本发明涉及一种大气污染物质去除装置,更详细而言,涉及通过相对简单的构造而能够有效去除造成大气污染的物质和粉尘的大气污染物质去除装置。
背景技术
随着工业技术的发展,造成大气污染的物质非常多样且在广范围的领域中持续增加中,造成大气污染的物质主要为在煤烟及石油产业中产生的亚硫酸气体和汽车尾气中的一氧化碳等有毒气体。
为了保护健康,同时为了保护生活环境,在工厂及工业场所限制排放工业活动产生的煤烟等,这在防止大气污染方面是必要的。
而且,含有在涂刷工厂及化学工厂等工作场所产生的有害物质的粉尘威胁到在现场工作的工作者的健康,同时,当所述物质飞散到大气中时,会造成大气污染。
发明内容
本发明是为解决所述问题而提出的,其目的在于,提供通过相对简单的构造而能够有效去除大气污染诱发物质和粉尘的大气污染物质去除装置。
为达成所述目的,本发明提供大气污染物质去除装置,其特征在于,包括:水槽,其具备从一侧流入含有粉尘的烟雾的入口和另一侧的用于排放经过滤的空气的出口,并形成内部空间;流入管,通过入口进行插入而延长至水槽的内部;吸水单元,其与流入管连接而安装于水槽的内部,所述吸水单元与容纳于水槽内的水接触而吸附烟雾中的粉尘和有害物质。
优选为所述流入管进一步包括引风机,所述引风机朝水槽的内部强制吸引含有粉尘的烟雾。
此时,所述水槽优选为进一步包括:水管,其与容纳在水槽内部的水连通,并延长至水槽的上部侧,而使容纳在水槽内部的水从水槽的上面流下;水泵,其安装于水管上而抽吸容纳于水槽内的水;喷嘴,其结合于水管的端部,朝安装于流入管的吸水单元侧喷射抽吸到的水。
优选为,在流入管沿着容纳于水槽的部分的外周面形成有多个通孔,吸水单元由无纺布或纤维材料制成并围绕形成有通孔的部分和流入管的端部。
吸水单元还可适用如下构造的实施例,即,包括:连接管,其从流入管的端部朝向水槽的内侧底面弯曲;盖板,在其中央形成有与连接管的端部连通的孔;底板,其与盖板相对并通过多个螺栓进行结合;过滤块,其安装于盖板和底板之间,所述过滤块的局部或整体浸入在容纳于水槽内的水中而吸收水。
优选为,进一步包括:排气管,其朝水槽的上部侧突出而排放水槽内部的经过滤的空气;排气扇,其安装于排气管上而能够强制排放水槽内部的经过滤的空气。
优选为,吸水单元进一步包括:连通管,其从排气管延长而安装于水槽的内部,所述排气管朝水槽的上部侧突出而排放水槽内部的经过滤的空气;吸附构件,其由具有吸水性的无纺布或纤维材料制成并围绕连通管的外周面和端部;鼓筒,其安装于水槽的下部侧,得到驱动力而可朝一方向进行旋转,并且所述鼓筒的外周面的局部或整体浸入到容纳于水槽内的水中;供应构件,其由无纺布或纤维材料制成,并围绕鼓筒的外周面而吸收容纳于水槽内的水,通过由鼓筒的旋转产生的离心力朝吸附构件侧供应水。
优选为,水槽进一步包括:排水漏斗,其与水槽连通地设置于吸附构件的直下方;排水槽,其连通于排水漏斗的端部;过滤器,其位于排水漏斗和排水槽之间;储水桶,其与水槽连通地设置于安装有鼓筒的位置,并在内部安装有鼓筒;水泵,其安装于相互连接排水槽和储水桶的管道上,从排水槽向储水桶供应水。
根据如上所述构成的本发明,可具有如下效果。
首先,本发明通过与插入于水槽的流入管连接的吸水单元而吸附烟雾中的粉尘和有害物质,通过所述简单构造能够有效去除大气污染诱发物质和粉尘。
本发明利用吸水单元的各种构造,例如,根据利用无纺布或布等纤维材料围绕流入管,或在与流入管连通的夹层形的板之间设置具有吸水性的过滤块,或利用无纺布或布等纤维材料围绕排放管的端部,并通过在水槽的底面进行旋转的鼓筒的离心力喷射水,从而吸附粉尘等的各种实施例,只替换装置整体结构中的局部,使各种产品模块化,从而能够提供到各个需要处,因此,能够积极对应各个需要处的要求。

如图所示,本发明的构造为通过与插入于水槽100内的流入管200连接的吸水单元300而吸附大气污染物质中所包含的粉尘及有害物质。
水槽100具备供从一侧流入含有粉尘的烟雾的入口101和另一侧的用于排放经过滤的空气的出口102,并形成内部空间,所述水槽提供安装后述的流入管200和吸水单元300的空间。
作为参考,在图1中,未说明符号105代表与出口102连接的排气管。
流入管200通过入口101进行插入而延长至水槽100的内部,并连接于后述的流入管200而形成供含有粉尘的烟雾流入的通道。
吸水单元300与流入管200连接而安装于水槽100的内部,并与容纳于水槽100内的水接触而吸附烟雾中的粉尘和有害物质。
本发明可适用如上所述结构的实施例,还能适用如下各种实施例。
如上所述,水槽100提供安装流入管200和吸水单元300的空间,所述水槽100进一步包括,供应外部的水的注入管103和排放容纳于水槽100内的水900的排放管104,后述的吸水单元300配置成与容纳于水槽100内的水900接触或隔开,从而吸附烟雾中的粉尘和有害物质。

此时,吸水单元300可为如下构造,即,沿着鼓筒370的外周面安装的供应构件380通过鼓筒370的旋转而产生的离心力而向安装于连通管350的吸附构件360如洒水地供应水槽100内部的水900。
连通管350从排气管105延长而安装于水槽100的内部,吸附构件360由具有吸水性的无纺布或纤维材料制成并围绕连通管350的外周面和端部。
鼓筒370安装于水槽100的下部侧,从驱动马达371得到驱动力而可朝一方向进行旋转,并且所述鼓筒的外周面的局部或整体浸入到容纳于水槽100内的水900,供应构件380由无纺布或纤维材料制成,并围绕鼓筒370的外周面而吸收容纳于水槽100内的水900,通过由鼓筒370的旋转产生的离心力朝吸附构件侧供应水900(参考实线箭头)。
水槽100为了向吸水单元300顺利供应水900,而可进一步包括,排水漏斗106、排水槽107、过滤器150、储水桶108及水泵160。
排水漏斗106与水槽100连通地设置于吸附构件360的直下方,排水槽107连通于排水漏斗106的端部而临时容纳流下的水900,过滤器150位于排水漏斗106和排水槽107之间,用于过滤与水一起吸附于吸附构件360的粉尘或有害物质等。
储水桶108与水槽100连通地设置于安装有鼓筒370的位置,而形成安装鼓筒370的空间;水泵160安装于相互连接排水槽107和储水桶108的排管109上,起从排水槽107向储水桶108供水的作用。
如上所述,本发明的基本技术思想为提供通过相对简单的构造而能够有效去除造成大气污染的物质和粉尘的大气污染物质去除装置。
而且,应理解本领域的技术人员可在本发明的基本技术思想范畴内进行各种变形及应用。
Claims (8)
1.一种大气污染物质去除装置,其特征在于,包括:
水槽,其具备从一侧流入含有粉尘的烟雾的入口和另一侧的用于排放经过滤的空气的出口,并形成内部空间;
流入管,通过所述入口进行插入而延长至所述水槽的内部;以及
吸水单元,其与所述流入管连接而安装于所述水槽的内部,
所述吸水单元与容纳于所述水槽内的水接触而吸附所述烟雾中的粉尘和有害物质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大气污染物质去除装置,其特征在于,所述流入管进一步包括引风机,所述引风机朝所述水槽的内部强制吸引含有所述粉尘的烟雾。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的大气污染物质去除装置,其特征在于,所述水槽进一步包括:
水管,其与容纳在水槽内部的水连通,并延长至所述水槽的上部侧,而使容纳在所述水槽内部的水从所述水槽的上面流下;
水泵,其安装于所述水管上而抽吸容纳于所述水槽内的水;
喷嘴,其结合于所述水管的端部,并朝安装于所述流入管的吸水单元侧喷射抽吸到的水。
4.根据权利要求3所述的大气污染物质去除装置,其特征在于,在所述流入管沿着容纳于所述水槽的部分的外周面形成有多个通孔,所述吸水单元由无纺布或纤维材料制成并围绕形成有所述通孔的部分和所述流入管的端部。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的大气污染物质去除装置,其特征在于,所述吸水单元,包括:
连接管,其从所述流入管的端部朝向所述水槽的内侧底面弯曲;
盖板,在其中央形成有与所述连接管的端部连通的孔;
底板,其与所述盖板相对并通过多个螺栓进行结合;
过滤块,其安装于所述盖板和所述底板之间,所述过滤块的局部或整体浸入在容纳于所述水槽内的水中而吸收水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的大气污染物质去除装置,其特征在于,进一步包括:
排气管,其朝所述水槽的上部侧突出而排放所述水槽内部的经过滤的空气;
排气扇,其安装于排气管上而能够强制排放所述水槽内部的经过滤的空气。
7.根据权利要求1、2或6所述的大气污染物质去除装置,其特征在于,所述吸水单元进一步包括:
连通管,其从排气管延长而安装于所述水槽的内部,所述排气管朝水槽的上部侧突出而排放所述水槽内部的经过滤的空气;
吸附构件,其由具有吸水性的无纺布或纤维材料制成并围绕所述连通管的外周面和端部;
鼓筒,其安装于所述水槽的下部侧,得到驱动力而可朝一方向进行旋转,并且所述鼓筒的外周面的局部或整体浸入到容纳于所述水槽内的水中;
供应构件,其由无纺布或纤维材料制成,并围绕所述鼓筒的外周面而吸收容纳于所述水槽内的水,通过由所述鼓筒的旋转产生的离心力朝所述吸附构件侧供应水。
8.根据权利要求7所述的大气污染物质去除装置,其特征在于,所述水槽进一步包括:
排水漏斗,其与所述水槽连通地设置于所述吸附构件的直下方;
排水槽,其连通于所述排水漏斗的端部;
过滤器,其位于所述排水漏斗和排水槽之间;
储水桶,其与所述水槽连通地设置于安装有所述鼓筒的位置,并在内部安装有所述鼓筒;
水泵,其安装于相互连接所述排水槽和所述储水桶的管道上,从所述排水槽向所述储水桶供应水。
