Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种制造用于制造保护车体以及噪音减小的防溅板的方法,其中吸声泡沫结构通过连续挤出-注塑-发泡工艺附接到包括玻璃纤维的防溅板的基部。
背景技术
防溅板通常安装在发动机下方以阻挡发动机噪音。此防溅板具有这样的结构:其中诸如聚氨酯泡沫体的吸声材料在由诸如塑性材料的合成树脂形成的其基部的一侧上淀积到一定厚度。
制造防溅板的传统方法包括复合树脂、注塑-成型树脂以形成基部、发泡吸声材料、将吸声泡沫附接到基部、以及随后的后处理工艺。然而,由于该方法要求单独制造基部与吸声结构并且使用粘结剂附接,因此在工艺配置方面此方法不是高效的。

技术方案

有益效果
就制造根据本发明的防溅板的方法而言,通过单个工艺分别地执行复合并且微粒化材料的工序、注塑-成型物体以及形成发泡本体的工序,因此缩短了传送材料与多个部件的时间,由此减小了诸如成型产品的尺寸误差、在传送过程中变质与污染等。此外,制造好的防溅板不需要对防溅板的物理特性有害的单独的粘结剂,以使其具有比现有的防溅板更卓越的机械强度与吸声性能。

本发明涉及一种通过单个工艺制造防溅板的方法,其中用于基部的原材料经受熔化挤出和注塑成型,并且在不使注塑-成型物体从注塑模具移除的情况下将注塑-成型物体传送到发泡模具并且使吸声结构在发泡模具中经受发泡。
首先,将用于基部的包括塑性材料、玻璃纤维、增容剂和橡胶的原材料引入到挤出机并且受到熔化与混合以形成树脂混合物,然后挤出树脂混合物。塑性材料可以是任何材料,只要该材料可以用于防溅板的基部。优选地,塑性材料是聚丙烯。在用于基部的原材料中,塑性材料占到原材料的量的60wt%到80wt%。这里,如果塑性材料的量少于60wt%,则玻璃纤维的量相对地增加,以致使比重增加,反之如果塑性材料的量超过80wt%,则可能存在防溅板机械特性变差的问题。

挤出是熔化与混合材料的复合工艺。有利地,塑性材料、增容剂、橡胶和添加剂通过漏斗引入到挤出机中,并且以未切割细丝的形式在经过挤出机缸体的中部的点处将玻璃纤维直接引入到挤出机的缸体中。玻璃纤维的单独引入防止玻璃纤维被过度地切割,由此允许将玻璃纤维以2mm或更大的长度保持在基部中。
在缸体中,连续复合的树脂以熔化状态沿着喷嘴附近的传送路径传送到注塑模具。当注塑成型时,树脂混合物可以根据防溅板的基部的重量计量,然后引入到模具中。如果在计量树脂以后在注塑成型工艺中模具不能容纳熔化树脂,复合的树脂便临时存储在另一个缸体中并且在下一个计量阶段传送,由此允许连续地执行该工艺。

工业实用性
[实施例]
实施例1
通过漏斗将72wt%的聚丙烯、3wt%的增容剂(CM-1120W,HonamPetrochemical有限公司)、以及5wt%的聚烯烃弹性体(陶氏化学公司)被引入到挤出机中,并且沿着挤出方向在超过缸体长度60%的点处将玻璃纤维引入到挤出机的缸体中。在用于熔化基部材料的210℃的缸体温度下并且在150rpm的螺杆转速下挤出树脂混合物。
通过经由注塑门将熔化的树脂混合物以50mm/s的注塑速率注塑到注塑模具中而使挤出的树脂混合物经受注塑成型,并且在不将注塑成型的树脂混合物从注塑模具移除的情况下,在打开状态下降注塑模具朝向发泡门旋转。
接着,利用装配有火焰喷射器的机械手使注塑成型的树脂混合物受到火焰处理,然后在发泡模具关闭的情况下,以160巴注塑聚氨酯,由此制造防溅板,其中聚氨酯泡沫,即吸声结构,被应用到注塑成型的基部。
实施例2
除了使用67wt%的聚丙烯与25wt%的玻璃纤维以外,以与实施例1相同的方式制造防溅板。
物理特性评估
1)挠曲模量
根据ASTM D790执行此测试。这里,样本具有127mm×12.7mm×6.4mm的尺寸,并且注塑速度是5mm/min。
2)冲击强度
根据*ASTM D256执行此测试。这里,样本是具有63.5mm×12.7mm×6.4mm的尺寸的有凹口的样本。冲击测试相应地在室温(25℃)与低温(-30℃)下进行。

对所述发泡模具中的所述树脂混合物执行火焰处理;以及
在所述发泡模具闭合的情形中,使聚氨酯在所述经火焰处理的树脂混合物的表面上发泡,其中
用于基部的所述原材料包括60~80wt%的塑性材料、15~30wt%的玻璃纤维、1~5wt%的增容剂以及3~8wt%的橡胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述塑性材料包括聚丙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述橡胶包括聚烯烃弹性体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中在经过挤出机的缸体的中部的点处将所述玻璃纤维引入到所述挤出机的缸体中。
5.一种通过根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法制造的防溅板。
