収容スペース(4)を有する少なくとも一つの収容管(3)が配置されたハウジング(2)と、
前記収容スペース(4)に交換可能に配置され、カートリッジチューブ(6)と、当該カートリッジチューブ(6)内に配置された少なくとも一つの排気ガス後処理エレメント(7)とを有する少なくとも一つのカートリッジ(5)とを備え、
前記カートリッジチューブ(6)は、少なくとも一つのバネ部材(27)を介して、環状の段差部(9)に軸方向の付勢力が付与された状態で少なくとも軸方向端面(31)に支持され、
前記環状の段差部(9)は、前記カートリッジ(5)を前記収容スペース(4)に挿入するための挿入口(14)に軸方向に対向するよう、前記収容管(3)に固定され、
前記挿入口(14)は、前記ハウジング(2)内に、前記カートリッジ(5)の前記挿入口(14)への挿入を可能とするハウジング開口部(15)と同軸に配置され、
前記ハウジング開口部(15)は前記カートリッジ(5)交換時には取り外し可能な閉塞部材(18)によって閉鎖され、該閉塞部材は前記カートリッジ(5)に軸方向に当接し、前記カートリッジ(5)を前記収容スペース(4)内部に向けて前記バネ部材(27)による付勢力に抗して押圧する排気ガス後処理装置。 - 前記閉塞部材(18)は、前記ハウジング開口部(15)を閉鎖するカバー(19)と、前記カートリッジ(5)に軸方向に支持され、排気ガスを径方向に通過させることが可能な支持リング(20)とを有する請求項12に記載の排気ガス後処理装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項13のいずれかに記載の排気ガス後処理装置(1)に用いられるカートリッジであって、
該カートリッジ(5)を前記排気ガス後処理装置(1)の収容管(3)に交換可能に挿入するためのカートリッジチューブ(6)と、
該カートリッジチューブ(6)内に配置された少なくとも一つの排気ガス後処理エレメント(7)と、
前記カートリッジチューブ(6)の軸方向端面(31)に配置され、前記カートリッジ(5)が前記収容管(3)に挿入されたときに前記排気ガス後処理装置(1)の環状の段差部(9)に軸方向の付勢力を付与しつつ、前記カートリッジチューブ(6)を軸方向に支持する、少なくとも一つのバネ部材(7)を備える、カートリッジ。
