背景技术  市场上有各种小吃,但很少见到香辣的绿杏子。绿杏子是取材皖南地区七成熟的杏子,这时候的杏子色泽艳绿,基本没有甜味,鲜酸无比,将他制作成香辣甜酸绿杏子,味道可口,开胃生津。 
发明内容  本发明目的是提供了一种香辣甜酸绿杏子。 
方案如下:绿杏子20-25kg、白砂糖3-3.5kg、精盐2-2.5kg、味精300-400g、干辣椒皮子4-4.5kg、辣椒粉2-2.5kg。 
制备方法:将绿杏子洗净,大太阳晒二天后,加入上述其它组份的调料,压实在坛中,腌制一周即可。 
具体实施方式

绿杏子20-25kg、白砂糖3-3.5kg、精盐2-2.5kg、味精300-400g、干辣椒皮子4-4.5kg、辣椒粉2-2.5kg。

绿杏子20-25kg、白砂糖3-3.5kg、精盐2-2.5kg、味精300-400g、干辣椒皮子4-4.5kg、辣椒粉2-2.5kg。

绿杏子20kg、白砂糖3kg、精盐2kg、味精300g、干辣椒皮子4kg、辣椒粉2kg。
