Claims (13)
- 燃焼機関の排気ガス用の後処理ユニット(10)内のホルダー(22)のための挿入部品(50)であって、
処理されるべき前記排気ガスがその中を通過して流れるように意図された処理コンポーネント(70)のためのソケット(52)と、
前記挿入部品(50)を前記ホルダー(22)内の所定位置に保持するための連結手段(54)と、
前記ソケット(52)を前記ホルダー(22)に対して気密封止するためのシール手段(82)と
を備えた挿入部品において、
前記シール手段(80)が、前記ソケット(52)上にシールリング(82)を含み、前記シールリング(82)は、前記ホルダー内の対向するシールリング(84)と協働して自動調心しつつ着座係合することを特徴とする、挿入部品。 - 前記シールリング(82)が、前記対向するシールリング(84)と円錐形状に着座係合するよう構成された、請求項1に記載の挿入部品。
- 前記シールリング(82)が、金属、とりわけ鋼材で形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の挿入部品。
- 前記シールリング(82)は、前記封止が現行の排出規制に適合するよう十分な気密性が得られる高い表面平滑度となるように機械加工されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の挿入部品。
- 前記シールリング(82)が、前記ソケット(52)のコーナー凹部内に配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の挿入部品。
- 前記連結手段が、ねじ結合(24,54)を含む、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の挿入部品。
- 前記連結手段が、前記ホルダー(22)上の雌ねじ部(24)と係合するための前記ソケット(52)上の雄ねじ部(54)を含む、請求項6に記載の挿入部品。
- 前記ソケット(52)の外側端部が、前記結合(54,24)を締め付け及び解放させる工具のための、外周上に配置された切欠き(58)を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の挿入部品。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の挿入部品(50)のためのホルダー(22)であって、排気ガス用の後処理ユニット(10)に用いられ、前記対向するシールリング(84)を有するホルダー。
- 前記対向するシールリング(84)が、金属、とりわけ鋼材で形成されている、請求項9に記載のホルダー。
- 前記対向するシールリング(84)は、前記封止が現行の排出規制に適合するよう十分な気密性が得られる高い表面平滑度となるように機械加工されている、請求項9又は10に記載のホルダー。
- 前記対向するシールリング(84)が前記ホルダー(22)のコーナー凹部内に配置されている、請求項9から11までのいずれか一項に記載のホルダー。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか一項に記載の挿入部品(50)及び/又はホルダー(22)を備える、排気ガス用の後処理ユニット(10)。
