一种狭缝式涂布机
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷涂布技术领域,特别涉及一种狭缝式涂布机。
背景技术
印刷机均采用丝网印刷的方式完成图案转移,即在网版上进行印刷。这种丝网印刷方式所得到产品厚度均在8-10μm,印刷机每印刷一个版次需要一个网版,当网版的精度及厚度均性差会影响产品制作品质质量。
目前采用的技术在印刷方式、均匀精度上均达不到高端配置工艺的要求,这样很难保证产品的高品质要求,虽然现有技术能够达到产品基本质量的保证,但是印刷精度及均匀度仍然不稳定,产能低下,效率也较低,同时也带来了资源浪费,生产成本较高的问题。
发明内容
本发明提出一种狭缝式涂布机,结构合理,涂布的膜层超薄并且均匀性更好,从而减低成本,增加产能。本发明所采用的技术方案具体是这样实现的:
本发明提供了一种狭缝式涂布机,其包括固定的工作台、可移动的刮刀和厚度感应器,所述刮刀包括两片精密配合的刀片,所述刀片的刀口内部设有均匀的小槽,所述厚度感应器位于所述工作台上并与之连接,所述刮刀上部还设置有光阻连接管道和清洁剂连接管道,所述光阻连接管道和所述清洁剂连接管道分别通过开关与所述刀口内部设置的小槽连通;所述狭缝式涂布机工作时所述刮刀与所述工作台之间保持85-110微米的间隙距离;所述狭缝式涂布机还包括与所述刮刀连接的驱动系统和控制系统,控制刮刀工作原点校准并进行刮涂,刮涂完成后自动回到设计工作原点,所述狭缝式涂布机还包括报警系统,当所述厚度感应器检测到厚度超出设定范围后,所述报警系统发出报警信号;完成涂布后,关闭光阻连接管道,打开清洁剂连接管道,使得清洁剂通过刀口内部设置的小槽对刮刀进行清洗。
本发明较佳实施例中,所述工作台上还包括真空吸附装置用于吸附固定基板。
本发明的狭缝式涂布机,精度高,均匀性好,比电镀工艺效率高,成本低,精度好,均匀性好,且印刷的工艺都能实现并易控制;可刮涂透明绝缘层,省去镀膜工艺,效率大大提高,成本低;采用刮涂方式可得到印刷膜厚五分之一的薄膜,厚度更薄。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明,使本发明的上述及其它目的、特征和优势将更加清晰。在全部附图中相同的附图标记指示相同的部分。并未刻意按比例绘制附图,重点在于示出本发明的主旨。
图1是本发明具体实施例的狭缝式涂布机的结构示意图,如图1所示,本发明具体实施例的狭缝式涂布机,其包括固定的工作台10、可移动的刮刀20和厚度感应器(未图示),刮刀20包括两片精密配合的刀片,刀片的刀口内部设有均匀的小槽(未图示),厚度感应器位于工作台10上并与之连接,刮刀20上部还设置有光阻连接管道60和清洁剂连接管道40,光阻连接管道60和清洁剂连接管道40分别通过开关与刀口内部设置的小槽连通。
本发明具体实施例中,狭缝式涂布机工作时刮刀20与工作台10之间保持设定的微米级的间隙距离。优选地,狭缝式涂布机工作时刮刀20与工作台10之间保持85-110微米的间隙距离。
本发明较佳实施例中,工作台10上还包括真空吸附装置(未图示),其用于吸附固定基板。本发明较佳实施例中,还包括与刮刀20连接的驱动系统(未图示)和控制系统(未图示),控制刮刀工作原点校准并进行刮涂,刮涂完成后自动回到设计工作原点。
本发明较佳实施例中,还包括报警系统(未图示),当厚度感应器检测到厚度超出设定范围后,报警系统发出报警信号,例如发出声光报警或者其他报警信号。
如图1所示,刮涂作业开始前,先将基板30放置在工作台10的预定位置,工作台10上的真空吸附装置吸附固定基板30,之后根据设定刮刀20靠近基板的一侧并与之保持设定的间隙距离,根据工作指令校准后开始刮涂作业,例如形成如图1所示的光阻层50,刮涂完成后自动回到设计工作原点,进行下一片基板的涂布。当完成涂布后,需要对刮刀20进行清洗,此时关闭光阻连接管道60,打开清洁剂连接管道40,使得清洁剂通过刀口内部设置的小槽对刮刀20进行清洗。
本发明的狭缝式涂布机,精度高,均匀性好,比电镀工艺效率高,成本低,精度好,均匀性好,且印刷的工艺都能实现并易控制;可刮涂透明绝缘层,省去镀膜工艺,效率大大提高,成本低;采用刮涂方式可得到印刷膜厚五分之一的薄膜,更薄了;采用刮涂一种金属线的方式可大大提高生产效率。

1. 一种狭缝式涂布机,其特征在于,包括固定的工作台、可移动的刮刀和厚度感应器,所述刮刀包括两片精密配合的刀片,所述刀片的刀口内部设有均匀的小槽,所述厚度感应器位于所述工作台上并与之连接,所述刮刀上部还设置有光阻连接管道和清洁剂连接管道,所述光阻连接管道和所述清洁剂连接管道分别通过开关与所述刀口内部设置的小槽连通;所述狭缝式涂布机工作时所述刮刀与所述工作台之间保持85-110微米的间隙距离;所述狭缝式涂布机还包括与所述刮刀连接的驱动系统和控制系统,控制刮刀工作原点校准并进行刮涂,刮涂完成后自动回到设计工作原点,所述狭缝式涂布机还包括报警系统,当所述厚度感应器检测到厚度超出设定范围后,所述报警系统发出报警信号;完成涂布后,关闭光阻连接管道,打开清洁剂连接管道,使得清洁剂通过刀口内部设置的小槽对刮刀进行清洗。
