背景技术  市场上有多种香肠,但尚末见到有酒曲发酵糯米肠。 
发明内容  本发明的目的是提供一种酒曲发酵糯米肠。 
方案是:五花肉泥25-26kg、糯米55-60kg、酒曲1.2-1.3kg、精盐1.5-1.6kg、酱油380-400g、肠衣数条。 
制备方法:糯米煮成饭,米饭冷却到40度,将酒曲拌入糯米饭中,与其它所有组份混匀装香肠,挂在通风干燥处即可,经过一段时间的阴干,酒曲和糯米在香肠中自然发酵好,蒸熟后的香肠,肉香,酒香浓郁,是一道别具风味的美食。

五花肉泥25-26kg、糯米55-60kg、酒曲1.2-1.3kg、精盐1.5-1.6kg、酱油380-400g、肠衣数条。
