Abstract

本发明公开了一种动力传输装置,包括传动轴、离合轮、罩盖和挡圈;离合轮的一端设有联接部,另一端设有安装部;传动轴外周壁上设有外凸的环形连接部,离合轮的联接部套设在该环形连接部上;离合轮联接部的中心孔中设有用于多个沿周向等距离排列的单向离合槽;其特征在于:传动轴环形连接部的外周壁上设有外凸的用于把各单向离合槽分隔成两个容置腔的环形分隔凸台,各容置腔中均设有一个滚柱和一个用于该滚柱提供复位弹力的扁簧。本发明有效提高工作可靠性并能够延长使用寿命。

动力传输装置
技术领域
    本发明属于动力传输结构设计技术领域。
背景技术
动力传输装置在汽车行业中应用广泛,例如在汽车的启动装置中就装有动力传输装置。在发动汽车时,启动装置和发动机之间相互配合,完成整个启动过程。起始阶段,启动装置工作,并通过动力传输装置将动力传输至发动机,从而带动发动机工作。当发动机被启动起来以后,其转速大于启动装置的转速,此时启动装置已经完成了任务,并自动与发动机脱离。
动力传输装置为了降低磨损并实现单向离合,需要在离合轮的单向离合槽中安装多个滚柱和扁簧配合转动,为了减小摩擦,一般都需要在滚柱处涂上油脂来润滑,油脂在高速转动下会变稀,并随着高速的旋转甩出,造成滚柱、传动轴、离合轮之间的磨损,因此目前一般在传动轴上套设挡圈来封堵单向离合槽,但是其密封效果不佳,不能阻止润滑油的甩出以及外界灰尘进入单向离合槽。另外,这种结构在超越时,扁簧容易变形,收缩不能回弹而失效,致使离合轮失去作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种有效提高工作可靠性并能够延长使用寿命的动力传输装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种动力传输装置,包括传动轴、离合轮、罩盖、挡圈、驱动齿轮、卡簧、卡簧罩和压簧;离合轮的一端设有联接部,另一端设有安装部;传动轴外周壁上设有外凸的环形连接部,离合轮的联接部套设在该环形连接部上;离合轮联接部的中心孔中设有用于多个沿周向等距离排列的单向离合槽;传动轴环形连接部的外周壁上设有外凸的用于把各单向离合槽分隔成两个容置腔的环形分隔凸台,各容置腔中均设有一个滚柱和一个用于该滚柱提供复位弹力的扁簧。 
    本发明具有以下优点:(1)由于在传动轴连接部的外周壁上设有外凸的用于把各单向离合槽分隔成两个容置腔的环形分隔凸台,并在各容置腔中均设有一个滚柱和一个用于该滚柱提供复位弹力的扁簧;当一个离合槽中的一个容置腔中的滚柱或扁簧损坏时,另一个容置腔中的滚柱和扁簧仍能继续正常工作,实现可靠的离合效果,不会受到已经损坏的滚柱或扁簧的妨碍,所以本发明能够有效提高工作可靠性并能够延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
    (实施例1)
图1至图2显示了本发明的一种具体实施方式,其中图1是本发明的一种结构示意图;图2是图1所示动力传输装置中扁簧与滚柱配合工作时的一种结构示意图。
本实施例是一种动力传输装置,见图1至图2所示,包括传动轴1、离合轮2、罩盖3、挡圈4、驱动齿轮51、卡簧52、卡簧罩53和压簧54;离合轮的一端设有联接部21,另一端设有安装部22;传动轴外周壁上设有外凸的环形连接部11,离合轮的联接部套设在该环形连接部上;离合轮联接部的中心孔中设有用于多个沿周向等距离排列的单向离合槽23;传动轴环形连接部的外周壁上设有外凸的用于把各单向离合槽分隔成两个容置腔24的环形分隔凸台12,各容置腔中均设有一个滚柱6和一个用于该滚柱提供复位弹力的扁簧7。
传动轴环形连接部在其远离离合轮安装部的一端的外周壁上设有环形凹槽13,该环形凹槽中设有环形密封圈8,该环形密封圈封堵住挡圈与传动轴环形连接部之间的间隙。
本实施例中,环形密封圈设有用于嵌置在环形凹槽中的固定部81和露出环形凹槽的密封部82;挡圈包括用封堵部41、压接部42、以及连接位于压接部与密封部之间的弧线状过渡部43;封堵部套设在传动轴环形连接部的外周壁上,并封堵住各离合槽远离离合轮安装部的一侧开口,压接部抵接在传动轴环形连接部远离离合轮安装部的一侧端端面上,过渡部把环形密封圈的密封部压接在传动轴环形连接部的外壁上。
卡簧52卡设在传动轴的远离离合轮的一端上,卡簧罩53罩射在卡簧上;驱动齿轮可滑动的套设在传动轴上,且位于卡簧的接近离合轮的一侧;压簧套设在传动轴上,且位于驱动齿轮的远离卡簧的一侧。
本实施例具有以下优点:(1)由于在传动轴连接部的外周壁上设有外凸的用于把各单向离合槽分隔成两个容置腔的环形分隔凸台,并在各容置腔中均设有一个滚柱和一个用于该滚柱提供复位弹力的扁簧;当一个离合槽中的一个容置腔中的滚柱或扁簧损坏时,另一个容置腔中的滚柱和扁簧仍能继续正常工作,实现可靠的离合效果,不会受到已经损坏的滚柱或扁簧的妨碍,所以本发明能够有效提高工作可靠性并能够延长使用寿命。(2)由于采用结构较为合理的密封结构,能够有效防止单向离合槽中的润滑油流出,避免外界灰尘进入单向离合槽中,从而有效提高工作可靠性并能够延长使用寿命。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种动力传输装置,包括传动轴(1)、离合轮(2)、罩盖(3)和挡圈(4);离合轮的一端设有联接部(21),另一端设有安装部(22);传动轴外周壁上设有外凸的环形连接部(11),离合轮的联接部套设在该环形连接部上;离合轮联接部的中心孔中设有用于多个沿周向等距离排列的单向离合槽(23);其特征在于:传动轴环形连接部的外周壁上设有外凸的用于把各单向离合槽分隔成两个容置腔(24)的环形分隔凸台(12),各容置腔中均设有一个滚柱(6)和一个用于该滚柱提供复位弹力的扁簧(7)。
