Abstract

本发明涉及一种驱动装置,包括具有通孔的外壳、固定至该外壳的马达、由该马达驱动并且具有转轴的齿轮以及固定在该通孔中并且套设该转轴的轴承。该转轴及该轴承接触对方的表面中至少一个开设有至少一个容置有润滑剂的凹槽。由于开设了专门用于容置润滑剂的凹槽,本发明的驱动装置润滑效果较好,摩擦力及噪音均较低。本发明还提供一种齿轮。

Description

驱动装置及其齿轮
技术领域
本发明涉及具有齿轮的驱动装置,尤其涉及一种具有开设有凹槽的齿轮的驱动装置。
背景技术
汽车天窗的驱动装置通常包括一个具有通孔的外壳、一个固定至该外壳的马达、一个收容在该外壳中并且具有一个穿过该通孔的转轴的齿轮以及一个套设至该转轴并且固定在该通孔中的轴承。该转轴耦合至该天窗并且可相对该轴承转动,以驱动该天窗作动。现有的驱动装置中,该转轴的外壁及该轴承的内壁通常为平整的弧面。为了减少齿轮转动过程中的晃动,转轴及轴承之间的空隙通常很小,导致可容置在该空隙间的润滑剂也较少。如此,齿轮旋转过程中与轴承的摩擦较大,噪声也较大。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种摩擦阻力小而且噪音低的驱动装置。
一种驱动装置,包括具有通孔的外壳、固定至该外壳的马达、由该马达驱动并且具有转轴的齿轮以及固定在该通孔中用于支撑该转轴的轴承。该齿轮转轴与该轴承的两相对接触表面至少其中之一开设有至少一容置润滑剂的凹槽。
一种齿轮,包括开设有齿牙的本体及贯穿该本体中心的转轴,该转轴穿开设有至少一个用于容置润滑剂的凹槽。
由于开设了专门用于容置润滑剂的凹槽,本发明的驱动装置润滑效果较好,摩擦力及噪音均较低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,通过对本发明的具体实施方式详细描述,将使本发明的技术方案及其他有益效果显而易见。
请参阅图1至图3,本发明的较佳实施方式的驱动装置10用于驱动汽车天窗(图未示)。驱动装置10包括一个外壳100、一个固定至外壳100的马达200、一个容置在外壳100中并由马达200驱动的齿轮300及一个固定至外壳100并套设部分齿轮300的轴承400。
外壳100包括一个固定板102及一个主体104。固定板102上开设有一个轴孔101。主体104具有一个用于容置齿轮300的容置槽106及一个用于与马达200连接的连接部108。主体104在容置槽106的底面开设有一个贯穿该底面的通孔110。固定板102可通过螺钉固定至主体104并使轴孔101与通孔110同轴。马达200包括一个定子202及一个转子204,转子204的轴上开设有一个螺纹部206。马达200固定至外壳100的连接部108并且螺纹部206延伸至容置槽106一侧。
请再结合图4及图5,齿轮300包括一个本体304及一个贯穿本体304中心的转轴302。本体304外壁开设有与螺纹部206匹配的齿牙,转轴302在其外表面沿轴向开设有五个凹槽306,该五个凹槽306在转轴302的周向上均匀分布且长度不小于轴承400的轴向长度。各凹槽306中均容置有如润滑脂或润滑油等润滑剂,以润滑脂为佳。优选地,所述轴承400为含油轴承。
组装过程中,轴承400固定在主体104的通孔110中。齿轮300容置在外壳100的容置槽106中,并使转轴302开设有凹槽306的一端通过轴承400延伸至外壳100之外,同时,轴承400包围该五个凹槽306及其中的润滑脂。转轴302延伸至外壳100之外的部分也可套设一驱动齿轮308用于驱动汽车天窗运动。固定板102安装至主体104并且使转轴302穿过轴孔101,以固定齿轮300。如此,在保证了齿轮300能与轴承400紧密配合以使齿轮300晃动较小的情况下,由于开设了专门用于容置润滑剂的凹槽306,齿轮300在被马达200驱动旋转的过程中,凹槽306中的润滑剂可与轴承400的整个内表面接触。因此,本发明的驱动装置10润滑效果较好,有效地降低了摩擦力及噪音。另外,还可进一步减少转轴302外径与轴承400内径之间的间距,从而降低齿轮300的晃动。
在本实施方式中,转轴302上开设了5个均匀分布的凹槽306,如此,在转轴302沿直径方向与凹槽306正对的外表面上没有开设凹槽306。这可使得在穿过凹槽306及转轴302的轴线的平面上,转轴302的径向长度不会过小而使所能承受的径向压力过低。然而,可以理解,在转轴302较厚的情况下,也可以开设偶数个均匀分布的凹槽306。同时也可以理解,凹槽306的数量可以是其他奇数。
在本实施方式中,凹槽306沿轴向开设是为了使齿轮300旋转过程中凹槽306中的润滑脂能与轴承400的整个内表面接触,达到较佳的润滑效果。然而可以理解,凹槽306也可相对轴向倾斜,只要其在轴向上的投影可覆盖轴承400的轴向长度便可。可以理解,驱动装置10也可用于驱动其他装置。
在本实施方式中,凹槽306开设在转轴302上,然而,可以理解,当该凹槽开设在轴承400的内表面,或者转轴302与轴承400的两相对接触表面上均开设有该凹槽的情况下,也可实施本发明的发明目的。

Claims (8)

1.一种驱动装置,包括具有通孔的外壳、固定至该外壳的马达、由该马达驱动并且具有转轴的齿轮以及固定在该通孔中的轴承,该齿轮还包括本体,其特征在于,该转轴位于该本体中央并与本体之间形成圆柱形台阶,所述轴承用于支撑所述圆柱形台阶,所述转轴延伸至外壳之外的部分套设一驱动齿轮,所述圆柱形台阶的半径大于所述驱动齿轮的半径,所述圆柱形台阶与该轴承的两相对接触表面至少其中之一开设有至少一容置润滑剂的凹槽,所述至少一容置润滑剂的凹槽沿转轴的轴向延伸或者相对轴向倾斜延伸。
2.如权利要求1所示的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述至少一容置润滑剂的凹槽的轴向延伸长度不小于该轴承的轴向长度,或者所述至少一容置润滑剂的凹槽在轴向上的投影覆盖该轴承的轴向长度。
3.如权利要求1所示的驱动装置,其特征在于,该至少一容置润滑剂的凹槽的个数为奇数个并且沿该圆柱形台阶的周向均匀分布。
4.如权利要求3所示的驱动装置,其特征在于,该至少一容置润滑剂的凹槽的个数为5个。
5.如权利要求1所示的驱动装置,其特征在于,该至少一容置润滑剂的凹槽开设在该圆柱形台阶的外表面上。
6.如权利要求1所示的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述圆柱形台阶开设有所述至少一容置润滑剂的凹槽。
7.如权利要求1所示的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述齿轮的本体上沿圆周方向设有多个间隔的加强肋。
8.如权利要求7所示的驱动装置,其特征在于,所述加强肋在转轴的轴向方向上呈梯形。
