技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆的液压悬置,其减少了装配工艺的数量并提高了液压悬置的生产率。此外,本发明的液压悬置消除了由于隔膜加强板而导致的接合部的形成,并且减小了用于车辆的液压悬置的成本和重量。
背景技术
通常,包含车辆的发动机和变速器的动力传动系统使用发动机悬置、变速器悬置以及被支撑在副车架处的滚动杆而安装在发动机室上。在这种情况下,副车架与车架组合以形成发动机室。
安装发动机和变速器的方法可以分为惯性支撑方法和中心支撑方法。惯性支撑方法使用发动机的惯性主轴并且根据悬置的数量分为四点支撑方法和三点支撑方法。在三点支撑方法中,联接至发动机的发动机悬置和联接至变速器的变速器悬置安装在车辆上,而滚动杆安装在副车架上。此外,惯性三点支撑方法主要用在前轮驱动车辆中。由于对于惯性四点支撑而言副车架的重量和成本增加,因此动力传动系统由使用了“H”形副车架的三点支撑方法进行支撑。
而且,为了有效减小车辆的振动和噪声,悬置的特性可以被调整用于在低速振动时实质上较高的降低,并且在高速振动时实质上较低的动态弹簧系数。为了满足这些特性,用于车辆的液压悬置可以应用到由橡胶形成的橡胶构件的底表面。发动机悬置通常制造成液压悬置。
液压悬置具有这样一种结构,在该结构中,宽域振动(例如在发动机被驱动时输入的低频率/高振幅的振动或高频率/低振幅的振动)可以利用流体的粘性和橡胶的特性而得以减小。现在将参考图1对根据相关技术的用于车辆的发动机悬置1的结构进行描述。
如图1所示,根据相关技术的具有液压悬置的形状的车辆发动机悬置1包括:联接至发动机的中心螺栓10;内芯20,该中心螺栓10穿过该内芯20;由橡胶形成的橡胶构件30,该橡胶构件30通过硫化成型工艺与所述内芯20成为一体;外管40,橡胶构件30的下方部分插入到该外管40中,该外管40布置为围绕该橡胶构件30并且经由安装支架(未示出)联接至车辆;布置在橡胶构件30的底表面上的膜片50;从橡胶构件30的内下部布置在膜片50的顶表面上的下孔板60;以及隔膜80,该隔膜80插入到下孔板60的内部和上孔板70之间。
此外,上腔室2是形成在橡胶构件30、下孔板60和隔膜80之间的空间,在该空间中密封有流体,下腔室3是由隔膜80、下孔板60和膜片50形成的空间,并且该下腔室3通过隔膜80与上腔室2分隔开且布置在上腔室2的下方。
此外,为蜿蜒形状的惯性轨道61沿着上腔室2和下腔室3的外周布置在下孔板60的外周上。蜿蜒的惯性轨道61的顶表面被上孔板70覆盖。惯性轨道61的内部路径经由开口71连接至上腔室2,该开口71穿过上孔板70而形成。因此,当上腔室2的内部容积减小时,上腔室2中的流体经由上孔板70的开口71而移动至惯性轨道61。
在具有以上结构的用于车辆的液压发动机悬置1中,当从发动机传递振动时,内芯20和橡胶构件30变形从而使得上腔室2的容积被调整。特别地,对应于所调整容积的流体从上腔室2移动至下腔室3。具体地,如图2所示,流体经由上孔板70的开口71流入到蜿蜒的惯性轨道61中,然后沿着惯性轨道61(见箭头A)流动,或者当流体穿过隔膜80(见箭头B)之间的空隙时,冲击荷载被减小。
换言之,来自发动机悬置1的顶表面的冲击被传递至上腔室2中的流体。当流体穿过隔膜80之间的空隙时冲击被转化为热能并减小。剩余的冲击荷载被传递至下腔室3中的流体并且冲击量再次减小。
当对应于内芯20和橡胶构件30的已变形的容积的流体量大于穿过隔膜80之间的空隙的流体移动量时,换言之,当低频率和高位移的振动发生时,流体并不穿过隔膜80之间的空隙,而是沿着蜿蜒形惯性轨道61流动。在这种情况下,具有特定频率的振动与蜿蜒形惯性轨道61中的流体共振,由此产生大量衰减力。
另一方面,当从发动机输入高频率和低位移的振动时,位移在隔膜80的移动范围内。因此,对应于内芯20和橡胶构件30的已变形的容积的流体量并不穿过具有相对较大流动阻力的蜿蜒形惯性轨道61,而是穿过具有相对较小流动阻力的隔膜80之间的空隙。在这种情况下,在基本上较短的时间内流体从上腔室2穿过下腔室3,由此振动减小。
液压发动机悬置1的目的是衰减特定频率和减小动态特性,而这些目的利用现有的橡胶型发动机悬置可能无法达到。液压发动机悬置1通过给出了在10到12Hz频带范围内的衰减特性而改进了行驶平顺性。
然而,如图3所示,具有双孔板结构的用于车辆的液压发动机悬置已经研发为在100到130Hz的频带范围内增加介电常数。
在双孔板结构中,具有预定高度(即5mm或更高)的二级喷嘴72连接上腔室2和下隔膜80之间的安装空间,并且从上孔板70的中心向上突出。此外,振动(例如12Hz)通过初级孔板作用(流体沿着惯性轨道61移动)而衰减,动态特性(130Hz)通过二级孔板作用(流体经由二级喷嘴72流动)减小,其中二级孔板作用与流体穿过隔膜80之间的空隙的孔板作用是分开的。
在初级孔板作用中,动力传动系统的振动通过在10到12Hz的频带范围内的减振而得以抑制,从而改进了车辆行驶性能,在二级孔板作用中,在130Hz的频带中的动态特性被减小,从而通过增加介电常数而改进了NVH(噪声振动)性能。以这种方式,在双孔板结构中,行驶平顺性和NVH性能可以同时改进(例如,在其他频率区域中振动的减小)。
但是,在根据相关技术的具有双孔板结构的液压悬置中,由于自由移动型隔膜结构有可能形成接合部,并且组装工艺的数量可能增加。具体地,如图4到6所示,用于双孔板结构的构造包括三个组件,例如上孔板70、下孔板60和隔膜80。此外,由钢形成的加强板81插入到隔膜80中。因此,当隔膜80自由移动时,由于高频率振动使得加强板81在上孔板70和下孔板60之间被激发,从而导致接合部的形成(见图4)。
此外,由于隔膜80插入到上孔板70和下孔板60之间,因此除了外管卷边固定外还需要四个铆钉60a用于组装以固定上孔板70和下孔板60。因此,需要额外的组件从而增加了液压悬置的组装工艺。
此外,由于形成在上孔板70上的二级喷嘴72的突出结构和高度,当实施包括在上腔室2中安装柱塞的调试工作时,安装柱塞的空间可能会不足,因此调试工作可能受到限制,并且用于车辆的液压悬置的尺寸可能增大。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于车辆的液压悬置,其可以防止由于隔膜的加强板导致的接合部的形成,可以减少组装工艺的数量,可以提高液压悬置的可加工性和生产率,并且可以减少液压悬置的成本和重量。
本发明还提供了一种用于车辆的液压悬置,与从双孔板结构中的二级喷嘴处具有突出高度的液压悬置相比,其可以改进液压悬置的调试,并减小液压悬置的尺寸。
根据一个实施方案,本发明提供了一种用于车辆的液压悬置,包括:橡胶构件,所述橡胶构件形成上腔室;膜片,所述膜片布置在所述橡胶构件的底表面上并且形成下腔室;下孔板,所述下孔板布置在所述膜片的顶表面上;隔膜,所述隔膜布置在所述下孔板的顶表面上,其中所述下孔板布置在所述隔膜和所述膜片之间;蜿蜒壁,所述蜿蜒壁从所述隔膜的底表面突出,其中所述隔膜作为所述上腔室的底表面操作,其中所述蜿蜒壁联结至所述下孔板并且分离中心腔室;蜿蜒的惯性轨道,所述蜿蜒的惯性轨道沿着所述中心腔室的外周布置;以及多个孔板开孔,所述多个孔板开孔形成在所述下孔板中,并且构造成允许所述中心腔室和所述下腔室之间的连通。

在上述结构中,橡胶构件30和隔膜80之间的内部空间形成上腔室2,在该上腔室2中密封有流体。此外,与上孔板形成上腔室2的底表面的传统结构不同,根据本发明,上孔板被省略并且由此隔膜80作为上腔室2的底表面操作。
在其中密封有流体的下腔室3可以布置在上腔室2的下方。下腔室3是由下孔板60和膜片50形成的空间,并且通过下孔板60和隔膜80可与上腔室2分离。
根据本发明,隔膜80可以通过实施模塑和硫化工艺而利用橡胶来制造。隔膜80可以用作为一个组件,其同时作为现有的上孔板和隔膜操作。
此外,隔膜80可以布置为覆盖下孔板60的顶表面。因此,隔膜80的底部与下孔板60一起可以形成惯性轨道61,该惯性轨道61沿着中心腔室4(将在下文中进一步详细描述)的外周布置为蜿蜒形状,惯性轨道61的顶表面可以被隔膜80覆盖。
下孔板60能够以容器的形式进行制造,在其中具有预定宽度的突缘部62可以沿着容器的边缘超过整个容器的外周,隔膜80的边缘和下孔板60的突缘部62可以彼此联结。
此外,蜿蜒壁82可以从隔膜80的中心底表面向下突出,从而形成下孔板60和惯性轨道61,蜿蜒壁82的下端可以接触下孔板60的底表面。因此,下孔板60的底表面和侧壁以及隔膜80的蜿蜒壁82可以形成惯性轨道61,该惯性轨道61是上腔室2和下腔室3之间的蜿蜒流体路径。
特别的,在隔膜80和下孔板60之间的蜿蜒壁82的内部空间可以形成中心腔室4,该中心腔室4通过蜿蜒壁82而与惯性轨道61分离。具体地,中心腔室4可以通过隔膜80而与上腔室2分离,上腔室2通过下孔板60而与下腔室3分离,并且中心腔室4可以通过蜿蜒壁82而与惯性轨道61分离。中心腔室4具有这样的结构,惯性轨道61沿着中心腔室4的外周布置。
图8和图9的附图标记83表示通过使上凸的隔膜80的中心部分突出而形成的部分,以产生回复力。此外,流体孔84可以形成在隔膜80的一侧以允许上腔室2和惯性轨道61之间的内部空间之间的连通,流体孔63可以形成在下孔板60的一侧以允许惯性轨道61和下腔室3之间的内部空间之间的连通,该下孔板60形成惯性轨道61。
中心腔室4和下腔室3可以经由多个孔板开孔64连接,该孔板开孔64形成在下孔板60的中心。与传统的液压悬置中具有大体上较大直径的一个开口(图4和图6的60b)形成在下孔板的中心不同,多个孔板开孔64具有大体上较小的直径。
下孔板60的孔板开孔64作为二级喷嘴操作,该二级喷嘴形成在传统液压悬置的上孔板中。当流体经由孔板开孔64在中心腔室4和下腔室3之间移动时,由于孔板开孔64(流体可以流过该孔板开孔64)而可以发生现有的二级孔板作用。因此,在本发明中,可以取消从上腔室2的内部突出的传统的二级喷嘴,而二级孔板作用可以通过孔板开孔64来实现,而孔板开孔64不需要额外的空间。因此,在上腔室2中安装包含柱塞的调试组件将不受限制。
换言之,涉及对于包括柱塞的调试组件安装空间不足、调试受限、以及用于车辆的液压悬置的尺寸增大的问题都可以被消除。也就是说,调试和设计用于车辆的液压悬置的自由度都可以得到改善,且可以减小用于车辆的液压悬置的尺寸。
如此,在根据本发明的液压悬置中,可以去掉现有的上孔板和隔膜中的加强板,并且硫化一体式隔膜可以作为上孔板进行工作以减少双孔板结构的组件的数量。因此,涉及由于隔膜的移动和加强板的激发而形成接合部的问题可以被消除,并且由于组件数量的减少而使得用于车辆的液压悬置的成本和重量可以减小。此外,由于去掉了在上孔板和下孔板上组装四个铆钉的传统工艺,可以减少组装工艺的数量,并且可以改进用于车辆的液压悬置的可加工性和生产率。
图10(a)和图10(b)以及图11(a)和图11(b)是根据本发明的用于车辆的液压悬置的性能和根据相关技术的用于车辆的液压悬置的性能对比的示例性图表。图10(a)和图10(b)以及图11(a)和图11(b)显示了评估本发明的用于车辆的液压悬置的车辆行驶性能和NVH性能以及图1和图2中所示出的具有一般孔板结构的相关技术的用于车辆的液压悬置的车辆行驶性能和NVH性能的结果,其中本发明的用于车辆的液压悬置具有双孔板结构,该双孔板结构使用了硫化一体式隔膜和二级孔板开孔。
当根据本发明的双孔板结构应用到使用孔板结构的液压悬置中时,所显示的车辆行驶性能减小到功耗因素为大约 0.85(见图10(a)和图10(b)),而对于NVH性能、动态特性从大约55kgf/mm减小到40kgf/mm。
本发明已经特别地显示并参考示例性实施方案进行了描述,本领域一般技术人员将了解,在形式和细节上可以作出的各种变化都不脱离随后的权利要求所限定的本发明的精神和范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于车辆的液压悬置,包括:
橡胶构件,所述橡胶构件构造为形成上腔室;
膜片,所述膜片布置在所述橡胶构件的底表面上并且构造为形成下腔室;
下孔板,所述下孔板布置在所述膜片的顶表面上;
隔膜,所述隔膜布置在所述下孔板的顶表面上,其中所述下孔板布置在所述隔膜和所述膜片之间;
蜿蜒壁,所述蜿蜒壁从所述隔膜的底表面突出,其中所述隔膜构造为作为所述上腔室的底表面操作,并且所述蜿蜒壁联结至所述下孔板;
中心腔室,所述中心腔室形成在所述隔膜和所述下孔板之间;
蜿蜒惯性轨道,所述蜿蜒惯性轨道沿着所述中心腔室的外周布置,其中所述蜿蜒壁构造为将所述中心腔室与所述蜿蜒惯性轨道分离;以及
多个孔板开孔,所述多个孔板开孔形成在所述下孔板中,并且构造为允许所述中心腔室和所述下腔室之间的连通,
其中,所述下孔板的底表面和侧壁以及所述隔膜的蜿蜒壁形成惯性轨道,所述惯性轨道是所述上腔室和所述下腔室之间的蜿蜒流体路径,
其中,第一流体孔形成在隔膜的一侧以允许上腔室和惯性轨道之间的内部空间之间的连通,第二流体孔形成在下孔板的形成惯性轨道的一侧以允许惯性轨道和下腔室之间的内部空间之间的连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的液压悬置,其中所述下孔板形成容器形状,其中沿着所述容器的边缘形成突缘部,并且所述下孔板被构造为当所述隔膜的边缘和所述下孔板的突缘部联结时形成所述蜿蜒惯性轨道。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的液压悬置,其中所述隔膜通过实施模塑和硫化工艺而使用橡胶进行制造。
