本发明涉及一种紫外光固化涂料实木百叶窗涂装的施工工艺。其特征在于由下列步骤组成:(1)素材处理;(2)辊涂流平底漆;(3)干燥;(4)第一次双辊辊涂白色底漆;(5)第一次半干;(6)第二次双辊辊涂白色底漆;(7)第二次半干;(8)第三次双辊辊涂白色底漆;(9)第一次全干;(10)双棍辊涂白色面漆;(11)第二次全干。本发明的优点是不打磨、生产效率高,涂装后在低温或高温下均不开裂,附着力佳,流平佳,遮盖力佳。

紫外光固化涂料实木百叶窗表面施工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种紫外光固化涂料实木百叶窗涂装的施工工艺。
背景技术
现代人崇尚健康舒适的生活。木头在所有的装修材料中具有无可比拟的天然之美。对于木材的天然之美,现在的人都想拥有,特别是在绿色和健康大行其道的今天。无论在视觉和触觉上,木材都是上乘的材料;实木百叶窗更是使居室显得优美典雅。传统NC涂装由于人们对环境的重视以及生产效率等问题,逐渐被市场所淘汰。因此亟待发明一种新型的实木百叶窗涂装施工方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决传统实木百叶窗表面涂装施工所存在的上述问题,提供一种紫外光固化涂料实木百叶窗施工方法。本发明设计紫外光固化涂料实木百叶窗表面施工方法,其特征在于由下列步骤组成:
(1)素材处理:对实木百叶窗进行热压处理,热压处理的温度为80~90℃,除去表面毛刺,使表面平整;
(2)辊涂流平底漆:对实木百叶窗用辊涂流平方法进行底漆辊涂,辊涂时水浴加热,水浴加热温度40~60℃;
(3)干燥:用紫外光干燥机对实木百叶窗进行干燥,紫外光干燥机的能量调整至150~200mj/cm2
(4)第一次双辊辊涂白色底漆:对实木百叶窗用双辊辊涂进行白色底漆辊涂,辊涂时水浴加热,水浴加温在40~50℃;
(5)第一次半干:用紫外光干燥机对实木百叶窗进行半干处理,紫外光干燥机的能量调整至100~150mj/cm2
(6)第二次双辊辊涂白色底漆:对实木百叶窗用双辊辊涂进行白色底漆辊涂,辊涂时水浴加热,水浴加温在40~50℃;
(7)第二次半干:用紫外光干燥机对实木百叶窗进行半干处理,紫外光干燥机的能量调整至100~150mj/cm2
(8)第三次双辊辊涂白色底漆:对实木百叶窗用双辊辊涂进行白色底漆辊涂,辊涂时水浴加热,水浴加温在40~50℃;
(9)第一次全干:用紫外光干燥机对实木百叶窗进行全干燥处理,紫外光干燥机的能量调整至300~350mj/cm2
(10)双棍辊涂白色面漆:对实木百叶窗用双棍辊涂白色面漆,辊涂时水浴加热,水浴加温在40~50℃;
(11)第二次全干:用紫外光干燥机对实木百叶窗进行全干燥处理,紫外光干燥机的能量调整至300~350mj/cm2
本发明的优点是不打磨、生产效率高,涂装后在低温或高温下均不开裂,附着力佳,流平佳,遮盖力佳。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
(1)素材处理:80℃热压,除去表面毛刺,使表面平整
(2)辊涂流平底漆:流平底漆40℃水浴加热,
(3)干燥:用紫外光干燥机将能量调整至150~200mj/cm2干燥,
(4)双辊辊涂白色底漆:白色底漆水浴加温在40℃均可,
(5)半干:用紫外光干燥机将能量调整至100~150mj/cm2干燥,
(6)双辊辊涂白色底漆:白色底漆水浴加温在40℃均可,
(7)半干:用紫外光干燥机将能量调整至100~150mj/cm2干燥,
(8)双辊辊涂白色底漆:白色底漆水浴加温在40℃均可,
(9)全干:用紫外光干燥机将能量调整至300~350mj/cm2干燥,
(10)双棍辊涂白色面漆:白色面漆水浴加温在40℃均可,
(11)干燥:用紫外光干燥机将能量调整至300~500mj/cm2全干燥,成品。
实施例2:
(1)素材处理:90℃热压,除去表面毛刺,使表面平整
(2)辊涂流平底漆:流平底漆水浴加热,50℃均可,
(3)干燥:用紫外光干燥机将能量调整至150~200mj/cm2干燥,
(4)双辊辊涂白色底漆:白色底漆水浴加温在50℃均可,
(5)半干:用紫外光干燥机将能量调整至100~150mj/cm2干燥,
(6)双辊辊涂白色底漆:白色底漆水浴加温在50℃均可,
(7)半干:用紫外光干燥机将能量调整至100~150mj/cm2干燥,
(8)双辊辊涂白色底漆:白色底漆水浴加温在50℃均可,
(9)全干:用紫外光干燥机将能量调整至300~350mj/cm2干燥,
(10)双棍辊涂白色面漆:白色面漆水浴加温在50℃均可,
(11)干燥:用紫外光干燥机将能量调整至300~500mj/cm2全干燥,成品。
实施例3:

(9)全干:用紫外光干燥机将能量调整至300~350mj/cm2干燥,

(11)干燥:用紫外光干燥机将能量调整至300~500mj/cm2全干燥,成品。

1.紫外光固化涂料实木百叶窗表面施工方法,其特征在于由下列步骤组成:
(1)素材处理:对实木百叶窗进行热压处理,热压处理的温度为80~90℃,除去表面毛刺,使表面平整;
(2)辊涂流平底漆:对实木百叶窗用辊涂流平方法进行底漆辊涂,辊涂时水浴加热,水浴加热温度40~60℃;
(3)干燥:用紫外光干燥机对实木百叶窗进行干燥,紫外光干燥机的能量调整至150~200mj/cm2
