背景技术
在如上所述的主气缸中,也被称为隔离垫圈或密封杯(coupelled’étanchéité)的密封垫圈可能会被反着安装在其凹槽中,这只在使用制动器的时刻会显现,具有大的风险,并需要更换主气缸。
在简单的主气缸的情况下,只有一个边上有再供给垫圈和密封垫圈的供给室,其中所述再供给垫圈在主气缸活塞在制动踏板上的动作的作用下移动的方向上被置于所述密封垫圈后方。在串列式主气缸的情况下,有两个活塞,这两个活塞以联合的方式工作,并且每个活塞都与一个供给室和一个压力室协作。
因此,两个密封垫圈都存在被翻转地安装的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种用于检测制动系统主气缸的垫圈的不良安装的检测方法,该方法允许检测翻转或反向的安装。
为此,本发明涉及一种用于上述垫圈的检测方法,其特征在于,在组装主气缸之后,使在主气缸中的垫圈承受指定压力,并在压力下降的情况下,认定垫圈在主气缸中被反着安装。
符合本发明的方法允许以非常简单的方式在主气缸的生产线末尾处检测一个或两个密封垫圈的安装错误。该检测允许立即干预主气缸,以将密封垫圈安装在正确的位置上。
优选地,将压缩空气用作流体来实现检验,由此检验后的主气缸没有被弄脏,以便进行可能的密封垫圈更换和其包装以及其向机动车制造商的发送。

具体实施方式
根据图1,本发明涉及一种制动系统主气缸100中的密封垫圈的安装错误检测方法。所示出的示例为串列式主气缸。
以下就简单主气缸的一部分来描述主气缸,但对于构成重复并允许控制两个独立制动回路的元件,该描述实际上以重复的方式适用于串列式主气缸的整体。
主气缸100由主体110构成,该主体被轴线为xx的缸膛120穿过,该缸膛接收由未示出的伺服制动器控制或直接由制动踏板施加的动作来控制的活塞130。
活塞130的移动方向由箭头AF来指示,根据图1,该箭头对应于从右向左的制动动作。
主气缸的上方设有两个用于接收简单地示出的制动液体容器的输出嘴的入口101、201。

两个活塞130、230通过由两个部分171、172构成的伸缩杆170连接,其中所述两个部分由弹簧173维持分开,并通过两个端部一个顶在活塞130的底部131上,另一个则顶在活塞230的上面231上。
图2示出了具有U形截面的密封垫圈180,其中所述U的分支181、182的端部设有规则地分布在所述每个分支周边上的凸块185,以形成齿形轮廓。凸出的凸块185的表面184在以上定义的意义上是平面的,即包含在垂直于缸膛轴线xx的平面中或与该平面成微小的角度,由此呈具有非常大的顶角的锥形表面的形式。凸块185之间缩进的底部具有附图标记186;该底部构成凸块185之间的通道。

在主气缸组装后,在将主气缸安装在制动系统中之前并特别地在生产线末尾处检验密封垫圈的安装。
通过压缩空气使主气缸承受大约为0.3MPa至0.6MPa的指定压力。如果(根据该示例)垫圈280安装在图5A的位置上,那么压力就会展开分支281、282,并且使分支282的下边缘282-1顶在活塞230上并保证密封性。指定压力不会下降。
压力的维持表示垫圈280被正确地安装(图5A)。
相反地,如果垫圈280像在图5B的情况中一样被反着安装,那么压力就施加在基部283A的表面284上,使得接触部282-1A离开活塞130,并允许受压流体流出。压力下降表示垫圈安装错误。在该不良安装的位置上,垫圈具有附图标记280A,并且该垫圈的与上述垫圈相同的所有元件则具有后缀A。
