Abstract
本发明公开了一种清心健脾保健米及其制备方法,是由玉米、荞麦、小麦胚芽、银杏、百合、莲子心、葵花籽、蓝莓、胡萝卜、山药、绞股蓝、金银花、螺旋藻,红球藻等原料组成。本发明有益效果为:选用药食同源的天然食材与粗粮相结合,并且添加具有保健功效的螺旋藻和红球藻,具有消脂解腻,清心除烦,促进人体排解废物的功效。

本发明涉及食品领域,更确切地说是涉及一种复合保健米及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于大米口感好、易消化,长久以来都是人们的主食。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品营养价值的要求也越来越高。虽然粗粮营养丰富,含有丰富的纤维素、维生素、矿物质的营养成分,但因其口感较粗糙,且不易被消化,因此难以得到更广泛的应用。因此,粗粮应细作,以满足人们对丰富营养的追求。百合、莲子心等食品可清心除烦、具有祛心火排污浊的作用;玉米、小麦胚芽等粗粮中含有丰富的维生素和矿物质;另外,胡萝卜和山药具有健脾和胃的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在于提供一种清心健脾保健米及其制备方法。
为解决这一问题,本发明所采取的技术方案为:清心健脾保健米由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米600-630、荞麦60-70、小麦胚芽30-32、银杏2-3、百合6-9、莲子心5-7、葵花籽3-5、蓝莓4-6、胡萝卜20-25、山药20-25、绞股蓝2-3、金银花1-2、螺旋藻3-5,红球藻3-5、中药添加剂4-5、水适量。
所述的中药添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:玉米粉30-40、苹果100-120、芝麻油3-4、红辣椒3-4、地黄叶10-12、大麦苗粉1-2、当归3-4、桑叶1-2、二色补血草4-5、峨参叶2-3、黑皮根3-4、山楂12-14、绞股蓝5-6、香菇12-14、葡萄酒5-6、糙米汤10-12、蜂蜜冻干粉3-4、薏仁油1-2;制备方法是将苹果洗净去皮、去核,取果肉,与红辣椒混合打浆,过滤得浆液;将地黄叶、当归、桑叶、二色补血草、峨参叶、黑皮根、山楂、绞股蓝、香菇加适量水煎煮,过滤得煎煮液;将玉米粉、所述的浆液、煎煮液、及其它剩余成分合并混合,小火煮沸、搅拌30-40分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥得粉末,即得。
本发明的清心健脾保健米制备过程按以下步骤进行:
(1)银杏、百合、莲子心、葵花籽浸泡完全,煮熟后加水打磨成浆,滤去残渣;
(2)玉米、荞麦、小麦胚芽浸泡完全与胡萝卜、山药用蒸汽蒸熟,捣烂至膏状;
(3)蓝莓、绞股蓝、金银花、螺旋藻、红球藻进行超微粉碎;
(4)将步骤(1)浆液、步骤(2)膏状物、步骤(3)粉末与剩余其它成分加水混合,搅拌均匀,用螺杆制粒机糊化、制粒,烘干、筛分。
本发明的有益效果:选用药食同源的天然食材与粗粮相结合,并且添加具有保健功效的螺旋藻和红球藻,具有消脂解腻,清心除烦,促进人体排解废物的功效。

清心健脾保健米,由以下重量份(kg)的原料组成:
玉米600、荞麦60、小麦胚芽30、银杏3、百合9、莲子心5、葵花籽4、蓝莓6、胡萝卜20、山药22、绞股蓝3、金银花2、螺旋藻3,红球藻3、中药添加剂4、水适量。
所述的中药添加剂由下列重量份(重量份:千克)的原料制成:玉米粉30、苹果100、芝麻油4、红辣椒4、地黄叶10、大麦苗粉2、当归4、桑叶1、二色补血草4、峨参叶2、黑皮根4、山楂12、绞股蓝6、香菇12、葡萄酒5、糙米汤10-12、蜂蜜冻干粉3-4、薏仁油1-2;制备方法是将苹果洗净去皮、去核,取果肉,与红辣椒混合打浆,过滤得浆液;将地黄叶、当归、桑叶、二色补血草、峨参叶、黑皮根、山楂、绞股蓝、香菇加适量水煎煮,过滤得煎煮液;将玉米粉、所述的浆液、煎煮液、及其它剩余成分合并混合,小火煮沸、搅拌30-40分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥得粉末,即得。
制备方法,包括如下步骤:
