方法是,将新鲜蓝莓果用打浆机打碎,过滤出干物质,取果汁在温度65℃,压力-0.09Mpa的情况下进行真空浓缩至五分之一,按照蓝莓浓缩汁:木糖醇1∶5的比例进行槽混,搅拌均匀,摇摆制粒后装袋得产品。

2.如权利要求1的蓝莓颗粒冲剂,其特征是除了采用蓝莓之外,还可以采用大、小兴安岭红豆等野生浆果。
