Abstract

本发明公开了一种差动齿轮箱,旨在解决现有技术中生产电缆时无法实现单独一个或几个摇篮的退扭状态转换的问题。包括箱体、电机轴、安装在电机轴一端的小齿轮、位于小齿轮上方且与小齿轮啮合的大齿轮、位于电机轴上方且平行于电机轴安装在箱体上的蜗杆,所述大齿轮安装在蜗杆的左端,所述蜗杆下方设有轴线与蜗杆垂直的蜗轮轴,所述蜗轮轴中部安装有轴承座,所述轴承座上安装有与蜗杆啮合的蜗轮,所述蜗轮轴前端设有离合器。本发明可以实现单独一个或几个摇篮的退扭状态转换,而不影响其他摇篮的退扭状态;在没有行星齿轮差速器的情况下,本发明也能满足差动控制的要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种齿轮箱,尤其涉及一种差动齿轮箱。
背景技术
现有的差动齿轮箱都是由差速器来完成进出轴的差动控制的,进出的花键轴也较易磨损,离合器多安装于主轴上或大的变速箱内。生产电缆时,离合器的动作会影响所有绞笼内摇篮架的退扭状态,即全部有退扭或全部无退扭。而且现有的差动齿轮箱体积大,加工难度高,生产电缆时,无法实现单独一个或几个摇篮的退扭状态转换。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种差动齿轮箱,解决生产电缆时无法实现单独一个或几个摇篮的退扭状态转换的问题。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:一种差动齿轮箱,包括箱体、电机轴、安装在电机轴一端的小齿轮、位于小齿轮上方且与小齿轮啮合的大齿轮、位于电机轴上方且平行于电机轴安装在箱体上的蜗杆,所述大齿轮安装在蜗杆的左端,所述蜗杆下方设有轴线与蜗杆垂直的蜗轮轴,所述蜗轮轴中部安装有轴承座,所述轴承座上安装有与蜗杆啮合的蜗轮,所述蜗轮轴前端设有离合器。
进一步,所述蜗杆从左到右依次安装有大齿轮、轴套、弹簧挡圈、蜗杆左轴承和蜗杆右轴承,所述蜗杆左端设有安装在箱体上的左端盖,所述大齿轮左右两侧与箱体之间分别设有大齿轮左轴承和大齿轮右轴承,所述轴套上设有密封圈,便于将小齿轮的运动传递到蜗轮上。
进一步,所述大齿轮和蜗杆上方的箱体上均设有加油孔,便于添加润滑油。
进一步,所述蜗杆右轴承右端设有轴承端盖,所述轴承端盖右端箱体上固连有中部设有螺纹孔的右端盖,螺纹孔内设有用于紧固轴承端盖的螺钉,用于限制右轴承向右移动。
进一步,所述右端盖右端设有套在螺钉上的螺母,所述螺母起到了进一步防松的作用。
进一步,所述蜗轮轴从后向前依次设有后轴承端盖、后轴承、蜗轮轴后轴承、蜗轮轴前轴承、轴承座和离合器,所述轴承座上从后向前依次安装有蜗轮、轴承座轴承和前端盖,便于蜗轮的安装和传动。
进一步,所述离合器为双爪离合器,轴承座上设有与离合器的后端相配的爪形机构,便于离合器根据退扭的需要进行转换。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:采用了离合器,在生产电缆时,可以实现单独一个或几个摇篮的退扭状态转换,而不影响其他摇篮的退扭状态,在没有行星齿轮差速器的情况下,本发明也能满足差动控制的要求。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图3,一种差动齿轮箱,包括箱体1、电机轴4、安装在电机轴一端的小齿轮2、位于小齿轮2上方且与小齿轮2啮合的大齿轮3、位于电机轴4上方且平行于电机轴4安装在箱体1上的蜗杆5,所述大齿轮3安装在蜗杆5的左端,所述蜗杆5下方设有轴线与蜗杆5垂直的蜗轮轴6,所述蜗轮轴6中部安装有轴承座7,所述轴承座7上安装有与蜗杆5啮合的蜗轮8,所述蜗轮轴6前端设有离合器9。
参阅图1,图2所述蜗杆5从左到右依次安装有大齿轮3、轴套11、弹簧挡圈12、蜗杆左轴承13和蜗杆右轴承15,所述蜗杆5左端设有安装在箱体1上的左端盖16,所述大齿轮3左右两侧与箱体1之间分别设有大齿轮左轴承17和大齿轮右轴承18,所述轴套11上设有密封圈19;所述蜗杆右轴承15右端设有轴承端盖20,所述轴承端盖20右端箱体1上固连有中部设有螺纹孔的右端盖21,螺纹孔内设有用于紧固轴承端盖20的螺钉22;所述右端盖21右端设有套在螺钉22上的螺母23;所述大齿轮3和蜗杆5上方的箱体1上均设有加油孔。
参阅图3,所述蜗轮轴6从后向前依次设有后轴承端盖24、后轴承25、蜗轮轴后轴承26、蜗轮轴前轴承27、轴承座7和离合器9,所述轴承座7上从后向前依次安装有蜗轮8、轴承座轴承28和前端盖10;所述离合器9为双爪离合器。
使用时,电机轴带动小齿轮转动,小齿轮带动大齿轮转动,大齿轮带动蜗杆转动,蜗杆带动蜗轮转动,蜗轮带动轴承座转动;当离合器切换位置,与轴承座连为一体时,轴承座的转动会带动蜗轮轴的转动;当离合器切换位置,与主轴一方的爪形机构连为一体时,中心轴就会跟着齿轮退扭副一起转动,此时就实现了成缆过程中的退扭。
本发明体积小,节省空间,在较小尺寸的绞盘上,也能实现差动控制;生产电缆时,可以实现单独一个或几个摇篮的退扭状态转换,而不影响其他摇篮的退扭状态;在没有行星齿轮差速器的情况下,本发明也能满足差动控制的要求。

Claims (3)

1.一种差动齿轮箱,包括箱体(1)、电机轴(4)、安装在电机轴一端的小齿轮(2)、位于小齿轮(2)上方且与小齿轮(2)啮合的大齿轮(3),其特征在于,还包括位于电机轴(4)上方且平行于电机轴(4)安装在箱体(1)上的蜗杆(5),所述大齿轮(3)安装在蜗杆(5)的左端,所述蜗杆(5)下方设有轴线与蜗杆(5)垂直的蜗轮轴(6),所述蜗轮轴(6)中部安装有轴承座(7),所述轴承座(7)上安装有与蜗杆(5)啮合的蜗轮(8),所述蜗轮轴(6)前端设有离合器(9);
所述蜗杆右轴承(15)右端设有轴承端盖(20),所述轴承端盖(20)右端箱体(1)上固连有中部设有螺纹孔的右端盖(21),螺纹孔内设有用于紧固轴承端盖(20)的螺钉(22);
所述离合器(9)为双爪离合器,当离合器切换位置,与轴承座连为一体时,轴承座的转动会带动蜗轮轴的转动;当离合器切换位置,与主轴一方的爪形机构连为一体时,中心轴就会跟着齿轮退扭副一起转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种差动齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述大齿轮(3)和蜗杆(5)上方的箱体(1)上均设有加油孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种差动齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述右端盖(21)右端设有套在螺钉(22)上的螺母(23)。
