本发明公开了一种菱角黑米肉肠,包含以下组份:五花肉25-26kg、菱角12-13kg、黑米9-10kg、盐1.5-1.6kg、味精500-550g、黄酒680-700g、酱油680-700g、肠衣数条。本发明制备简单,肉香扑鼻,菱角含有丰富的蛋白质、不饱和脂肪酸及多种维生素和微量元素,黑米中含有很高的矿物质和维生素,五花肉中加入了黑米、菱角吸收了肉中的油份,让肉肠吃起来更有嚼劲,棉软糯香。

发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种菱角黑米肉肠。
方案是:五花肉25-26kg、菱角12-13kg、黑米9-10kg、盐1.5-1.6kg、味精500-550g、黄酒680-700g、酱油680-700g、肠衣数条。
制备方法:将五花肉剁成末,黑米和菱角加水煮熟,与其它所有组份混匀装香肠,晒干或烘干即可。
