背景技术
目前,随着人们生活水平的提高,劳动强度的减轻,饮食的丰富,越来越多的人们都容易上火,亚健康状态人群数量多。我国有药食同源的传统,因此有必要充分利用我国丰富的药用植物资源,在日常饮食中对人们的身体状况进行调节。
喝凉茶的传统古而有之,古人云:“生命源于水,健康源于凉茶。”凉茶不但能有效去除人体毒素,提高免疫力,还能平衡阴阳,柔润肌肤。有专家预测:“凉茶有望成为国内唯一与可乐抗衡的民族饮料。”
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种红莓凉茶及其制备方法,其原料来源广泛,生产成本低廉,易于为广大群众接受。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种红莓凉茶,采用如下方法制备获得,
1)将芦根1-5g、桔子皮或橘子皮1-20g、金银花1-10g、菊花1-10g和甘草0.5-2g,以及羧甲基纤维素钠0.5-1g或黄原胶0.5-1g,加入800-1200ml水中,于70-100℃浸泡20分钟-2小时,冷却后过滤,得滤液;
2)于每100ml滤液中添加白砂糖6~12g、蜂蜜0.5~1.5g,鲜芦荟汁1-3ml,红莓汁10-50ml和红果汁10-30ml,混合均匀,得饮料产品。
较好采用如下方法制备获得,
1)将芦根3g、桔子皮或橘子皮5g、金银花3g、菊花3g和甘草1g,以及羧甲基纤维素钠0.6g或黄原胶0.6g,加入1000ml水中,于90-98℃浸泡40分钟-1.5小时,冷却后过滤,得滤液;
2)于每100ml滤液中添加白砂糖9g、蜂蜜1g,鲜芦荟汁2ml,红莓汁40ml和红果汁20ml,混合均匀,得饮料产品。
所述金银花是采用金银花的茎、叶或花中的一种或二种以上;菊花为家菊或野菊菊花中的一种或二种以上。
所述鲜芦荟汁是采用百合科植物库拉索芦荟的叶直接压榨或挤压流出的汁液、或机械破碎后压榨或离心得到的汁液;
红莓汁是采用红莓直接压榨或挤压流出的汁液、或机械破碎后压榨或离心得到的汁液;
红果汁是采用红果直接压榨或挤压流出的汁液、或机械破碎后压榨或离心得到的汁液。
红莓,又名草莓、地莓。味甘、性凉,有药用价值。传统医学认为,红莓有解暑清热、润肺生津、健脾和胃、去除和抑制肝火的作用。而现代医学发现红莓富含丰富的VC和胡萝卜素,可以帮助消化、明目养肝,对胃肠道和贫血也有一定的滋补调理作用,对预防坏血病、动脉硬化、冠心病也有很好的功效。此外,红莓的鞣酸含量丰富,可以吸附阻止致癌化学物质的吸收,清除体内的重金属离子,从而起到防癌的作用。长期食用,亦可巩固牙龈、清新口气、润泽喉部。
甘草为多年生草本植物甘草的根及根茎,性味甘平,归心、肺、脾、胃经。具补脾益气、润肺止咳、缓急止痛、缓和药性之功。
红果,又名山楂、山里红、或酸楂。食用功效健脾开胃。红果成分味甘、性微温酸,入脾、胃、肝经活血化瘀、化痰。消食化滞。所含的解脂酶能促进脂肪类食物的消化。
芦根的功效:芦根为单子叶植物禾本科芦苇的新鲜或干燥根茎。清热生津,除烦,止呕,利尿。主治:用于热病烦渴、胃热呕吐、肺热咳嗽、肺痈吐脓、热淋涩痛。芦根别名:芦茅根、苇根、芦头、芦柴根、芦菇根、顺江龙、水蓈蔃、芦通、苇子根、芦芽根、甜梗子。
芦根的药用价值:芦根味甘,性寒,入肺、胃经。其味甘多液,善滋阴养肺,上可祛痰排脓、清热透疹,中可清胃热、生津止渴,下可利小便导热下行。《本草纲目》谓之能“清热生津,除烦止渴,止呕、泻胃火,利二便”。常用于温热病之高烧、口渴、胃热呕吐,以及肺热咳嗽、痰稠而黄、吐之不爽等。对咽喉炎症、声带疲劳以及口腔炎、牙周炎等有良效。
桔子皮或橘子皮:有开胃、止咳、补充维C、治疗口臭、预防便秘等作用。
金银花:味甘,性寒,具有清热解毒、疏散风热的作用。金银花有清热解毒、疏利咽喉、消暑除烦的作用。可治疗暑热症、泻痢、流感、疮疖肿毒.急慢性扁桃体炎、牙周炎等病。
金银花的茎、叶和花都可入药,具有解毒、消炎、杀毒、杀菌、利尿和止痒的作用。
菊花:为菊科多年生草本植物,主要以头状花序供药用。据古籍记载,菊花味甘苦,性微寒;有散风清热、清肝明目和解毒消炎等作用。对口干、火旺、目涩,或抽风、寒、湿引起的肢体疼痛、麻木的疾病均有一定的疗效。主治感冒风热,头痛病等。对眩晕、头痛、耳鸣有防治作用。具有降血压、消除癌细胞、扩张冠状动脉和抑菌的作用,长期饮用能增加人体钙质、调节心肌功能、降低胆固醇,适合中老年人和预防流行性结膜炎时饮用。对肝火旺、用眼过度导致的双眼干涩也有较好的疗效。同时,菊花茶香气浓郁,提神醒脑,也具有一定的松弛神经、舒缓头痛的功效。中医多用以主治目赤、咽喉肿疼、耳鸣、风热感冒、头疼、高血压、疮疗毒等病症。若长期食用,还有“利血气、轻身、延年”的功效。
库拉索芦荟的鲜芦荟叶汁,由于芦荟的加入,就使饮料在解渴去暑的同时还兼有了杀菌消炎,清热解毒的功效。
羧甲基纤维素钠或黄原胶:保持水分、稳定、增加和润滑口感。
本发明具有如下优点:
1.原料来源广泛,生产成本低廉,易于为广大群众接受。
2.本发明饮料具有口感好、并在饮用时具有爽滑感。
3.本发明具有清解收敛滋阴养液而降火,清热解暑,顺气舒肝;滋养肺、胃、脾、心、肝、肾,滋水而降火,提神、补气,调理脾胃。
4.本发明作为成品加工的保健饮料,携带方便,口感良好,便于饮用和贮存。有利于身体健康,且适合于各类人群饮用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
1)将芦根5g、桔子皮或橘子皮10g、金银花(采用金银花的花)5g、菊花(家菊)10g和甘草2g,羧甲基纤维素钠0.6g,加入1200ml水中于100℃浸泡2小时,冷却后过滤,得滤液;
2)于每100ml滤液中添加白砂糖12g、蜂蜜1.5g,鲜芦荟汁3ml,红莓汁25ml和红果汁20ml,混合均匀,得饮料产品。
所述鲜芦荟汁是百合科植物库拉索芦荟的叶采用榨汁机榨出的汁液;
红莓汁、红果汁分别是红莓、红果采用榨汁机榨出的汁液;
本发明饮料于红莓甜味中混有菊花和桔子皮的混合清香,微酸中带甜,口感好,并在饮用时具有爽滑感;同时具有降火,提神、明目等功效。
实施例2
1)将芦根2g、桔子皮或橘子皮20g、金银花(采用金银花的花)8g、菊花(野菊)6g、甘草1g,黄原胶0.7g,加入1000ml水中于80℃浸泡40分钟,冷却后过滤,得滤液;
2)于每100ml滤液中添加白砂糖9g、蜂蜜1.5g,鲜芦荟汁2ml,红莓汁20ml,红果汁15ml,混合均匀,得饮料产品。

Claims (8)
1.一种红莓凉茶,其特征在于:采用如下方法制备获得,
1)将芦根1-5g、桔子皮或橘子皮1-20g、金银花1-10g、菊花1-10g和甘草0.5-2g,以及羧甲基纤维素钠0.5-1g或黄原胶0.5-1g,加入800-1200ml水中,于70-100℃浸泡20分钟-2小时,冷却后过滤,得滤液;
2)于每100ml滤液中添加白砂糖6~12g、蜂蜜0.5~1.5g,鲜芦荟汁1-3ml,红莓汁10-50ml和红果汁10-30ml,混合均匀,得饮料产品。
2.如权利要求1中所述的红莓凉茶,其特征在于:采用如下方法制备获得,
1)将芦根3g、桔子皮或橘子皮5g、金银花3g、菊花3g和甘草1g,以及羧甲基纤维素钠0.6g或黄原胶0.6g,加入1000ml水中,于90-98℃浸泡40分钟-1.5小时,冷却后过滤,得滤液;
2)于每100ml滤液中添加白砂糖9g、蜂蜜1g,鲜芦荟汁2ml,红莓汁40ml和红果汁20ml,混合均匀,得饮料产品。
3.如权利要求1中所述的红莓凉茶,其特征在于:所述金银花是采用金银花的茎、叶或花中的一种或二种以上;菊花为家菊或野菊菊花中的一种或二种以上。
4.如权利要求1中所述的红莓凉茶,其特征在于:所述鲜芦荟汁是采用百合科植物库拉索芦荟的叶直接压榨或挤压流出的汁液、或机械破碎后压榨或离心得到的汁液;
红莓汁是采用红莓直接压榨或挤压流出的汁液、或机械破碎后压榨或离心得到的汁液;
红果汁是采用红果直接压榨或挤压流出的汁液、或机械破碎后压榨或离心得到的汁液。
5.一种权利要求1、2、3或4所述红莓凉茶的制备方法,其特征在于:采用如下方法制备获得,
1)将芦根1-5g、桔子皮或橘子皮1-20g、金银花1-10g、菊花1-10g和甘草0.5-2g,以及羧甲基纤维素钠0.5-1g或黄原胶0.5-1g,加入800-1200ml水中,于70-100℃浸泡20分钟-2小时,冷却后过滤,得滤液;
2)于每100ml滤液中添加白砂糖6~12g、蜂蜜0.5~1.5g,鲜芦荟汁1-3ml,红莓汁10-50ml和红果汁10-30ml,混合均匀,得饮料产品。
6.如权利要求5中所述红莓凉茶的制备方法,其特征在于:采用如下方法制备获得,
1)将芦根3g、桔子皮或橘子皮5g、金银花3g、菊花3g和甘草1g,以及羧甲基纤维素钠0.6g或黄原胶0.6g,加入1000ml水中,于90-98℃浸泡40分钟-1.5小时,冷却后过滤,得滤液;
2)于每100ml滤液中添加白砂糖9g、蜂蜜1g,鲜芦荟汁2ml,红莓汁40ml和红果汁20ml,混合均匀,得饮料产品。
7.如权利要求5中所述红莓凉茶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述金银花是采用金银花的茎、叶或花中的一种或二种以上;菊花为家菊或野菊菊花中的一种或二种以上。
8.如权利要求5中所述红莓凉茶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述鲜芦荟汁是采用百合科植物库拉索芦荟的叶压榨或挤压流出的汁液;
红莓汁是采用红莓直接压榨或挤压流出的汁液、或机械破碎后压榨或离心得到的汁液;
红果汁是采用红果直接压榨或挤压流出的汁液、或机械破碎后压榨或离心得到的汁液。
