技术领域

背景技术
为了满足越来越严格的排放要求,车辆制造商已长期采用排气后处理。该处理通过各种催化剂和过滤器执行,该催化剂和过滤器将排气化学或物理地转化,以使得仅少量有害物质能够从排出管逸出。在上文提到类型的嵌件中,例如处理部件可以是氧化催化剂、SCR(选择性催化还原)催化剂或壁流式过滤器。为了使过滤器和催化剂中带涂层的基底执行其功能,其通常必须可以从后处理单元/消音器中取出以便修复,如清洗、清空灰渣,该灰渣造成巨大背压并且可能导致更换处理部件。用于这种嵌件的已知密封件具有所谓的V形密封件。每次取出后,这种密封件都必须以新密封件更换,因为其将产生塑性形变,并且当嵌件重新连接容置件后,该密封件将不够密闭,使得后处理单元不能满足针对排出尾气的常规要求。现行的排放要求不允许即便偶尔的少量排放气体在后处理单元中穿过嵌件泄漏。

根据本发明的一个版本,所述密封装置包括管座上的密封圈,以在容置件中与相对的密封圈以自定心抵坐接合方式配合。这种密封构件可以原则上认为与阀座密封件的作用相似,该密封构件具有极佳的密封性能并且能够多次插入。环形实施例还使密封件具有外周弯曲弹性,以使得例如当嵌件连接到容置件时,锥面自定心迫使其彼此线性紧靠收紧。

如图2最清晰所示,环状密封件80位于衬套52内端和容置件22之间。环状密封件80包括密封圈82、84形式的一对密封装置,该密封圈通过基本线性接触而配合并且由适当等级的钢制成。如图4最清晰展示的,密封圈82、84可以例如位于衬套52和容置件22中相应的适当形状的角落凹部中,并且通过适当的结合件86(例如,焊接或钎焊结合件或可以为其它密闭形式的结合件,诸如能够耐受来自流经的排气的高温的结合剂)在凹部中连接。密封件80通过以下原因自定心:密封圈82、84的密封表面82’、与84’中的一个表面84’为锥面,以使得当嵌件50的衬套52稳固拧入排出管20的容置件22时,密封件80原则上与阀座的作用相似。密封圈82、84当然可以反向配置,以使得锥面位于衬套52的密封圈82上(未示出)。配合的密封表面82’、84’还有利地被加工(例如车削或在适当情况下研磨)成能够进一步提高密封性能的高表面光洁度。
回到图1,其还示出用于消音器/后处理单元10的钣金壁14中的圆形进出孔16的可打开的盖构件30。如图5更详细地展示,装置30包括具有盖收紧件40的盖32。与漆罐的盖部相似,盖32由钣金(诸如钢板)制成,其具有盖盘34,该盖盘具有曲率v;和适当略锥面的弹性密封凸缘38,该弹性密封凸缘适于当盖被压进孔16时与孔16的边缘密封地接合。在图5的示例中,孔16的边缘由内凸缘18界定,该内凸缘可以类似于但并不一定是锥面。孔16的边缘不必由凸缘18组成,但也可能是具有可能圆形横截面(未示出)的圆形内边缘。
如图6所示,盖收紧件40能够在配合状态中夹持盖32。在示例中,锁紧件40具有支撑框架,该支撑框架包括一对彼此交叉的支撑构件或支撑臂42,该支撑构件或支撑臂具有径向相对的成角度端部44,该端部稳固地连接(例如焊接或钎焊)到密封凸缘38内侧。具有螺母48的夹持螺钉46形式的夹持装置在与支撑臂相交区域螺合连接到支撑臂42。螺钉46的自由端与弯曲的盖盘34接合,以使得当螺钉46被收紧时,其自由端抵住盖盘34的中央区域,并且降低曲率。大致如图6所示,当装置30被放置在后处理单元10的孔16中时,密封凸缘38将继而沿箭头方向从点划线表示的位置移至实线表示的位置,以使得其进一步抵靠孔16的边缘/凸缘18密封夹持。如图6进一步所示,如有需要,每个支撑臂42可以具有例如弯曲的横截面,以防止当夹持螺钉46被收紧时,支撑臂42向外偏转。
可以有各种各样的盖和盖收紧件。如图7所示,盖收紧件40可以例如采用有具有凹部的钣金片制成的支撑盘的形式,该凹部限定适当数量的径向支撑臂或轮辐42。图8示意性示出具有夹持装置90的盖收紧件40,该夹持装置90包括偏心元件92,该偏心元件在支撑框架42的孔中可枢转地被支撑,并且可以借助于手柄操纵,以在点划线和实线所代表的相应状态之间更改盖盘34的曲率。
还能够考虑到的是,盖盘沿与图中所示相反的方向(向内进入孔中)弯曲,并且夹持装置继而向盖盘(未示出)上施加张紧力而非压力。

Claims (13)
1.一种用于容置件(22)的嵌件(50),所述容置件位于用于内燃机的排气的后处理单元(10)中,所述嵌件包括:
用于处理部件(70)的管座(52),所述管座适于让待处理的排气从中流过;
连接装置(54),其用于将嵌件(50)保持就位于容置件(22)中;和
密封装置(82),其用于使管座(52)相对于容置件(22)气密封闭;
其特征在于,
所述密封装置(80)包括管座(52)上的密封圈(82),所述密封圈用于在容置件中与相对的密封圈(84)以自定心抵座接合的方式配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的嵌件,其中所述密封圈(82)设置成用于与相对的密封圈(84)以锥面抵坐接合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的嵌件,其中所述密封圈(82)由金属制成,尤其由钢制成。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的嵌件,其中所述密封圈(82)被加工成具有使得所述闭合足够密闭以满足常规的排放要求的高表面光洁度。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的嵌件,其中所述密封圈(82)位于管座(52)的角落凹部中。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的嵌件,其中所述连接装置为螺纹连接件(24,54)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的嵌件,其中所述连接装置包括管座(52)上的外螺纹(54),所述外螺纹用于与容置件(22)上的内螺纹(24)啮合。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的嵌件,其中所述管座(52)具有位于外周的凹部(58),用于以工具收紧和释放连接件(54,24)。
9.一种用于根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的嵌件(50)的容置件(22),所述容置件用于排气的后处理单元(10)并且配置有相对的密封圈(84)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的容置件,其中所述相对的密封圈(84)由金属制成,尤其由钢制成。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的容置件,其中所述相对的密封圈(84)被加工成使得所述闭合足够密闭以满足常规的排放要求的高表面光洁度。
12.根据权利要求9-10中任一项所述的容置件,其中所述相对的密封圈(84)位于容置件(22)的角落凹部中。
13.一种用于排气的后处理单元(10),其配置有根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的嵌件(50)和/或容置件(22)。
