本发明涉及一种阀,特别地,但并不排他地涉及一种用于汽车刹车系统的快速释放阀。 
背景技术
众所周知,像巴士、客车及重型卡车(HGVs)的大型或重型车辆上设置有具有用于当车移动时降速的脚制动器和使车保持静止的停车制动器的制动器自动控制装置(brakeactuator)。脚制动器通常为气动,而停车制动器通常为弹簧促动,且设有使停车制动器在不需要时保持未促动状态的气动系统。 
在一些类似汽车上,尤其是HGVs的拖车上,停车制动器也用作在脚制动器失灵时,例如如果向脚制动器提供的压缩空气被阻断或断开连接时,自动地减速并停止汽车的应急刹车。为实现此目的,设置有快速释放阀(QRV),其允许从停车制动器系统快速释放空气以促动停车制动器。一种这样的快速释放阀在申请人的英国未授权专利申请No.0415324.3中被揭示,且包括带有设在上部进气口和下部排气口之间的可弹性变形的裙的可移动碟或隔膜,且一个出口设在排气阀的一侧和下侧。当不需要停车制动器时,压缩空气通过QRV进口供应,在隔膜上产生压力以密封排气口,同时裙产生弯曲以使压缩空气从进口通向出口。当需要停车制动器时,例如如果停车时,或如果压缩空气的供应被断开连接时,碟移动从而将进口密封,使空气从出口流向排气口,以使得停车制动器被促动。 
申请人发现,在此类QRV总体有效的同时,在来自进口的压缩空气的供应被切断到停车制动器被促动之间产生延迟,有时会长达15s,由于可移动碟和弹性变形裙有时以不可预知的方式移动,从而使得QRV的排气口被密封。尽管当汽车静止时这并不要紧,但在应急情形下这样的延迟会产生危险。 
因此,本发明的目标之一是提供一种消除或至少是减少此类延迟的快速释放阀。 
发明内容
根据本发明的第一方面,本发明提供了一种阀,包括进口,出口,排气口及设在进口和排气口之间的,可响应于阀内的空气压力在其密封排气口的第一位置和排气口被打开的第二位置之间移动的隔膜,所述排气口包括多个排气孔,一个或多个突起与排气口相连,且隔膜在第一位置能够抵靠在突起上。其中,所述一个或多个突起中的每一个都位于所述排气口的径向外侧并从所述排气口周围的区域径向延伸,所述一个或多个突起中的每一个都包括径向延伸的肋和位于所述肋的径向外端的弧形部。
隔膜可抵靠于其上的突起的构造使得隔膜可响应于阀内的压力变化在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,而几乎没有由于隔膜一个表面相对于另一个表面的压力差而引起的延迟。 
阀包括阀体。出口处于阀体的外围上。 
排气口在与进口近似相反处定位。排气口可位于进口的上方。这确保当压缩空气通过进口进入阀时,排气口被隔膜密封。 
隔膜可弹性地变形。或者,隔膜包括一般刚性中心部及可弹性变形的裙部。这确保隔膜在第一位置时在排气口上形成气密密封。 
隔膜可以是近似圆形。 
阀包括两个部分,进口设在一个部分上,且排气口设在另一个部分上。 
根据本发明的第二方面,提供一种包括依照本发明的第一方面的阀的用于车辆的刹车系统。 
此阀可以依照前面的任意一段。

具体实施方式
首先见图1,已知的用于汽车的气动刹车系统中的快速释放阀(QRV)为10。阀10包括具有压缩空气可通过其进入内腔16的进口14的铸造而成或用钢或任何其它合适材料制成的阀体12,与内腔16流体连通的出口18设在阀体12外围的周围。具有排气口22的分离的排气部20以气密连接的方式被容纳在阀体12的开放部,使排气口大体上与进口14相对并位于进气口14上方,与内腔16液体连通。可弹性地变形或包括具有可弹性变形的裙部的一般刚性中心部的可移动隔膜24设在内腔16中,位于进口14和排气口22之间。 
使用中,阀10形成用于诸如客车或HGV的车辆的刹车系统的一部分。该刹车系统包括具有当车运动时使车减速的气动脚制动器和使车保持静止或在紧急情况如脚制动器失灵时使车停止的弹簧促动的停车制动器的已知形式的刹车促动器。停车制动器使用被弹簧压向促动状态的活塞,且该活塞在停车制动器不需要时通过压缩空气保持在非促动状态的活塞。 
快速释放阀10是控制停车制动器的操作的气动系统的一部分。进口14连接至被车辆驾驶员控制的压缩空气源。出口18被连接至刹车促动器上的进口,以控制停车制动器活塞的工作。在正常操作中,停车制动器被通过快速释放阀10供应至促动器的压缩空气断开。压缩空气通过进口14进入快速释放阀10的内腔16,使隔膜24移动且使得其边缘变形,围绕排气口22产生气密封。排气口22周围的隔膜24的变形使得出口18被打开,使空气进入刹车促动器,从而使得停车制动器断开。 
当需要停车制动器时,向快速释放阀10的压缩空气的供应被停止。这使隔膜24移到覆盖进口14的位置,使空气经过出口18并由排气口22溢出。当空气从快速释放阀10中排出时,刹车促动器内的气压降低,使停车制动器被促动。压缩空气的供应最好既可被车辆驾驶员有意地或者在紧急情况下,例如气动系统失灵时停止,使空气压力下降而被停止。此时,快速释放阀10开始工作,使得汽车停止。 
尽管此系统总体上是有效的,但申请人发现在压缩空气的供应停止和停车制动器被促动之间会有长达15s的延迟。这是因为当从进口14到快速释放阀10的压缩空气的供应被停止时,从出口18排出的空气被引导向隔膜24的下表面26和上表面28。当隔膜24变形时,下表面26的表面积大于上表面28的表面积。经过隔膜24的下表面26的空气的压力将隔膜24推向排气口22,从而防止空气从排气口22溢出。只有经过不可接受的长时间之后经过隔膜24的上表面28的空气的压力大于下表面26时,隔膜24才能移动到使进口14被遮蔽而排气口22被打开的位置,使空气从排气口排出。这样,停车制动器的促动可以被延迟。 
接着参考图2,根据本发明的快速释放阀以40示出。阀40大体上与图1的阀的结构 类似,具有阀体42,该阀体42带有通向内腔46的进口44和位于阀体42的外围的周围并与内腔46液体连通的出口48。分离的排气部60被设置,其以气密连接的方式被接收容纳在阀体42的开口部,且具有多个排气孔63的排气口62位于大体上与和内腔46液体连通的进口44相对的位置。设在排气口62周围的是以从排气口62径向延伸的一系列肋66的形式的突起64(图3中有最好的表示),其中一些在其末端具有与排气口的曲率一致的外围圆弧部68。可弹性地变形或包括大体上刚性中心部及可弹性变形的裙部的可移动隔膜50设在内腔46中,位于进口42和排气口62之间。 
使用中,阀40被如上所述连接,进口42连接至驾驶员控制的压缩空气源,出口48被连接至刹车促动器。停车制动器被通过快速释放阀40供应至促动器的压缩空气断开。压缩空气通过进口44进入快速释放阀40的内腔46。空气的压力使得隔膜50移动至其覆盖并密封排气口62的位置,隔膜50在该位置被排气部60上的突起64支撑。隔膜50的移动使流体通过出口48排出到刹车促动器中,以将停车制动器断开。 
当需要停车制动器时,向快速释放阀40的压缩空气的供应被停止。内腔46中的压力下降,使空气经过出口48进入到内腔46中。这些空气经过隔膜50的下表面52和上表面54。经过隔膜50的下表面52的空气的压力将隔膜50推向排气口62。然而,经过隔膜50的上表面54的空气的压力将隔膜50推向进口44。当空气与排气部60上的突起接触时,紊流发生,导致隔膜50的上表面54上的压力增加。当上表面54上的压力超过将隔膜50推向排气口62的压力时,隔膜50移至覆盖和密封进口44的位置,使来自出口48的空气通过排气口62排出,从而降低刹车促动器中的压力,使停车制动器被促动。由突起64产生的紊流导致的隔膜50的上表面54上的压力增加使得隔膜50从密封排气口62的位置移向密封进口44的位置的时间减少,从而减小压缩空气的供应停止和停车制动器或应急刹车被促动之间的延迟。

Claims (8)

1.一种阀,其特征在于,包括:
进口,出口,排气口及设置在进口和排气口之间的隔膜,其中所述隔膜可响应于阀内的空气压力在该隔膜密封所述排气口的第一位置和所述排气口被打开的第二位置之间移动,所述排气口包括多个排气孔,具有一个或多个与排气口相连的突起,所述隔膜在其第一位置能够搁置于所述突起上,其中所述一个或多个突起中的每一个都位于所述排气口的径向外侧并从所述排气口周围的区域径向延伸,所述一个或多个突起中的每一个都包括径向延伸的肋和位于所述肋的径向外端的弧形部。
