技术领域

如图2所示,两个衬垫14a,14b设置在侧面9的至少一个第一部分9a的两端处。衬垫14a,14b稍微从侧面9突出并且被设计为在使用中分别接合于标签2的前端和后端。为了达到此目的,衬垫14a,14b也存在与通道11连通的多个通孔以供应真空。
事实上,衬垫14a和14b限定滚筒4的外围的在此发生标签转移的区域。
真空滚筒4的侧面9还包括至少一个通常称作“中间衬垫”区域的第二部分9b,该第二部分在相关的一对衬垫14b和14a之间延伸。在图2所示的实施方式中,三个第二部分9b存在于真空滚筒4上,这些第二部分关于轴线A”彼此在角度上等距地隔开,并且设置有也可与非旋转的基座中的孔12连接的通孔。
换句话说,考虑到真空滚筒4的旋转方向(此方向在图1中用交叉线箭头示出),每个部分9a从各自的衬垫14a延伸至各自的衬垫14b,而相对应的部分9b从下游的衬垫14b延伸至下一衬垫14a。
如以上参考第一部分9a所述,设置在真空滚筒4的侧面中的第二部分9b的总数量也可相应地改变,这取决于贴标签机的容量,以及甚至是取决于待加工的标签2的长度,最小数量为1。
如图2中可见,每个部分9b都具有围绕轴线A”的比相关的部分9a的角度延伸小的角度延伸,并且在使用中可达到在输入位置I处开始吸引相关的标签2的目的,使得这一标签2于是被接收在直接位于上游的部分9a和各自的衬垫14a,14b上。
真空滚筒4按照惯例通过在以交叉线箭头示出的方向上旋转而工作,使得该真空滚筒首先大致在输入位置I处接收标签材料的带5,当该带接合切割装置8时,对带进行切割,以获得期望长度的标签2。
更具体来说,带5首先随着刀具盘体7前进,然后通过真空供应而固定至刀具盘体7的表面。当标签材料的带5到达输入位置I时,真空供应可方便地中断,在该输入位置处,带5的前缘可由真空滚筒4拾取。
当将标签材料大致转移至输入位置I处时,该标签材料受到由来自真空滚筒4和刀具盘体7的同时真空供应所产生的张力。随着转移进行,随着标签材料的由真空滚筒固定的部分增加,在刀具盘体7处供应的真空的影响降低。因此,带5开始接合切割装置8。
在切割位置处,切割的标签2仅由真空滚筒4承载。转移的完成可以被认为是在切割位置处即刻发生,因为标签质量相对于施加于其上的牵引力的存在是微不足道的。
随着将标签承载到真空滚筒4的侧面9上,标签经过上胶组16,该上胶组具体来说包括上胶滚筒17,从而将预定的胶水图案施加在标签2的将接触容器3的表面的侧面上。
通过上述真空滚筒4的结构,衬垫14a和14b以及真空滚筒的侧面9的至少一个部分9a中的通孔可单独地且可控制地与真空源流体连接。因此,每个标签2在整个操作过程中可精确地处理。
为了确保更好的执行,标签2在真空滚筒4的侧面9之上的精确定位可有利地通过保持由切割单元6接收的每个标签2而进行,并且前缘保持在衬垫14a处,并且后缘保持在相同对衬垫中的衬垫14b处。这可通过保持标签2的不同滚筒的精确定时并且通过控制整个操作中的真空的供应而实现。
具体来说,抽吸可通过三个不同保持区域中的每个单独地且可控制地施加至每个标签2,这三个保持区域分别由衬垫14a,14b和包括在其间的部分9a限定。
事实上,真空滚筒4位于非旋转的基座上,该基座作为固定分配器构件而安装。基座的孔或歧管12连接至一个或多个独立的真空源,例如使得不同的真空度可与不同的孔12相关联。当真空滚筒4围绕其轴线A”旋转时,内部通道11在与标签材料的带5/标签2的某些操作的执行对应的某些预定的角度位置处与某些孔和歧管12连通。在衬垫14a,14b以及每个包括在其间的部分9a处供应的真空度可相应地随着贴标签工序的操作而微调。
因此,可随时确保标签2与真空滚筒表面9之间的期望接触,例如以允许当标签至少被保持在衬垫14a,14b处时在标签的部分上适当地施加完整的胶水图案。优选地,在胶水施加的过程中,标签2也被保持在相关的部分9a处。
在胶水施加之后,贴标签操作于是通过将标签2从真空滚筒4转移至各自的物品3而完成,该物品由传送带50运送并由围绕各自的支撑板51的轴线A’旋转。
在所谓的正旋转布置中,传送带50和真空滚筒4在相反的方向上旋转,所以在标签转移时它们各自的外表面在大致相同的方向上移动。这是图1中示出的情况,其中真空滚筒4在顺时针方向上旋转,而传送带50在逆时针方向上旋转。
可替代地,在所谓的逆旋转布置中,传送带50和真空滚筒4在相同的方向上旋转,因此在标签转移时它们各自的外表面在相反的方向上移动。
然而,在这两种布置中,支撑板51和真空滚筒4应在相反的方向上旋转。
在输出位置O处,正在将标签2从真空滚筒4转移至物品3的动作将受到由真空滚筒4,传动带50和支撑板51的同时旋转的组合产生的速度影响。
具体来说,标签2应以与真空滚筒4的切向速度对应的标签加工速度V1到达输出位置O处。
在标签转移时,物品3(标签2待被转移在其上)的外表面以由以下各项的合成产生的速度移动:
-由其上放置有物品3的支撑板51围绕其自身的轴线A’的旋转得到的主切向速度V2;以及
-由相同支撑板51围绕传送带50的轴线A’的旋转得到的次切向速度V3
可参考图4,其中交叉线箭头表示所涉及的部件的旋转方向,然而直箭头定性地表示上述切向速度V1,V2和V3
有利地,为了将标签2从真空滚筒4转移到相关的物品3上:
-当所述衬垫14a接近到达输出位置O时,即,当标签2的前缘可有效地接合物品3的外表面时,减少保持标签2的前缘的衬垫14a处的真空的供应;以及
-优选地在减少衬垫14a处的真空的供应之后立即切断部分9a处的真空的供应。
另外,围绕真空滚筒4,传送带50和支撑板51的各自的轴线的旋转速度可有利地设置成使得,在输出位置O处,标签加工速度V1大于由主切向速度V2和次切向速度V3的组合产生的速度。
如果不是标签的后缘仍然被保持在衬垫14b处,在标签转移期间对部分9a处的真空的供应的抑制会导致缺乏正在转移的标签2与真空滚筒的表面之间的接触。
因此,如图5所示,标签2松散地缠绕在大致与支撑板51整体地旋转的物品3的外表面之上。
为了完成标签转移(见图6),当标签2的后缘到达输出位置O时,减少衬垫14b处的真空的供应。
具体来说,因为在标签转移时,标签2仅在其前缘和后缘处被紧紧夹住,即,因为在标签转移时只在衬垫14a,14b处供应真空而在部分91处没有供应真空,并且因为支撑板51以与贴标签台1的其他移动部件的速度相关的可控制的速度旋转,所以根据本发明的方法可以将标签2以精确地控制的宽松度施加在物品3上。
有利地,所述宽松度可以被调整并且配合物品3的预期的最终膨胀水平,特别是在物品3是挠性容器(例如瓶子)的情况下,其在填充时经历显著的与蠕变相关的膨胀。预期的最终膨胀水平可根据材料属性以及增压和储存情况来估计。
此外,本发明的方法允许将轻质标签材料以最小的胶水施加水平和良好的效果施加至轻质容器。
有利地本方法可应用于贴标签机中的传送带50和真空滚筒4的正旋转和负旋转布置两者。
具体来说,在负旋转布置中,因为次切向速度V3的相关分量相对于主切向速度V2应具有相反的方向,由它们的组合产生的速度应几乎不可避免地低于标签加工速度V1。换句话说,上述运动学关系应不要求保持对速度控制的特定地微调。
另一方面,在正旋转布置中,应需要更多全面的考虑,以确保标签加工速度V1大于由主切向速度V2和次切向速度V3的相关分量的组合产生的速度,因为这些速度将具有相同的方向。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于在贴标签机中将标签(2)施加至沿物品路径(P)行进的物品(3)的方法,其中,所述标签(2)在输入位置(I)处被接收在可移动的表面(9)上以保持在所述表面(9)上,同时所述标签被涂上胶水并通过所述表面(9)的运动而前进至输出位置(O),在所述输出位置处将所述标签(2)转移至所述物品(3);并且其中,所述物品(3)在沿所述路径(P)以行进速度(V3)行进的同时围绕旋转轴线(A’)以切向速度(V2)旋转;所述方法包括:
-为所述表面(9)的至少三个部分(14a,14b,9a)提供单独的且能控制的真空装置,以用于将所述标签(2)保持在所述表面(9)上;
-至少在所述标签(2)在所述输入位置(I)与所述输出位置(O)之间以标签加工速度(V1)前进的同时,通过所述真空装置的应用将所述标签(2)的前缘保持在所述三个部分中的第一部分(14a)处并将所述标签(2)的后缘保持在所述三个部分中的第二部分(14b)处;所述标签(2)的中段面向所述三个部分中的第三部分(9a);
-将所述标签(2)转移到所述物品(3)上;
其特征在于,
将所述标签(2)转移到所述物品(3)上的步骤包括:
-当所述第一部分(14a)到达所述输出位置(O)时,减少所述表面(9)的所述第一部分(14a)处的所述真空装置的应用;以及
-中断所述表面(9)的所述第三部分(9a)处的所述真空装置的应用;将所述标签(2)的所述后缘保持在所述表面(9)的所述第二部分(14b)处;
所述加工速度(V1)大于由所述切向速度(V2)和所述行进速度(V3)的组合产生的速度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,当标签材料的带(5)与布置在所述输入位置(I)上游的切割装置(8)接合时,从所述标签材料的带切断所述标签(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述物品(3)通过传送带(50)沿所述物品路径(P)运送,所述传送带围绕大致平行于所述物品(3)的所述旋转轴线(A’)的轴线(A)旋转;并且其中,所述表面(9)通过真空滚筒(4)承载,所述真空滚筒围绕大致平行于所述物品(3)的所述旋转轴线(A’)的轴线(A”)旋转,所述真空滚筒(4)的旋转方向与所述物品(3)的旋转方向相反。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述传送带(50)的旋转方向与所述真空滚筒(4)的旋转方向相同。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述传送带(50)的旋转方向与所述真空滚筒(4)的旋转方向相反。
