Claims (7)
- 아이소탁틱 펩타드 분율이 96% 이상인 초고결정성 올레핀계 수지 40~65중량%, 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머 5~25중량%, 불포화 카르본산 또는 그 무수물을 그라프트한 변성수지 1~10중량%, 탈크 5~30중량%, 알루미늄 조색안료 2~4중량%, 길이 3.0~4.5㎜의 유리섬유 2~5중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속성 표면특성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 초고결정성 올레핀계 수지의 용융지수는 20∼80g/10분(ASTM D1238, 230℃)이고, 아이소탁틱 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체, 프로필렌-에틸렌 공중합체, 프로필렌-1-부텐 공중합체, 프로필렌-1-헥센 공중합체, 프로필렌-4-메틸-1-펜텐 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속성 표면특성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀계 엘라스토머는 엘라스토머내의 공단량체의 함량이 10~40중량%이고, 무늬점도(ML1+4, 100℃)가 10~100이고, 에틸렌 프로필렌 공중합체 고무, 에틸렌 프로필렌 디시클로펜타디엔 고무, 에틸렌 프로필렌-1,4-헥사디엔 고무, 에틸렌 프로필렌 시클로펜타디엔 고무, 에틸렌 프로필렌 메틸렌 노보넨 고무, 에틸렌 프로필렌 에틸리덴 노보넨 고무, 에틸렌 부타디엔 공중합체 고 무, 에틸렌 옥타디엔 공중합체 고무 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속성 표면특성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 탈크는 레이저회절 산란법에 의한 평균입경이 5㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속성 표면특성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 조색안료는 결정성 폴리프로필렌 40~55중량%, 변성 실리콘 또는 실란화합물로 표면처리된 평균입자크기 50~180㎛의 알루미늄 조각 7~15중량%, 무기물 15~20중량%, 분산제 5~10중량%, 칼라용 안료 0.1~1중량% 및 베타결정 형성 핵제 0.1~0.3중량%를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 금속성 표면특성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 베타결정 형성 핵제는 디카르복실산의 칼슘염인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속성 표면특성이 우수한 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물을 사출성형하여 얻어지는 성형품.
