背景技术
[0002] 蜂蜜具有补脾胃;缓急止痛、润肺止咳、润肠通便、润肤生肌、解毒、肺燥咳嗽、肠燥、便秘等功能。莲子能清心醒脾,补脾止泻,养心安神明目、补中养神,健脾补胃,止泻固精,益肾涩精止带,滋补元气。仙人掌能够清热解毒,舒筋活络,散瘀消肿,解肠毒,凉血止痛,润肠止血,健胃止痛,镇咳。葡萄干中的铁和钙含量十分丰富,是儿童、妇女及体弱贫血者的滋补佳品,可补血气、暖肾,治疗贫血,血小板减少;葡萄干内含大量葡萄糖,对心肌有营养作用,有助于冠心病患者的康复;葡萄干还含有多种矿物质和维生素、氨基酸,常食对神经衰弱和过度疲劳者有较好的补益作用,还是妇女病的食疗佳品。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明的目的是提出一种将葡萄干、莲子、大枣、山楂、仙人掌、罗汉果等结合在一起的营养丰富的葡萄干莲子蜂蜜膏及其制作方法。
[0004] 为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种葡萄干莲子蜂蜜膏及其制作方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜50-55、莲子30-35、葡萄干12-15、大枣5-8、山楂12-15、仙人掌3-4、冬瓜30-35、柿叶3-4、丝瓜络2-3、罗汉果4-5、金银花1-2、凤仙花2-3、山茶花2-3、杜仲叶3_4、白兰花叶2_3、水适量。
[0005] 本发明所述葡萄干莲子蜂蜜膏,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将莲子、葡萄干、大枣、山楂烘干,然后粉碎成粉末待用;
(2)将仙人掌、冬瓜能够切成小块,加入少量水榨汁,然后上锅煮沸;
(3)柿叶、丝瓜络、罗汉果、金银花、凤仙花、山茶花、杜仲叶、白兰花叶中加入适量的水浸泡2-3小时,再用大火煎煮至沸腾,再换成小火煎煮1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤液;
(4)将步骤(I) (2) (3)中所得物混合搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜜反复加热浓缩调成膏状,SP得葡萄干莲子蜂蜜膏。
[0006] 本发明的有益效果是:本发明中蜂蜜补脾胃、润肠燥、滋润皮肤;葡萄干补血气、暖肾、治疗贫血;莲子能清心醒脾,补脾止泻,养心安神明目;仙人掌清热解毒,舒筋活络;经常食用能够滋阴润肺、补肝肾、补气血、安神名目,特别适合爱美女性服用。

[0008] 一种葡萄干莲子蜂蜜膏及其制作方法,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:蜂蜜50、莲子30、葡萄干12、大枣5、山楂12、仙人掌3、冬瓜30、柿叶3、丝瓜络2、罗汉果4、金银花
1、凤仙花2、山茶花2、杜仲叶3、白兰花叶2、水适量。
[0009] 本发明所述葡萄干莲子蜂蜜膏,由以下具体步骤制成: (1)将莲子、葡萄干、大枣、山楂烘干,然后粉碎成粉末待用;

(3)柿叶、丝瓜络、罗汉果、金银花、凤仙花、山茶花、杜仲叶、白兰花叶中加入适量的水浸泡2-3小时,再用大火煎煮至沸腾,再换成小火煎煮1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤液;
(4)将步骤(I) (2) (3)中所得物混合搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜜反复加热浓缩调成膏状,SP得葡萄干莲子蜂蜜膏。
Claims (2)
1.一种葡萄干莲子蜂蜜膏及其制作方法,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜50-55、莲子30-35、葡萄干12-15、大枣5-8、山楂12-15、仙人掌3-4、冬瓜30-35、柿叶3-4、丝瓜络2-3、罗汉果4-5、金银花1-2、凤仙花2_3、山茶花2_3、杜仲叶3_4、白兰花叶2_3、水话量。
2.根据权利要求书I所述葡萄干莲子蜂蜜膏,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成: (1)将莲子、葡萄干、大枣、山楂烘干,然后粉碎成粉末待用; (2)将仙人掌、冬瓜能够切成小块,加入少量水榨汁,然后上锅煮沸; (3)柿叶、丝瓜络、罗汉果、金银花、凤仙花、山茶花、杜仲叶、白兰花叶中加入适量的水浸泡2-3小时,再用大火煎煮至沸腾,再换成小火煎煮1.5-2小时,过滤,取滤液; (4)将步骤(I) (2) (3)中所得物混合搅拌均匀,加入蜂蜜反复加热浓缩调成膏状,SP得葡萄干莲子蜂蜜膏。
