本发明具体涉及一种生物菌高产肥,属于节能、环保、高产、无污染、生物菌高产肥研究加工的技术领域,适应于蔬菜底肥和追肥应用。
本技术是为了适应菜篮子工程加快发展,减除化肥对蔬菜的污染,给人类身心健康带来的危害。本技术利用工、农垃圾,变废为宝,经科学配方制成生物菌高产肥,即清除了工农业大量废物垃圾,又节能、环保、恢复原大自然土壤、土壤松软有弹性、防化肥对蔬菜造成的公害,重归大自然无公害蔬菜。
本发明的目的就是弥补以上不足,提供一种节能、环保、高产,使工农垃圾(木屑、棉籽壳、玉米芯、豆杆、树叶、稻草、蚕豆壳、薯渣、花生皮、蔗渣等)废物垃圾,经灵芝菌、食用菌培养出菌丝体,科学配方制成生物菌高产肥,变废为宝,既减少对大自然的污染,又恢复了无公害纯洁的绿色蔬菜。
本发明是这样实现的,所述的生物菌高产肥,其解决方案主要是根据当今土壤施用的化肥土壤板结,绿色 蔬菜所需的营养成分和临床实践的特点,依据蔬菜所需要的营养成分取重量份灵芝菌丝体40-60%,食用菌丝体20-40%,碳酸钙1-6%,鸡粪便4-16%,垃圾土6-16%制成,将菌丝体阴干,磨碎,鸡粪便烘干粉碎,垃圾土干后粉碎,将组方成分混合一起搅拌均匀封装而成。
蔬菜高产依据,依据蔬菜生长期所需的营养成分和生长特点,利用菌类、碳酸钙、鸡粪便、垃圾土,研制的生物菌高产肥营养及有效成分如下:
灵芝菌丝体:营养丰富,主要含麦角甾醇,真菌溶菌酶及酸性蛋白酶、甘露醇,含有水溶性蛋白质,多种氨基酸,维生素、矿物质、多肽及多糖类。灵芝多糖是主要有效成分,具有抗瘤、免疫调节、降血糖、抗氧化、降血脂、抗衰老作用。菌类学专家发现菌丝体(生长过程中的最初阶段婴儿期),其本身的成分含量,是成长完成后子实体的三到五倍之多,而未经破坏的天然活性菌丝体的细胞膜非常的薄,让人体能够完全的消化吸收其成份精华。
食用菌丝体:食用菌含菌蛋白质很高,粗蛋白含量36-60%,食用菌所含营养全面,含有多种微量元素,其中含钾、铁、钙、磷、镁、铜、锌、锰等元素。还含有多种维生素,维生素是动物生育不可缺少的物质。维生素D原可抗佝偻病,核糖核酸可防止感冒。
碳酸钙:碳酸钙作强化剂,既降低成本,又作为基质材料。可使蔬菜秸杆坚固,抗风等作用。
鸡粪便:鸡粪便是很好的肥料,它含有较高的营养成分,充分利用这个资源作肥料。
垃圾土:利用垃圾土的土质粘合菌类营养成分不丢失作用。
本发明原料来源广,菌类、碳酸钙、鸡粪便、垃圾土混合一起,土壤松软海棉型,营养全面而丰富,防病抗病,防冻,抗旱抗涝,无霜期长,产果数多,产量高,是当代绿色果实蔬菜最佳高产肥。
下面结合实施列,对本发明进行详细的说明,取重量份为灵芝菌丝体40-60%,食用菌丝体20-40%,碳酸钙1-6%,鸡粪便4-16%,垃圾土6-16%制成。经多次实验西红柿生长效果现列举一例如下:
生物菌高产肥试验报告

生物菌高产肥以灵芝菌丝体、食用菌丝体、碳酸钙、鸡粪便、垃圾土为原料,采用生物技术制成,具有营养全面又丰富,调节植物阴阳平衡,提高植物免疫力,促进新陈代谢,提高肥料的利用率,从而达到防病、抗病、抗冻、抗旱、抗涝、抗署热、无霜期长、产果数多、产量高等目的,施用生物菌高产肥西红柿产果数多、果实嫩、口感好、成熟早等特点。本试验宗旨验证以上功效在西红柿蔬菜产量的反应,为该产品提供科学的依据。
一、材料及方法:
1、试验时间:2006年4月16日至2006年11月26日,进行西红柿试验。
2、试验西红柿和肥料:试验共计20棵,试验土壤自然土壤,每棵施生物菌高产肥60-100克,试验按常规管理,专人记录。
3、测定指标的统计:从栽培开始计录时间,从2006年4月16日至2006年11月26日,共计224天。从第一次采摘成熟果到最后采摘成熟果平均每棵成熟产106个36斤,因节气立冬寒冷每天中午仍开花长果,如有遮寒、防冻设施,未成熟果平均每棵可产40个6斤。
从临床试验证实《生物菌高产肥》具有防病抗病、抗旱抗涝、抗冻抗炎热、产量高、生长快、果实鲜嫩、无霜期长等特点,本产品适应于果实蔬菜品种应用。

1.一种生物菌高产肥,其特征在于,取重量份灵芝菌丝体40-60%,食用菌丝体20-40%,碳酸钙1-6%,鸡粪便4-16%,垃圾土6-16%制成,将菌丝体阴干,磨碎,鸡粪便烘干粉碎,垃圾土干后粉碎,将组方成分混合一起搅拌均匀封装而成。
