本发明涉及一种滑板车轮毂的制造方法,所述滑板车轮毂主要由轮毂体、端盖、螺钉构成。所述轮毂体的表面主要由碟刹盘档、外圆I、端面I、轮毂体锥面、轮毂体外圆、外圆II、飞轮档螺纹、端面II、端面III、倒角I、轴承外壳孔I、轴承外壳孔II和倒角II组成,所述端盖的表面主要由端盖锥面、端盖端面和端盖内孔组成。所述端盖锥面、所述端盖端面和所述端盖内孔通过“一刀下”加工,所述轮毂体锥面、所述轮毂体外圆、所述外圆II、所述飞轮档螺纹、所述端面II、所述端面III、所述轴承外壳孔I、所述轴承外壳孔II、所述倒角I和所述倒角II通过“一刀下”加工,所述碟刹盘档和所述端面I通过“一刀下”加工。所述滑板车轮毂结构简单、安装轮胎方便、能有效降低机械加工过程中产生的径向跳动。

一种滑板车轮毂的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及轮毂领域,特别是一种能有效降低轮毂跳动的一种滑板车轮毂的制造方法。
背景技术
电动滑板车是一种常用的休闲交通工具,但一般的电动滑板车采用的轮毂由于考虑到安装轮胎的方便总是由左右两个半爿轮毂用螺钉连接而成,于是整个轮毂的轴向跳动往往比较大,从而影响整车的性能。
发明内容
为了解决这一问题,本发明提供一种滑板车轮毂的制造方法,通过改变结构设计及制造工艺能有效降低轮毂的轴向跳动。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
所述滑板车轮毂主要由轮毂体、端盖和螺钉构成。所述轮毂体由轮毂体毛坯加工而成,所述轮毂体毛坯通过铝合金压铸而成。所述端盖由端盖毛坯加工而成,所述端盖毛坯通过铝合金压铸而成。所述轮毂体的表面主要由碟刹盘档、外圆I、端面I、轮毂体锥面、轮毂体外圆、外圆II、飞轮档螺纹、端面II、端面III、倒角I、轴承外壳孔I、轴承外壳孔II和倒角II组成,所述端盖的表面主要由端盖锥面、端盖端面和端盖内孔组成。车加工所述端盖毛坯时,夹所述端盖毛坯外圆,“一刀下”加工所述端盖锥面、所述端盖端面和所述端盖内孔,然后用芯轴通过所述端盖内孔装夹所述端盖毛坯,车加工所述端盖毛坯的外圆,接着夹所述端盖毛坯的外圆,车加工外端面。所述端盖在外端面上均布三个通孔,每一个通孔还各加工一个沉孔,装配时用来放置所述螺钉的螺钉头。车加工所述轮毂体时,夹所述轮毂体毛坯的大外圆,车所述外圆I。然后夹所述外圆I,“一刀下”加工所述轮毂体毛坯的大外圆、所述轮毂体锥面、所述轮毂体外圆、所述外圆II、所述飞轮档螺纹、所述端面II、所述端面III、所述轴承外壳孔I、所述轴承外壳孔II、所述倒角I以及所述倒角II。接着将所述轮毂体毛坯掉头,用两顶尖分别顶住所述倒角I、所述倒角II,然后车加工所述碟刹盘档和所述端面I。所述端面I上均布三个螺孔I,所述螺孔I用来将碟刹盘装在所述碟刹盘档上并通过三枚与之配套的小螺钉将碟刹盘与所述端面I连接。所述轮毂体外圆与所述端盖内孔配合。所述端面II均布三个螺孔II,所述螺孔II与所述螺钉配合,用来将所述轮毂体和所述端盖连接。所述飞轮档螺纹用来装飞轮或带内螺纹的链轮。由于所述端盖锥面、所述端盖端面和所述端盖内孔通过“一刀下”加工,由于所述轮毂体锥面、所述轮毂体外圆、所述外圆II、所述飞轮档螺纹、所述端面II、所述端面III、所述轴承外壳孔I、所述轴承外壳孔II、所述倒角I和所述倒角II通过“一刀下”加工,由于所述碟刹盘档和所述端面I通过两顶尖分别顶住所述倒角I、所述倒角II而后进行车加工,于是能有效保证同轴度,从而有效降低轮毂装上轮胎、碟刹盘和链轮以后的整体跳动。
本发明的有益效果是:
所述一种滑板车轮毂的制造方法制造工艺合理,所述滑板车轮毂结构简单、安装轮胎方便、能有效降低机械加工过程中产生的径向跳动。

具体实施方式
所述滑板车轮毂主要由所述轮毂体(1)、所述端盖(2)和所述螺钉(3)构成。所述轮毂体(1)由所述轮毂体毛坯加工而成,所述轮毂体毛坯通过铝合金压铸而成。所述端盖(2)由所述端盖毛坯加工而成,所述端盖毛坯通过铝合金压铸而成。所述轮毂体(1)的表面主要由所述碟刹盘档(4)、所述外圆I(5)、所述端面I(6)、所述轮毂体锥面(8)、所述轮毂体外圆(9)、所述外圆II(10)、所述飞轮档螺纹(11)、所述端面II(12)、所述端面III(13)、所述倒角I(15)、所述轴承外壳孔I(16)、所述轴承外壳孔II(17)和所述倒角II(18)组成,所述端盖(2)的表面主要由所述端盖锥面(19)、所述端盖端面(20)和所述端盖内孔(21)组成。车加工所述端盖毛坯时,夹所述端盖毛坯外圆,“一刀下”加工所述端盖锥面(19)、所述端盖端面(20)和所述端盖内孔(20),然后用芯轴通过所述端盖内孔(20)装夹所述端盖毛坯,车加工所述端盖毛坯的外圆,接着夹所述端盖毛坯的外圆,车加工外端面。所述端盖(2)在外端面上均布三个通孔,每一个通孔还各加工一个沉孔,装配时用来放置所述螺钉(3)的螺钉头。车加工所述轮毂体(1)时,夹所述轮毂体毛坯的大外圆,车所述外圆I(5)。然后夹所述外圆I(5),“一刀下”加工所述轮毂体毛坯的大外圆、所述轮毂体锥面(8)、所述轮毂体外圆(9)、所述外圆II(10)、所述飞轮档螺纹(11)、所述端面II(12)、所述端面III(13)、所述轴承外壳孔I(16)、所述轴承外壳孔II(17)、所述倒角I(15)以及所述倒角II(18)。接着将所述轮毂体毛坯掉头,用两顶尖分别顶住所述倒角I(15)、所述倒角II(18),然后车加工所述碟刹盘档(4)和所述端面I(6)。所述端面I(6)上均布三个所述螺孔I(7),所述螺孔I(7)用来将碟刹盘装在所述碟刹盘档(4)上并通过三枚与之配套的小螺钉将碟刹盘与所述端面I(6)连接。所述轮毂体外圆(9)与所述端盖内孔(21)配合。所述端面II(12)均布三个所述螺孔II(14),所述螺孔II(14)与所述螺钉(3)配合,用来将所述轮毂体(1)和所述端盖(2)连接。所述飞轮档螺纹(11)用来装飞轮或带内螺纹的链轮。由于所述端盖锥面(19)、所述端盖端面(20)和所述端盖内孔(21)通过“一刀下”加工,由于所述轮毂体锥面(8)、所述轮毂体外圆(9)、所述外圆II(10)、所述飞轮档螺纹(11)、所述端面II(12)、所述端面III(13)、所述轴承外壳孔I(16)、所述轴承外壳孔II(17)、所述倒角I(15)和所述倒角II(18)通过“一刀下”加工,由于所述碟刹盘档(4)和所述端面I(6)通过两顶尖分别顶住所述倒角I(15)、所述倒角II(18)而后进行车加工,于是能有效保证同轴度,从而有效降低轮毂装上轮胎、碟刹盘和链轮以后的整体跳动。

1.一种滑板车轮毂的制造方法,所述滑板车轮毂主要由轮毂体、端盖、螺钉构成,所述轮毂体由轮毂体毛坯加工而成,所述端盖由端盖毛坯加工而成;所述轮毂体的表面主要由碟刹盘档、外圆I、端面I、轮毂体锥面、轮毂体外圆、外圆II、飞轮档螺纹、端面II、端面III、倒角I、轴承外壳孔I、轴承外壳孔II和倒角II组成,所述端盖的表面主要由端盖锥面、端盖端面和端盖内孔组成,其特征是:车加工所述端盖时,夹所述端盖毛坯外圆,“一刀下”加工所述端盖锥面、所述端盖端面和所述端盖内孔,所述端盖在外端面上均布三个通孔,每一个通孔还各加工一个沉孔;车加工所述轮毂体时,夹所述外圆I,“一刀下”加工所述轮毂体毛坯的大外圆、所述轮毂体锥面、所述轮毂体外圆、所述外圆II、所述飞轮档螺纹、所述端面II、所述端面III、所述轴承外壳孔I、所述轴承外壳孔II、所述倒角I以及所述倒角II,接着将所述轮毂体毛坯掉头,用两顶尖分别顶住所述倒角I、所述倒角II,然后车加工所述碟刹盘档和所述端面I,所述端面I上均布三个螺孔I;所述轮毂体外圆与所述端盖内孔配合;所述端面II均布三个螺孔II,所述螺孔II与所述螺钉配合。
