根据本发明的箔的制备以本身已知的方式例如在压延机上进行。可以具有二、三或更多层的多层箔通过共挤出、直接挤出或层压而获得。这些方法是本领域技术人员已知的。

箔优选接缝粘合。可以通过相应剪裁的箔片简单并迅速地封闭相邻箔幅面之间的空隙。为此无需具有粘合剂的涂层,因此在已经施用的经植绒的箔中,也不存在纤维被粘合剂粘合的危险。同样有可能的是,形成无纤维的窄条形式的箔的边缘,并且以重叠方式粘合箔。在另一个变体中可想到的是,在粘合之后在跨越接缝的条中除去纤维,并且用经植绒的箔条覆盖接缝。在此,所述条可以具有与箔相同的构造,或者例如在使用杀生物剂时具有更高的杀生物剂浓度或者尤其是具有杀生物剂。
根据本发明的箔特别适合用于保护接触海水的部件,例如船舶、离岸设备、浮标等。由于粘着剂和可变形性,所述箔可以容易地施用。另一优点在于,需要时所述箔可以比常规涂层更容易地从表面去除。必要时所述箔可以通过热作用而揭除。
借助于如下实施例解释本发明,但是不将本发明限制于具体描述的实施方案。除非另有声明或者上下文中另有强制性解释,百分数以重量计,不确定时以混合物的总重量计。
本发明还涉及优选实施方案的全部组合,除非这些实施方案相互矛盾。与数值结合的表述“约”或“大约”意指包括至少高或低10%的值,或高或低5%的值,和无论如何高或低1%的值。
实施例1
在压延机上制备箔。箔配方包含:K-值为80的54.7重量%的PVC;8.5重量%的乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物;1.8重量%的丙烯酸酯-改性剂;21.5重量%的聚合物增塑剂;2.5重量%的稳定剂;1.7重量%的共稳定剂;8.5重量%的二氧化钛;0.7重量%的遮光剂和0.1重量%的润滑剂。所述箔首先用基于丙烯酸酯的粘着剂涂布,并且所述粘着剂用硅化纸覆盖。然后为了固定纤维,施用由100份PVC(Solvin NA)、52份DIDP和40份CaCO3(包含7%的含异氰酸酯的助粘剂)组成的塑料溶胶。在塑料溶胶中,20份填料CaCO3用氧化亚铜部分地替代,所述氧化亚铜与约1%的Cu2O量的异噻唑啉酮或吡硫翁混合。以本身已知的方式用表1中给出的纤维对箔进行植绒。

所述箔可以良好施用于船体。
实施例2
将编号1、4、5、9、10和11的箔粘合在金属板上并研究防附着作用。为此,将这些板固定在可旋转盘的周围,所述可旋转盘设置在东南印度洋中。为了进行研究,所述盘连续旋转或者交替地一个月旋转一个月不旋转。在旋转时通过盘的转速和周长得出这些板上流过的水的速度为20海里/小时(约38/小时)。每个月将这些板和盘从水中取出一次并且研究表面的附着物。拍摄照片,计数藤壶类的数量并且记录具有藻类以及其他海生生物的附着物。然后再次将所述盘放置在海洋中直至下一次研究。结果同样列于表2中。

在一些情况(箔4、9和10)下发现少量藻类,在四种情况(箔9和10)下发现具有藻类的稍多的附着物。所有情况下均未附着藤壶类,而未用根据本发明的箔进行保护的板的边缘分别在更短的时间内(通常3个月后,部分地仅在一个月后)就被藤壶类附着。

Claims (15)
1.用于保护通常位于水下的表面免受附着物的方法,其特征在于,可变形的自粘合箔用纤维植绒并且施用在表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述表面为船体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,纤维配置有一种或多种杀生物剂。
4.根据权利要求1至3至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,植绒所使用的粘合剂配置有一种或多种杀生物剂。
5.根据权利要求1至4至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,使箔自粘合的粘着剂配置有一种或多种杀生物剂。
6.根据权利要求1至5至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,箔配置有一种或多种杀生物剂。
7.根据权利要求3至6至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,杀生物剂选自氧化亚铜(I)、异噻唑啉酮、吡硫翁及其混合物。
8.根据权利要求1至7至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,作为纤维使用聚酰胺纤维、聚酯纤维、银纤维或铜纤维或其混合物。
9.根据权利要求1至8至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,使用纤维混合物从而获得具有疏水纤维和亲水纤维的纤维网,其中亲水纤维的表面张力(根据DIN53364测量)>50dyn且疏水纤维的表面张力(根据DIN53364测量)<30dyn。
10.根据权利要求1至9至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,选择长度为0.1至8mm,优选0.3至5mm且特别优选0.5至3mm的纤维。
11.根据权利要求1至10至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,选择直径为10至100μm,优选30至70μm的纤维。
12.根据权利要求1至11至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,植绒以100至500纤维/mm2的纤维密度进行。
13.根据权利要求1至12至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,箔接缝粘合。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,在接缝范围内除去纤维或者不施用纤维,并且用条遮掩接缝。
15.根据权利要求1至12至少一项所述的方法,其特征在于,箔形成有不含纤维的边缘区域并且以重叠方式粘合。
