技术领域本发明涉及一种绿豆蜂窝糕。 
背景技术市场上各类糕点很多,本发明利用小苏打起泡原理制作出的绿豆糕,不仅口感香软松酥,像蜂窝,松软香甜,豆香浓郁。 
发明内容本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种绿豆蜂窝糕。 
方案如下:低筋面粉15-16kg、绿豆粉4-4.5kg、小苏打400-450g、白糖3.2-3.5kg、黄油2-2.5kg、奶粉1-1.2kg、鸡蛋4-4.5kg。 
本发明制备方法:将白糖用小火融化成糖水,与上述其它组份全部混合,搅成稀糊状,再将面糊充分搅拌,静置1小时。将糕模表面刷一层油,将面糊舀入,占模具的三分之二就可以了,烤制的时候,蛋糕会鼓胀,烤箱预热后,将糕入烤箱200度,烤制20分钟即可。烤好的绿豆糕蜂窝状,吃起来松软香甜,棉棉密密。

低筋面粉15-16kg、绿豆粉4-4.5kg、小苏打400-450g、白糖3.2-3.5kg、
黄油2-2.5kg、奶粉1-1.2kg、鸡蛋4-4.5kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的上述一种绿豆蜂窝糕,其特征在于包含以下组份:
低筋面粉15kg、绿豆粉4kg、小苏打400g、白糖3.2kg、黄油2kg、奶粉1kg、鸡蛋4kg。
