肉桂补火助阳,引火归源,散寒止痛,活血通经。暖脾胃,除积冷,通血脉。枸杞中含有枸杞多糖,枸杞多糖是一种水溶性多糖,是枸杞中最主要的活性成分,相对分子质量为68-200,成为国内外研究热点。其中又以枸杞多糖的免疫调节和抗肿瘤作用的研究最多。现已有很多研究表明枸杞多糖具有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗疲劳、抗辐射、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用。蜂蜜具有补脾胃;缓急止痛、润肺止咳、润肠通便、润肤生肌、解毒、肺燥咳嗽、肠燥、便秘等功能。醋本身具有平衡酸碱的优势,以及当前亟待解决的不均衡饮食习惯,让健康成为消费者购买醋饮料的最大理由。醋饮料也因此从市场份额不大的小众产品越做越大,在饮料市场中逐渐确立起了自己的江湖地位。但是一般的醋饮料以水果味为主,如较风靡的苹果醋饮料,其营养及保健功能亟待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种滋补作用的肉桂枸杞蔬果蜂蜜醋及其制作方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种肉桂枸杞蔬果蜂蜜醋及其制作方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜30-35、醋10-13、萝卜20-24、豆芽12-14、绿茶3-4、大青葱6-9、青椒10-14、枸杞10-13、肉桂3-4、黄芪2-3、甘草1-2、香菇7-9、芦荟叶4-6、香椿4-5、冰草2-3、水1000-1300。
本发明所述肉桂枸杞蔬果蜂蜜醋,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将萝卜、豆芽、绿茶、大青葱、青椒加水放入榨汁机中榨成蔬果汁备用;
(2)将枸杞、肉桂、黄芪、甘草、香菇、芦荟叶、香椿、冰草中加入3-5倍量的水煎煮,待水沸腾后用中小火煎煮1-1.5小时,过滤,取提取液;
(3)将蔬果汁、提取液混合再加入其余剩余成分搅拌均匀,用火煮沸杀菌,过滤,取滤液,待温度降至20-25℃灌装即得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明配方合理,添加肉桂、枸杞能够温补肾阳、滋补肝脏;添加萝卜、豆芽、绿茶、大青葱、青椒能够清热润肺,能够中和肉桂温补造成的火气,达到和谐的状态;本发明口味柔和,醇正,易入口,可直接当饮料饮用,适合冬天饮用。

下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种肉桂枸杞蔬果蜂蜜醋及其制作方法,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:蜂蜜30、醋10、萝卜20、豆芽12、绿茶3、大青葱6、青椒10、枸杞10、肉桂3、黄芪2、甘草1、香菇7、芦荟叶4、香椿4、冰草2、水1000。
本发明所述肉桂枸杞蔬果蜂蜜醋,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将萝卜、豆芽、绿茶、大青葱、青椒加水放入榨汁机中榨成蔬果汁备用;

2. 根据权利要求1所述肉桂枸杞蔬果蜂蜜醋的制作方法,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将萝卜、豆芽、绿茶、大青葱、青椒加水放入榨汁机中榨成蔬果汁备用;
(2)将枸杞、肉桂、黄芪、甘草、香菇、芦荟叶、香椿、冰草中加入3-5倍量的水煎煮,待水沸腾后用中小火煎煮1-1.5小时,过滤,取提取液;
