背景技术  草莓含有丰富的果胶和膳食纤维,可帮助消化,去火清热;山楂开胃消食,尤其适用于吃油腻食物或者大鱼大肉之后。本发明用草莓、山楂制作茶饮,有去脂作用。 
发明内容  本发明的目的是提供一种草莓山楂消脂茶。 
方案是:草莓500-550克、山楂干800-850克、冰糖1000-1100克。 
制备方法: 
1、将山楂和清水倒入锅中,水开后下入冰糖,至冰糖溶化即可关火。 
2、草莓冲洗干净后,用淡盐水浸泡七八分钟,沥干。 
3、草莓对半切开,放杯子里,将煮好的山楂糖水倒入杯中,将草莓倒入浸泡一小时,过滤出渣。汁液冷却后分罐密封装即可。
