Description
実施例1
ポリプロピレン72重量%、相溶化剤(CM―1120W(湖南石油化学社))3重量%及びゴムであるポリオレフィンエラストマー(Dow chemical company)5重量%をホッパーを通して押出機に投入し、ガラス繊維は、押出機のシリンダーの押出方向に60%を通過した位置でシリンダーの内部に直接投入した。シリンダーの内部は、基底部原料の溶融のために210℃の状態に維持し、スクリューの回転速度は150rpmに調整して混合樹脂を押出した。
前記実施例1と同一に実施し、ポリプロピレン67重量%、ガラス繊維25重量%を使用した。
1)屈曲弾性率
ASTM D790規格に基づいて試験した。ただし、試験片のサイズは127mm×12.7mm6.4mmであって、速度は5mm/minであった。
ASTM D256規格に基づいて試験した。ただし、試験片のサイズは63.5mm×12.7mm×6.4mmであって、切り欠き(notch)された試験片を使用した。衝撃強度は、常温(25℃)及び低温(−30℃)でそれぞれ試験した。
実施例1で製造したアンダーカバーを排気量1991cc、総重量1995kgの4気筒直接噴射式ディーゼルエンジンの中型乗用車両に付着し、ISO―362試験法を用いて試験した。
80℃でMS 300―34規格に基づいて試験した。
Claims (6)
- プラスチック、ガラス繊維、相溶化剤及びゴムを含む基底部原料を押出機に投入し、溶融及び混合して混合樹脂を押出する段階;
前記の押出された混合樹脂を溶融状態で移送して射出成形する段階;
前記の射出成形された混合樹脂を射出金型から取り出さず、射出金型を開いた状態で回転させ、射出された混合樹脂を発泡金型に移送する段階;
前記発泡金型内で混合樹脂を火炎処理する段階;及び
発泡金型を閉め、前記の火炎処理された混合樹脂の表面でポリウレタンを発泡成形する段階;を含む押出―射出―発泡連続成形工法を用いたアンダーカバーの製造方法。 - 前記プラスチックはポリプロピレンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンダーカバーの製造方法。
- 前記ゴムはポリオレフィンエラストマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンダーカバーの製造方法。
- 前記基底部原料は、プラスチック60〜80重量%、ガラス繊維15〜30重量%、相溶化剤1〜5重量%及びゴム3〜8重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンダーカバーの製造方法。
- 前記ガラス繊維は、押出機のシリンダーの中間を通過した位置でシリンダーの内部に投入されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアンダーカバーの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項によって製造されたアンダーカバー。
