发明内容:本发明的淮山甜酒的制作方法,就是利用淮山作原料,通过加工,制作出富含营养的淮山甜酒,达到加工升值的目的。
具体实施方法:配方如下:淮山100%,麸曲3%,甜酒曲3%。首先把淮山洗净去皮切成3厘米厚的块,蒸熟捣烂,然后加入麸曲和甜酒曲发酵。3-5天后闻到有香甜味时,过滤并加入10%的冰糖,澄清后取出淮山甜酒,检查酒度,如酒度超过15度可加入凉开水,如果酒度达不到15度,则加入高度白酒调整酒度达到15度。然后装瓶灭菌,淮山甜酒就制作成功了。
淮山甜酒有益气养阴、健脾补肺、固肾益精作用。对食欲不振,倦怠无力、形体消瘦及肺部疾患有治疗作用。
