本发明公开了一种含有改性硅藻土的热熔胶及其制备方法,其组成原料的重量份为:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体23-28、聚丙烯树脂35-45、LDPE低密度聚乙烯18-22、羟丙基甲基纤维素钠45-55、聚丙烯蜡13-18、改性硅藻土25-35、抗氧剂DLTP1.4-1.6、交联剂TAC1.0-1.5、混合粉2.3-2.8、双十二烷基胺0.7-0.9;本发明配方合理,原材料价格低廉,性能好,在原料中添加了聚丙烯蜡,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了改性硅藻土,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。

一种含有改性硅藻土的热熔胶及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料加工领域,具体涉及一种含有改性硅藻土的热熔胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶是以热塑性树脂为主要成分的不含溶剂的固体状粘合剂,由于热熔胶具有粘合速度快、无毒、粘合工艺简单又有较好的粘合强度与柔韧性等优点,它能对各种材料如木材、纸张、纤维、金属、塑料凳进行粘接,使用范围广,特别在纤维业、包装业以及装订行业更有大量使用,但是大部分热熔胶是采用聚酯、聚酰胺等热熔性树脂制备的,由于聚酯热熔胶的强度及弹性较差,不能承受太大的外力,又由于聚酰胺热熔胶的熔点与硬度较高,因此在使用方面受到限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有改性硅藻土的热熔胶及其制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
含有改性硅藻土的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体23-28、聚丙烯树脂35-45、LDPE低密度聚乙烯18-22、羟丙基甲基纤维素钠45-55、聚丙烯蜡13-18、改性硅藻土25-35、抗氧剂DLTP 1.4-1.6、交联剂 TAC 1.0-1.5、混合粉2.3-2.8、双十二烷基胺0.7-0.9。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
含有改性硅藻土的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份为:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体25、聚丙烯树脂40、LDPE低密度聚乙烯20、羟丙基甲基纤维素钠50、聚丙烯蜡15、改性硅藻土30、抗氧剂DLTP 1.5、交联剂 TAC 1.2、混合粉2.5、双十二烷基胺0.8。
含有改性硅藻土的热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为155-165℃,口模温度为170-180℃,螺杆转速为33-38rpm,加料转速为43-48rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的改性硅藻土的制备方法为将硅藻土放入10-15%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时后,再调节Ph至中性,捞出,在40-45℃温度下烘干至含水量3-5%,后立即加入1-3%的松香混合均匀,然后,加入2-4%的硼砂、0.8-1.2%的羧甲基纤维素,研磨为0.8-1.0μm粉末,得到改性硅藻土。
所述的所述LDPE低密度聚乙烯的熔融指数为1.5-1.8g/10min, 密度为0.912-0.924g/cm2
本发明的有益效果:
本发明配方合理,原材料价格低廉,性能好,在原料中添加了聚丙烯蜡,使制得的热熔胶的软化点温度提高,同时添加了改性硅藻土,增加了热熔胶的粘结强度,流动性好,本发明具有环保、安全、耐候性和成本低廉的优点。本发明采用混合料,增进了热熔胶与不同类载体的粘结能力。
具体实施方式
实施例1:含有改性硅藻土的热熔胶,其组成原料的重量份(kg)为:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体25、等规聚丙烯树脂40、LDPE低密度聚乙烯20、羟丙基甲基纤维素钠50、聚丙烯蜡15、改性硅藻土30、抗氧剂DLTP 1.5、交联剂 TAC 1.2、混合粉2.5、双十二烷基胺0.8。所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
含有改性硅藻土的热熔胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为160℃,口模温度为175℃,螺杆转速为35rpm,加料转速为45rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
所述的改性硅藻土的制备方法为将硅藻土放入10%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3小时后,再调节Ph至中性,捞出,在40-45℃温度下烘干至含水量5%,后立即加入2%的松香混合均匀,然后,加入3%的硼砂、1%的羧甲基纤维素,研磨为0.8-1.0μm粉末,得到改性硅藻土。
所述的所述LDPE低密度聚乙烯的熔融指数为1.5-1.8g/10min, 密度为0.912-0.924g/cm2
通过上述实施例制得的热熔胶的性能检测如下:

利用本发明方法得到的热熔胶各组份之间相容性良好,具有成本低、初粘强度好、耐水性等性能。

Claims (5)

1. 一种含有改性硅藻土的热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体23-28、聚丙烯树脂35-45、LDPE低密度聚乙烯18-22、羟丙基甲基纤维素钠45-55、聚丙烯蜡13-18、改性硅藻土25-35、抗氧剂DLTP 1.4-1.6、交联剂 TAC 1.0-1.5、混合粉2.3-2.8、双十二烷基胺0.7-0.9;所述的混合粉由等重量份的棉纤维粉、丙纶纤维粉、铁粉、木质纤维粉、纸浆粉混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有改性硅藻土的热熔胶,其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体25、聚丙烯树脂40、LDPE低密度聚乙烯20、羟丙基甲基纤维素钠50、聚丙烯蜡15、改性硅藻土30、抗氧剂DLTP 1.5、交联剂 TAC 1.2、混合粉2.5、双十二烷基胺0.8。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的含有改性硅藻土的热熔胶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将原料混合均匀,得到混合好的物料;
(2)将物料投入到同向平行组合式双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,设定机筒加热温度为155-165℃,口模温度为170-180℃,螺杆转速为33-38rpm,加料转速为43-48rpm,待物料从口模挤出后经水槽冷却后切料,得到热熔胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有改性硅藻土的热熔胶,其特征在于:所述的改性硅藻土的制备方法为将硅藻土放入10-15%氢氧化钠溶液浸泡3-4小时后,再调节Ph至中性,捞出,在40-45℃温度下烘干至含水量3-5%,后立即加入1-3%的松香混合均匀,然后,加入2-4%的硼砂、0.8-1.2%的羧甲基纤维素,研磨为0.8-1.0μm粉末,得到改性硅藻土。
