Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于容纳车用电池内装件的电池外壳,被安装在车辆中,其中在所述电池外壳(1)上设有用于固定至少一个汽车座椅(2)的器件。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于容纳车用电池内装件的电池外壳,其中限定所述外壳安装在车辆中。此外,本发明还涉及一种带有座椅导轨的电池外壳以及一种带有汽车座椅的车用电池。最后,本发明还涉及一种将带有汽车座椅的车用电池安装在车辆中的方法。
背景技术
这种电池外壳尤其被应用于高压电池,所述高压电池被当作电动和混合动力汽车的驱动电池使用。为了达到所要求的功率要求,通常将高压电池的尺寸设计得较大,所以,电池及其电池外壳在汽车中是否达到最佳布设很重要。
从DE4129737A1中公知一种电驱动的汽车,在所述汽车中,将电池布设在后轴前面。所述电池被一种环形的支承构件环绕。在所述支承构件上固定着底板和罩盖。在所述罩盖上可以布设后座或者后排长椅。
DE102011102019A1公开了一种电动汽车的电池安装构件。在此,将包括多个电池模块和电池安装部段的电池单元用覆盖元件覆盖并且布设在汽车底板下方。在汽车底板的后部布设后座。
上述的车用电池虽然较节省空间地局部地布设在汽车座椅的下方,但是其与汽车车身的整合度很小。
发明内容
因此本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对这方面对上述类型的电池外壳进行改进,并且尤其提供一种能够最佳地整合到车辆中的电池外壳和车用电池。此外,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种可以将按照本发明的车用电池安装在车辆中的适当方法。
所述技术问题通过一种安装在汽车中用于容纳车用电池内装件的电池外壳加以解决,其中,在所述电池外壳上设有用于固定至少一个汽车座椅的器件。
按照本发明,将车用电池的电池外壳设计成,使得可以将至少一个汽车座椅固定在电池外壳上。作为对车用电池外壳的功能的补充,按照本发明的电池外壳因而还担当了车身的支承元件的功能,在所述车身中同时还允许固定至少一个汽车座椅。
电池外壳容纳了车用电池的通用内装件,即尤其电池单元、用于所述电池单元的冷却/加热元件、预制的电池模块以及/或者至少一个电池控制器。
将电池外壳设计成,使得它在其工作状态时是适宜于可靠地容纳电池内装件的,并且必须规定,电池的接口是通往外面的。
优选将电池外壳连同其内装件构造成电动或者混合动力汽车的驱动电池。
可以优选将座椅导轨固定在电池外壳上。因此可以这样准备电池外壳,使得能够将用于安置至少一个汽车座椅的座椅导轨直接安装到车用电池的外壳上。优选可以将多个汽车座椅、尤其所有的座椅以及或许是汽车长椅固定在电池外壳上。
优选在电池外壳上设计用于固定座椅导轨的螺钉紧固点。
按照另一种实施形式,可以将安全带连接器固定在电池外壳上。作为对安置至少一个汽车座椅的补充,还可以将至少一个用于该座椅的安全带的连接器,尤其至少一个安全带锁以及/或者安全带的端部配件固定在电池外壳上。
优选在电池外壳上设计用于固定安全带连接器的螺钉紧固点。
按照另一种优选的实施形式,在处于已安装好状态的电池外壳的顶面上,为车辆乘客的至少一个放脚空间设计至少一个凹槽。所述顶面因而具有一个或者多个凹槽,将所述凹槽用于扩展车辆乘客的放脚空间。
按照本发明的另一种设计方案,电池外壳的至少一个侧壁具有加固装置。优选将所述加固装置实施成,使得外壳被加固的侧壁不仅能保护电池,而且在发生事故时还能额外地保护汽车的内腔,因而被当作在发生侧面碰撞时用于减少危险的措施。
优选将电池外壳的加固实施成蜂窝状结构。可以例如将电池外壳的壁板本身实施成蜂窝状结构,或者也可以借助于另外的具有蜂窝状结构的加固板来进行加固。
本发明的技术问题也可以通过一种带有至少一个座椅导轨的按照本发明的电池外壳加以解决,其中将至少一个座椅导轨固定在电池外壳上。
另外,本发明的技术问题通过一种包括按照本发明的电池外壳的车用电池加以解决,所述电池外壳带有至少一个汽车座椅,其中将至少一个汽车座椅固定在电池外壳上。在此,通常间接地,尤其通过座椅导轨将汽车座椅固定在电池外壳上。
在按照本发明的用于将带有至少一个汽车座椅的车用电池安装在车辆中的方法中,将车用电池连同一个或者多个事先固定在其上面的汽车座椅移动到汽车的车身中,并且随即将电池外壳固定在车辆中。优选将由车用电池和一个或者多个汽车座椅组成的单元,从下面移入到车辆中。

图1表示一种按照本发明的电池外壳的侧向(上图)和俯视(下图)示意图。
具体实施方式
在图1中示出了按照本发明的电池外壳1,在所述电池外壳1上直接安装着用于多个汽车座椅2的座椅导轨3。在图中示出了分别具有两根座椅导轨3的两个前汽车座椅和一个后汽车座椅2以及安全带连接器4,汽车座椅2可沿所述座椅导轨3移动。所述安全带连接器4,尤其是安全带锁以及/或者端部附件。为了扩展通过后面的乘客6所表示的汽车后座乘客的放脚空间,在电池外壳1中设置凹槽5。将所述凹槽5设计得足够大,从而使得后面的乘客6的放脚空间能够得到显著的扩展。电池外壳1的侧壁设有加固装置7,所述加固装置7在侧向视图(附图中的上图)中未加以表示,因为它是在电池外壳1的整个面上延伸的。
本发明因此能够将电池外壳最佳地整合到车辆中。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于容纳车用电池内装件的电池外壳,被安装在车辆中,其特征在于,在电池外壳(1)上设有用于固定至少一个汽车座椅(2)的器件。
2.按照权利要求1所述的电池外壳,其特征在于,可将座椅导轨(3)固定在所述电池外壳(1)上。
3.按照权利要求1所述的电池外壳,其特征在于,在所述电池外壳(1)上设有用于固定座椅导轨(3)的螺钉紧固点。
4.按照权利要求1所述的电池外壳,其特征在于,可将安全带连接器(4)固定在所述电池外壳(1)上。
5.按照权利要求4所述的电池外壳,其特征在于,在所述电池外壳(1)上设有用于固定安全带连接器(4)的螺钉紧固点。
6.按照权利要求1所述的电池外壳,其特征在于,在处于已安装好状态的电池外壳(1)的顶面上,为车辆乘客(6)的至少一个放脚空间设置至少一个凹槽(5)。
7.按照权利要求1所述的电池外壳,其特征在于,电池外壳(1)的至少一个侧壁设有加固装置(7)。
8.按照权利要求7所述的电池外壳,其特征在于,将所述加固装置(7)设计成蜂窝状结构。
9.按照权利要求1所述的电池外壳带有至少一个座椅导轨,其特征在于,将所述至少一个座椅导轨(3)固定在所述电池外壳(1)上。
10.包括按照权利要求1所述的电池外壳的车用电池,带有至少一个汽车座椅,其特征在于,将所述至少一个汽车座椅(2)固定在电池外壳(1)上。
11.一种将按照权利要求10所述的车用电池安装在车辆中的方法,其特征在于,将车用电池连同固定在其上面的汽车座椅(2)移动到汽车的车身中并且随即固定在汽车中。
